i went with a purpose to buy a truck got a reasonable price on a brand new truck even tho i was going to look at a used onegreat staffno BS straight to the point on what i told him i wanted and drove home in a brand new Z71 2020only 4 stars because i have not used the service department yet cant rate what i havent used yetim sure it will be very professinal as well and will get 5 stars when i have services done.

First off. Manager calls me and tells me I need a battery that will cost me $264 and change. Then he lies to me and tells me they were able to jump the truck off , and later says he was sorry the mechanic was mistaken about jumping the truck off. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. What the hell was I thinking bring it to wilson county motor. Please stay away from this place they are as crooked as you can get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was.very friendly ,comfortable waiting area,and I liked having an appointment so not a long wait,they fixed my recall in the amount of time they told me

Great place to buy used or new vehicle friendly staff great service department dealers work out good deals come by shop very good income for relaxing environment very nice trucks cars and everything you would want to buy

I carried my truck in for a recall on the passenger airbag. They fixed it very quickly and with respect towards me.

New Cars, Used Cars and the Service Department are crazy high at Wilson County Chevy.Tried to give them local funds from a local business but wow the sales department does not understand technology these days can tell you when someone is screwing you with overcharging for an item.It is not rocket science. It is a vehicle and many others close and far have them also.Get a grip or watch more business leave the area.Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.

The service department had to take my brand new vehicle apart to fix a vent that wasn't working. Long story short my car was never the same again. Won't be back
