James and the crew in Lebanon are fantastic!! This was our first trailer purchase and I couldn t be more pleased with how they handled the entire process. James took the time to ensure I was familiar with all aspects of the trailer after the purchase and even took a ride with me to make sure I had the hang of hauling it behind my truck. You don t find that level of customer service around much anymore. Go see these guys now!!

Everyone here was wonderful and they had the best price for the size trailer I needed. Real clean and no rust. Easiest buying process I ve had in a long time, even gave me some tips on getting it tagged. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Awesome experience no pressure to purchase, lowest prices around! Super easy process and they offer a free yearly trailer inspection. Every other place I went to were over priced and didn t even speak of a warranty except for the limited manufacturing warranty. Definitely recommend these guys.

Aaron and James at Trailers Plus in Lebanon are absolute pros and got me financed and out the door quickly. They cut off my old rusted hitch and even trimmed and adjusted all the door hinges to fit the hockey puck locks more smoothly. They went above and beyond and made for a painless purchase. Couldn t recommend them more

I was in town visiting family and purchasing a vehicle and trailer because everything is overpriced in Colorado. Being able to view a CURRENT inventory was extremely helpful. I had made a mistake in reserving the cargo trailer and I encountered no issues whatsoever correcting my mistake. I m happy with the service provided and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND at least giving this location in Lebanon TN a visit. Bonus points for being able to service the trailer in Colorado at a later time if necessary.I m definitely returning when I have the need for another trailer.Fantastic team to work with.

I drove about 40 minutes to check out a trailer. When I arrived I was greeted by James. Super upfront honest and nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the trailers and was able to answer any question i I had. Long story short he busted his @ss and I ended up leaving with a 2024 12 foot trailer! I will highly recommend! Ask for James!

Just recently bought a 8.5x22ft Deckover trailer and James made it really easy to get, very nice guy! This is my first trailer and he was very informative and patience explaining everything to me. Will definitely be going back for future business. Highly recommended

Worst experience everI bought a dump trailer lil over a year agoWith a lightly usedBrought this trailer back for repair before warranty expired,they didn t repaired it gave a bunch of excuses I paid the cost of this repair from my own pocket ,few months later one the axel partsGot broken do to poor welding workI don t recommend this brand of dump trailers

Went into this not knowing what the outcome was going to be with that being said i looked at the many finance options the first was the RTO and so forth did the pre qualify for the RTO it was a go so I went to go see the trailer options that's when this young man named James I told him what I did and what I was looking for he showed the option as well as the prices and then he gave the breakdown of the multiple financing companies from what credit score to have and payment options well I went and did the pre qualify for the Sheffield Financing company and was approved went on back the next day and told James that I was approved and we went and looked at the trailer option one last time SURPRISE I left out with a 7x14 carry on trailer HATS OFF TO JAMES great guy very knowledgeable and persistent with making sure the customer is happy and satisfied before and after everything is said and done.Thank You James

I let them know what I needed the trailer for and they were able to talk me out of a cargo trailer and recommended a car hauler and it was sitting up front ready to go when I got there all the trailer companies are saying a very low price but just be prepared to let go of more money when you pick it up I did add some extras so not saying the trailer price wasn t right, but your going to want to add locks, spare tire ect I needed a larger ball and taller hitch and they had it in stock. Trailer pulled great back to North Carolina full of all my tools

I had an amazing experience purchasing a trailer from the Lebanon, TN location. Very knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions and walked me through the whole purchase process in a very professional manner. I got the Loadrunner and it is a well built trailer for sure! By FAR the best customer service I ve experienced from any trailer repair/dealer across the country. Next-morning appointment (at my convenience, they offered same day), free installation of new tires, generous & hardworking staff even brought out cold waters while they installed. In & out in 20 mins. Will send my buddies & my family here every time from now on!

Legendary Service from the moment that we drove into the parking lot! James was there to meet and assist in making sure that the purchase of a 5 x 8 cargo trailer was completed. James was exceptionally knowledgeable of the product and gave us all the recommendations of specifications. He made me and my husband feel so welcome. What a great asset to your company s. He is.
