Today was my first time here and I don t remember the guys name who took care of me but he was so polite. Gave me a bottle of water, they changed the oil really fast and gave me some advice on when to get my filters replaced and they cleaned the windows! Has a real nice hospitality vibe like Cracker Barrel. I ll be going back!

1/8/24 same great service for my full synthetic oil change. No high pressure sales while they thoroughly go over everything on my vehicle check. They always send me digital coupons which i also love.Old: Great pricing, outstanding service! During my full synthetic oil change my Air filter and back wiper needed changing also. I normally just go to Walmart after and pick up that stuff but they price matched the parts and put them on for me!

I went to the location on west main street in lebanon tn. Will is the manager and he was attentive and helpful. They didn't have my oil filter in stock but he went to advance auto parts and got me a filter to do my oil change. The customer service at this location is professional and exceptional. I will come here and no where else from now on. Thank to Will and your team!

Lily was extremely helpful, professional, and her pit tech found an issue from a previous service (at a different location) and advised me of the situation, which saved me a huge headache if the part had failed at a later date. 6/5 stars!

Always a good experience here. And I usually find good coupons online for their services. Use Google for the coupons not the actual location on their website.

I usually change the oil in all my families cars but due to time being against me, I needed to get my son s oil changed before he went off to college so I took it here. Thought I was saving time but that was hardly the case as it cost me much more time and money. The day after my son took the car in to have the oil changed I went out to a huge puddle of oil in my driveway. I looked underneath and it was coming from the drain plug area. There was a lot of play in the plug and when I wiggled it with my hands oil would come out. It s a no brainer that they lost the o-ring when taking the plug out due to incompetence. My son called them right away and told them what happened and they immediately said, We didn t do anything to cause that . Of course that s what sneaky snakes would say! I took the car back up when I returned from business the next day. I had to wait for over an hour. The manager walked over and started to give all kinds of excuses which I couldn t care less to hear. You are a place that is supposed to specialize in oil changed so do your job right! He told me it was the oil drain plug which I already know. He walked to advance auto parts and bought a generic drain plug. How do I know this? Because I know they don t sell them for my son s car but he assured me it was correct and I trusted him as he said, I would be very surprised if it leaked now, so I drove home. I woke up to a lot of oil in the driveway. I found an OEM plug at the dealer, had to go buy it 40 minutes away and I replaced it myself. Now it s still leaking because during all this manipulation and inserting the wrong plug, the integrity of the oil drain hole was ruined. I now have to order a new oil pan which is lots more time I have already wasted and more money. I can tell you knowing a good deal about cars that there isn t a person at this place that knows what they are doing. They are all (including the manager) highly incompetent and I absolutely don t trust them to fix this a THIRD TIME! My next course is to take them to court for which I am well prepared for. Unless you want to end up like me or you simply don t care about your car, I would stay very clear of this place.Service: Oil change

Awesome service! I needed an oil change the other day, and decided to stop in here when I was out running errands. There was a bit of a wait, but once it was my turn, they got the job done quickly and professionally.

Fast, expert service every single time. I've gone here for years and every crew member does a good job and is personable. Got full service oil change and tire rotation and was out in less than 15 minutes.

So I have been coming to the Valvoline on W Main in Lebanon sincewe moved to this area years ago. They have always been so nice and friendly and professional!!! They have never tried to get me to do things to my car when it isn t time yet. ( filter change. Etc) today I came to get my oil changed and there is a young lady who came to get her oil changed and was very upset because they found something, not sure what, wrong with her engine. She was obviously upset because she had just purchased the car. They took the time to try and help her out and explain what was wrong and how she should go about getting it fixed without her having to pay out since she just purchased the car. Did it hold up the line, yep sure did, but I didn t mind at all!! I would hope that if that was my daughter that some nice people would help her, when they didn t have to, instead of just changing her oil and sending her on her way. I am so thankful there are still young people who care!! They just kept my devotion to this location!!!

These guys are always great! They are a riot and I appreciate the customer service they have. It's a pleasure to stop by because I know my oil change will be done quickly and the guys are not unhappy, they even make me laugh.

Best oil changing place in Wilson County . Forever will be a Customer . These guys are great , very professional and will help in anyway they can changed my oil and replaces everything that I asked to replaced and gave mye the best of the best product . Im very Satisfied and advise all Police -Fire-Military and civilians to come here and Get your oil change here. My personal opinion they need to shut down all oil changing company's ( Vavoline) and put up take 5 all around Wilson County .

Employees are very nice. But...the Valvoline on West Main in Lebanon the last two times have not physically checked my wipers, air pressure in the tires, front and back lights or brake lights. Disappointed. Will start going to a different location.

This was my first time through a Valvoline and definitely not my last. Just needing to get my oil changed, I was pleasantly surprised when Griffin (who was incredibly friendly and professional), told me about the free inspection and fluid top-offs. He was easy to talk to and made the experience super easy and helpful. When I got to the oil change, Chris did a great job capping off what was already an awesome visit. We chatted easily and he mentioned some other areas of maintenance that we could tackle while I was there. Not only was the whole visit quick, but I left feeling great about my vehicle and the service I had just received. The whole team seemed to be great and I am thankful for taking a task I dread and making it amazing! Great service! Highly highly recommend.

Been coming at this Valvoline for 6 years. Always great. Tonight 12/21/2020Chris recognize my face and knew who I was.The team does a great job.I only have Ford F- 150 sThank you Chris.... Cheers & Merry ChristmasAugust 23rd 2023Still 5 Have an A/C checked and recharged. Will did a great job. A very nice and pleasant man.

I prefer to take my vehicle here rather than the Dealership...much better pricing and customer service!Tabitha is very friendly, helpful and I do not feel taken advantage of with selling me extra services! She has went above and beyond during both my visits! I felt she needed to hear what an excellent job she is doing. Everyone seemed to be working great together and all had positive attitudes...rare to find that anywhere anymore! I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get serviced. They are very thorough and detail oriented.

Usually love Valvolines. But the service was poor. They didn't fill my tires. I even advised them prior to my service that my tire was low when I asked about it after my service was complete I was told they did it.i pulled over in the parking lot and got out and check it was still low. They then had me wait until the next customer was done until they finally filled.up my tire. I will NOT be going back to this location.Service: Oil change

You Can't Get much better than these Hard Working Men & Women at this Particular Valvoline, I Can't tell u What They Mean to Me. It's much more than just a Oil Change Shop. Mason & The rest of the boys are always there if I have a Question or need anything.. I'm disabled, So Their help is invaluable.

Staff was standing around not doing anything for more time than is acceptable. I m a mechanic and was taking my fleet vehicle in for an oil change and I watched the manager lie to another customer about immediately needing a new air filter when it was only slightly dirty. While the staff was standing around they constantly complained about the weather and about the customers expecting them to be relatively quick. They told stories and were on their phones constantly and used very unprofessional language rather loudly. One staff member attempted to out new wiper blades on my work van as my companies requires them to, but he was unable to and then gave up and went to sit in his phone. He left greasy hand prints all over my windshield. After I left I pulled into a parking lot to check the level and there was grease all over the front of my vehicle that they neglected to clean off. Overall they were not knowledgeable about what they were doing, they were unprofessional, childish, and didn t show the slightest bit of hospitality-quite the opposite at that. I do the maintenance on my personal vehicle, but I will certainly not be bringing my work vehicle back.Service: Oil change

Went in with a Groupon Voucher to get my Oil Change from $103 to $73.. some how they added an Oil and Service fee.. so it ended up being $103 once agian.. nice guys.. but definitely a little bit of a scam.

Occasionally, the line is very long and you could wait for a little while but once you get in the bay, they get you in and out quick and efficiently and they re always offering discounts. The prices aren t bad.

The guys at this location were awesome! They got me in and out so quick, I was able to get my oil changed on my way to work this morning. They were all incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. I will certainly be coming back!Edit to add: Jay is the bomb & makes incredible hot sauce!

Love this place.Quick service, polite workers. They seem to actually care.The prices are affordable (almost as cheap as doing it myself), and with my military discount, it makes the value even better.As a guy who grew up changing his own oil, I was skeptical, but this Valvoline location made me a convert!

i will never, ever use this location or any other location named valvoline , worse experience, bring your car for an oil change go home with a blown engine, this guys are force to he there , they lazy and when they do the job they do it wrong. I brought my car in for an oil change, never had an issue with my car, ended up with a bad oil pump, not sure what type of oil they put in or what they did. Lesson learned. Make sure to watch them and make sure they adding they right oil in , totally forgot to do so since I m thinking they know wat they doing.

These guys are always fast & they are really friendly! They will not try to pressure you into buying anything you don't want, they listen & they give you honest & reasonable advice. I have never had a bad experience here. They were also VERY helpful providing recommendations for other local business that offer the car services that they do not offer.
