Lebanon, TN .Excellent service and they had the tires in stock and was in and out within an hour on a Friday afternoon about 3pm. Reasonable price also.

I set up an appointment for 8 am the day before. When I got there, they said they only had one person working and there were two people ahead of me. They said it would be approximately 2 hours until they get to me. I didn t have time so I cancelled. When someone makes an appointment, that person expects the work to be done exactly at the time they come in. Would not recommend.

Called ahead and was told they had what I needed. The truth was that they didn't have it at all, plus I couldn't get ahold of them at all.

Rep told me they didn t have my tire size and when I confirmed that they did online, 20 minutes later he told me they were shutting down early and couldn t help me because they were short staffed.

Today I arrived at this center about 12:40 for an oil change and tire rotation. The time stamp on the bill shows 1:49, but I know I was an hour earlier. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait. So I spent time shopping and returned in about an hour to see that my car had never been touched. I sat on the metal bench in the waiting area as several customers came and went while I still sat there. I noticed that my car was in the bay about 3:00. Then they took it out. An hour later i inquired as to why I was waiting so long without any satisfactory explanation. About 5 PM, they finally said it was ready. No explanation nor apology. That is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4.5 hours to do about 45 minute job. This is not the first time that happened or I wouldn't be writing this review. Something needs to be done to correct this situation..

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. It took much longer, causing me to leave it overnight. I was told over the phone there was a nail in a tire, of course I told them to fix it. When I came to pick it up they had NOT fixed my nail damaged tire. The asst. manager, and the dept manager said they require written authorization for any and all work. This infuriated me. The cost to patch the tire was $10.00. They had my verbal authorization. The general attitudes and level of customer care and consideration are below a 1 star. I will never buy tires or go back there ever again for any service, even it were Free! They should do the community a favor and shut it down.

When my husband arrived at 9 a.m. there were only two cars here. We needed an oil change, tire rotation, and one new tire, at 2 pm we are still currently waiting. When I met my husband here there was no one even in the shop working on the car. We will not be coming back.

Worse service station I have ever seen. Was told they don't take reservations. Was told it would be 4 hours before they can even get to me just to patch a tire, yet the lot was empty... This isn't the first time they have gave bogus time lines. Seems it all depends on what you jeed serviced. If I would of said I wanted 4 brand new tires i would of got service immediately. Just ridiculous!

We arrived 11. We didnt get car till 3:30. Waited four and a half hours for an oil change. Lady at register had no auto knowledge what so ever. We told her we wanted oil plug bolt changed because it was stripped. She said "which one?" Their is only one! We usually change the oil ourselves but couldnt due to stripped plug. Waited on hold for 45 mins to check on status of car and still didn't tell us anything. Finally got a call that car was ready when we were in line waiting to talk to someone. I do not recommend this place at all. No apologies and terrible customer service.

Took my car there Tuesday morning at 7:30. I was told it will take 1.5hrs. and I would be called once the service is complete. I went home. no call. I called them at 10:30am. lady tell me there is still two more cars ahead of you. I said ok. I call her at 10:40am told her to not serve my car, I will come pick it up and take it somewhere. meanwhile I got online and bought a oil change service from valvoline from groupon. My friend gives me a ride to Walmart at 11:30. I go in and they tell me my car has been served. I said I am not going to pay as i told your employee not to do so. they said if I don't pay they will not service my car ever again in the future. The lady I had spoken to on the phone was not there at the time, she was gone for lunch. THe manager thought i was lying the entire time. I went ahead and paid for it and waited there for the lady to return. The lady returns after 20 mins and acknowledges in front of the manager that I had told not to service my car. The manager just smiled and said he was sorry. Surely wont be going there again.

Got here at 7:00 on Sunday morning when they opened it's now 10:30 several people have come and gone since I've got here still waiting to get my tire changed this is ridiculous I could have done it faster with a screwdriver and a jack where do they find these people

They got to me pretty quickly with my oil change. Way more reasonable than anywhere else in town.

Waited an hour for a tire that was shown to be in stock just to find out that it was t there. Not to mention the guy at the desk had stuff dripping from his nose while waiting on customers. !!

This place literally took almost 6 hours for an oil change and a new tire and rotation. When the manager was confronted I overheard h saying that if I could do a better job then do it. Ha! I will next time.

Clerk was inconvenienced by me needing a tire. Unnecessarily obnoxious even though I was more than polite. Only go here if all other options have been exhausted.

I called the night before and asked to replace some tpms sensors I mention the type of tire and the vehicle I decided to go the next morning I drove 20 minutes to get there and the Rude guy behind the counter told me we don't do that series of tire but then continue to tell me that if I bought the tire there they would do it I am confused angry and tired of lies at Walmart

Don't go hereI just wanted 3 and a half hours here and only left after they said it would be another hour till ill be readyAnd all of this after being told it would be 2 and a half hours but if I would have stayed it would have been 4 and a half completely ridiculous and unacceptable

Nice and friendly, especially eye center. Greeting person that looks like Santa Clause Wayne. I don't like it when they move things around.
