My husband was driving to work and hit a large pot hole on the interstate causing lots of damage to his tire, axle, bearings etc. We called superior auto and were able to have the truck towed right to them. They were very prompt in diagnosing the issues, discussing prices and services need, as well as ordering parts and completing the repairs in a more than timely manner. They kept us up to date every step of the way with the repairs and answered any questions we had. Definitely would recommend using them for your auto needs! Thanks yall for being so easy to work with !!

My car went down during the snow and I had no idea how to even start the process. I called this number and instantly there was a sweet lady who helped me . My car ended up not being covered under warranty. They gave me an immaculate deal as a single mom this means so much ! You guys have gained a new customer.

I stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my brakes checked out. It was a great experience! I have recently moved over from another county, and I needed to try to find a new local auto shop. I m thrilled I found this one! Superior is simply the best! Getting your car fixed can be scary because of all the unknowns. For that reason I prefer a mechanic I can trust, who will tell me the truth, who won t take advantage of my situation, yet honestly give me the proper assessment of what I m dealing with. This auto shop has been an extremely wonderful experience. Our car broke down while traveling back to Texas and we had it towed here because it was the closest shop and we had to get back on the road. These guys expedited us, fixed our car, let us know of other potential issues and sent us on our way in less than 2 hours. They also have us a fair rate. They were very nice and professional, and the shop was clean as can be. I recommend anyone who needs service in the area.

Matt and his staff are top notch! They have worked on a variety of vehicles for me. They are outstanding for not only routine maintenance but also major and minor repairs. I recently learned they are now selling tires! Matt is more than knowledgeable, he is trustworthy! Take your car to Superior Auto to make sure the job is done right.

We've been going here for years. Joel and Matt are wonderful people. They certainly stay busy because you probably won't get your vehicle back the same day, but their service is definitely worth it.

I've been using Superior Auto Repair for the last few services my car has needed. Although they've just been oil changes I've been completely satisfied with their service and honesty. They've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and that's greatly appreciated these days. I'll continue to use these guys as long as my 11 year old vehicle is on the road haha. Thanks SAR!

We broke down on I40 west in Lebanon tenn and AAA towed us here. These guys were very curtious and professional. Their hospitality was outstanding. They did not charge me extra for starting the repair myself or cleaning up all the blood I lost while attempting to repair truck. If I lived here I would use and recommend Superior auto repair.

My wife's 2006 Volkswagen Passat had the Timing-Chain break while in operation. It's a terrible thing to have happen to a car. Joel was very helpful, explaining to me exactly what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Matt also went above and beyond in actually getting the car back to running shape. They worked on a Saturday to help me get my car back quickly (we were having ice storms at the time during the week).Overall, I felt they were honest and hard-working. That's what I expect when paying good money, and that's what they delivered.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good / local mechanic.

Outstanding and will take my vehicles to them as long as I live in the surrounding area! I just recently moved back to TN and my mother has been taking her car to them for sometime,so when my automatic window switch started messing up, I decided to give them a try. Now keep in mind, I DO NOT TRUST AUTO REPAIR SHOPS,and have been spoiled to having a close friend as my mechanic/repairman for years,but Superior has won my trust,because after getting the switch fixed,it still didn't seem quite right but I wasn't to worried well a few weeks later I discover I have a brake leak and called up Superior and they of course got me right in just as before! After dropping off my truck Joel calls and asked about the window switch and says, We Will Replace it because somethings not working right! Now I don't know many places that will guarantee their work that well,even when it's a faulty part,not their fault,however,they fixed it and my brake leak,they went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend Superior to anyone in the area!

Superior completed repairs to my car at a fair price, and the job was done right the first time. They did not suggest unnecessary repairs. The mechanic briefly test drove the vehicle before returning it to me to be sure the problem was corrected. Great service.

Awesome service from these guys.... they got me turned around with same-day service, and even managed to replace the bolts that I foolishly lost!And one of the guys at the shop even stayed 5 minutes Pass closed because I was running late to get there to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend the shop for any repairs you need, their customer service is top-notch.

Great service ..Joel called me every step of the way . Made sure I knew what they was doing. 2nd time i had to use them for repairs. Little pricey on nook parts but that expected at repair shops. Over all great service. Didn't get 5 stars cause I felt there's room for improvement 4.9 stars how's that heheh Thanks Joel for another repair

I recently was stranded on the highway, and through AAA was towed to Superior Auto Repair where they diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively. I was able to complete my trip safely due to their careful repair. Thank you!

Went for a EVAP system leak. Said it was the sensor .($14) part they charged 250. Had to go back because the same issue continued . $50 more dollars to tape a hole on the hose leading to the same sensor .

After getting car repaired I asked a simple question about a radiator hose and the the answer I received was very sarcastic and rude do not recommend them
