Got our oil changed there couple days ago. This is the only place I get my oil changed at!These guys are great!Especially Dylan! They didn't have our oil filter but they got it in the next day and I came back and they did everything and put it on there for me and gave me a nice little discount! They always give us great service!

People were nice but didn't know how to use car advise and said they don't accept it but their location is listed as a place I could go to for my oil change , which is a shame bc I get one every 3 months with my discount program. They lost business over this today. If they don't accept it they need to call and take them off the website. I wasted my time completely here. And time cost me money.

It was a quick change, and they went above and beyond! Timothy, John, Marco, and the guy who didn't help me but made me smile by being happy enough to sing! Great group of gentlemen.

I would love for someone to reach out to me about this complaint Im about to make. One of you need to explain to me why, just why, it was thought to be a great idea to OVERINFLATE our tires on the left side but not touch our tires on the right. Why touch the tires at all? We came in for a simple oil change!!!

Waited over 1.5 hours for an oil change with 1 car in front of me. Terrible customer service, very rude, slow, and way overpriced for an oil change. The manager is in need of a lesson in customer service. Will not be returning.

Timothy and Dylan are the best!! They were awesome and made sure that my vehicle was taken care of. I had a tire light on and without hesitation they said we will get that taken care of and that light turned off for you. I was pretty nervous because I had never been to a valvoline before (I used my dealership) but they eased my mind! The price was higher than I typically pay at the dealership but I will be back because of their awesome customer service!Services: Tires, Oil change

I just visited this location of Valvoline(Lebanon), to get my driver rear tail light replaced. The bulb had blown. I was expecting it to be an ordeal, that's my usual luck. But to my surprise it was super simple & easy! The assistant manager David Brewster & the tech Sebastian - he replaced the bulb, were both very nice & knowledgeable about their work. I will be going back for my oil change. Thanks guys!

Word of advice, don't get the transmission flush because they don't replace the transmission filter. I paid over $100 dollars and I called customer service to see if they changed my filter, she told me "They don't change the transmission filter because the flush filters out 90% of the debris from the old transmission fluid" so I said what's the point of new transmission fluid if y'all don't replace the filter, she said we just don't.

Friendly. Did exactly what they were supposed to do. (Unfortunately another Valvoline location didn't even check my lights, inside air filter or tire pressure) This location they were not pushy when it came to needing things done that were overdue. Best service I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location!! S. Cumberland in Lebanon, TN. I will use them from now on!!

They gave me an oil change and checked my lights, air filter and also provided me with some suggested maintenance for upcoming milestones. They were friendly and informative. The guy literally pencil whooped the whole checklist, did not check tires, transmission fluid misread the battery and no telling what else he forgot to do. Calling corporate tomorrow. Only good thing was that you were in and out quick, but I think we see why.

The fellows working the morning I pulled in for an oil change greeted me with smiles and they actually listened to what I wanted done and clearly explained options and didn't try to upsell me anything. They respected my time, were friendly and got me back on the road quickly and for a reasonable price. I like using Valvoline stops in general when I am on the road (I need 1 or 2 oil changes a month due to mileage) and this garage was great. I will gladly stop there again if due for an OC when in the area!Service: Oil change

Fantastic experience. Not only were all of the crew members there extremely friendly but after my transmission flush I got a deal on the oil change and they found out my radiator was low on fluid and they topped it off of me at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I told them I could only afford the basic oil change. I'm on Social Security. They talked me into an air filter and suggested 2 or 3 things I needed. Then they said I needed a new battery. I told them I just bought one two weeks ago. So he tested it again and said it was fine. I won't go back. I'm old but I'm not stupid.

I went to get an oil change a couple of months ago. They made sure to check my transmission fluids and nothing else. They thought it was funny that I had never had a transmission flush. They were rude and unprofessional and immature. No one was paying attention to what they were doing. I had a talk with the manger David and the technician Jeremy and they apologized and asked me to give them another chance. I went back today and David did not remember the meeting or remember telling me outside the shop that he would be giving me a great discount next time to make up for the lack of service before. He was rude and hateful. To make a long story short I guess you shouldn t take someone for their word and you should not visit this Valvoline. With 8 years of management experience you would think Mr.David would know how to treat a customer and train his employees.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I got my oil changed and transmission serviced. They didn't suggest a serpentine belt. They usually do I would have paid to have it done. But I broke down not even a week after my service due to a serpentine belt cost me more than I wanted to pay. Thanks...

Yesterday my vehicle was overheating I pulled over near the Valvoline. I approached the shop seeking assistance and the asst mngr readily said he d take a look for me. It was determined that it was my radiator. So they filled it up with coolant and gave me some extra so I could get home. They took their time to help, were kind and generous. I was so flustered I failed to get their names but I appreciate them immensely and wouldn t hesitate to give them my business for my future needs! Good people!

Sebastian is very knowledgeable and informative. Marcus and Malea (sp) did the oil change before I had even finished filling out the info, FAST. Unfortunately I missed the name of the tech working the computer, but he was polite and helpful.
