The Tech was helpful. Helped find the item I was looking for and spark plug gapping so I can do the tune-up on my daughter's car while she is out of state. Thank you!

Thank you to JOHN who helped us at this store. We were driving back home in a snow storm and another auto zone had sold us the wrong replacement windshield wipers. The old ones were stripped, and I was driving blind so we had to make an emergency stop. He was able to find us the correct wipers and install the new ones for us. Thanks to the great service he provided we made it home to GA.

Steve W. was extremely helpful! He helped me find which headlight bulb I needed, and even changed it for me in the freezing cold. Best customer service.

I had a tire problem in the parking lot next door. My husband called Autozone and told them what I needed. When I went in to get the part, the young man walked to my car and fixed the issue for me- no charge! I wish I could remember his name. It was a rough morning but his kindness made it a little better.

Other location screwed me over. Sold me a battery that only lasted a month. Alley gave a better battery and I didn t have to pay extra. She used my refunded money from the old battery towards the new one. Best auto zone experience so far.

Manager Steve and customer service agent Hayden went above and beyond to help me today. The battery in my Ford Fusion died. These two worked tirelessly to get the old battery out and replaced with the new one. Nuts were dropped, tools didn't fit, and their attitudes never faltered. These were the nicest, most patient and helpful associates I've dealt with. I will absolutely be coming back.

Steve, the manager, and his team give great customer service. I bought windshield wipers which were defective at an AutoZone in another state. Steve helped make it right and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it others because of the great customer service.

Very rude and not familiar with autozones returns policy. She was a manager which baffled me. When I got home I called the store to get the store managers name and the guy didn't even know who that was. He muffled the phone, asked someone and said his name was Steve. Then I asked who the district manager was and was put on hold. Then the rude manager who I encountered before got on the phone and asked me what this was in regards to and put me on hold again. Then mysteriously our phone call was disconnected. I called back and she was like "oh, yeah, our district manager is Donny Morgan" and provided me with a phone number. I called the number and got his voicemail. I'm not even sure if it's his number. I don't know what kind of people you have running this store but they need to step up and earn that "live the pledge" pin and go back to training.

Boat would not start. Took both batteries to get checked by Autozone. Nice young man named Winston came out to my vehicle and tested both batteries. He charged one and sold me a new one. Good deal. Boat fixed!Edit1: went back to get brake pads for my truck. Winston helped me again. Good deal!Edit2: went back to get disc calliper assy for right side. Winston helped me again. Truck fixed!Edit3: ran into Winston at the big car show at Lenoir City Baptist Church. Winston was off work and on his own time but was still friendly and wanted to talk about his Corvettes he had on display at the show.

Called just now and the woman had the rudest what when I asked her if they carried item. Then told me to look on Amazon and pretty much hung up on me no have a nice day or anything she shouldn t have that job at all and needs some manners

We had an issue with a battery. They tested the battery and said it was dead. I believe the store manager (Steve) helped us with the battery. Paid for the battery and he went to install the battery and the connector was loose , so we did not need a battery. He could have just switched out the batteries and never said a word. He refunded the money and all it cost us was some time. Thank you! Chris Dodson

Steve and one other man helped us out tremendously. My wife and i and my 2 year old son were an hr and a half from home and our alternator went out and couldn't get one till tomorrow and they went out of their way to get us one and get us back on the rd after I got the alternator installed. Yall are a blessing and thank you so much

Not the first time this has happened to me here. I wait my turn in line, and being there are people ready to pay I am asked to step aside. I waited my turn, they can wait there's.I am disabled and it kills me to stand, which is what you have to do in line. Would it be too much to install a seat somewhere. Even Walmart has one. So I walk around the store waiting for someone to to help. Nobody calls me back up, I leave. Doesn't matter about the seats as I'm not coming back. Advance is just down the street.

Very disappointed. Hard to get help. Was promised a part ordered. Called next day they said it would be in and no one knew anything about it. Didn't take my name or anything to call me if it came in. Poor employee training.

I scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and dropped it off at 10 today and when I can back at 1437 it was still outside in the parking spot from this morning! Absolutely don t go there and when I complained about they still didn t try to make it right.. also when I was coming back 3 employees including the supervisor that was supposed to look at my truck was smoking! Terrible experience!!

Everyone in there is incredibly nice, however nobody is trained at all on the new computer programs, parts are put in the wrong location so even after two people telling me it was not in there and me leaving the store, I was told to come back because they found it which means when they stock the shelves they do a lazy job. I feel bad for them because the fact that they have had no training frustrates customers and they are going to get yelled at for being under that roof and not being able to function properly. That s too bad because They all were as helpful as they could be.

They are so incredibly helpful. I went to them because all but one of my brake lights were out (shoutout to the kind stranger who got my attention in the car next to me while I was getting off the interstate to let me know). I had no clue what I was doing, but Trey helped me find the right bulbs AND went above and beyond by changing the bulbs for me. He didn't have to do this so I was really impressed that he did especially because my car model made that extra tricky to do. He took 30+ minutes out of his day to help me and I can't express in words how much I appreciate that. Kudos to this store for having such awesome employees. Amazing customer service!!

Very helpful staff!! The woman who helped me find a gas cap for the I was in should definitely get a raise! My friend and I had gone to Walmart and purchased 2 gas caps that claimed to fit the vehicle we were in... and neither did.. but this woman was helpful and understanding! Very thankful!

Really nice crew here. One time I went and they changed the wipers for me....in the rain! Then I went because I needed bulbs changed in a couple different spots. Guy was great and spent a lot of time trying to figure out 1or 2 of them. (as far as how to get the old ones out)

Trey was extremely helpful double checking that my car was safe to drive. He took the time to listen to what happened, checked the fluids and underneath the car for a potential leak. He's very responsive and polite, I experienced great service!

I called in to ask if someone would come out and help me with my engine light. I had my babies in the car so I couldn t go in and ask. John answered the phone, came out, read the codes with the awesome device and went in and got the print out. He was so sweet and knowledgeable! Great customer service and I ll definitely come back if ever this happens again! Thank you John and Auto Zone!

Helping a neighbor changed the headlight bulb on a Subaru, I stopped at this AutoZone because it was convenient, easy off Hwy 321. Great service. Held the bulb up to the employee and he immediately told me the bulb number, then we walked over to the many bulbs on the rack and he picked the bulb for me. It was the lower cost bulb and he offered the higher priced bulb but I decided on the $18 bulb.

This stores staff is wonderful. Micheal helped me figure out a weird problem with my 2008 Chrysler 300, and was very knowledgable and very pleasant and easy to talk to. Excellent service! I will definately keep coming back with all questions and issues with my 300!
