I highly recommend Specialty! Working with Austin and Jeff was certainly one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Not only are their vehicles very high quality, but they are both extremely friendly and knowledgeable.We came to an agreement quickly with a fair valuation on both the sale & trade, leaving with only a few minor paperwork hiccups to handle (which Austin took care of easily). Exceptional treatment from the owners and managers at this dealership. To start off, I purchased a 2013 z06 from Specialty Motors last month in June. Mind you I m from Reno, NV all the way across the country from Tennessee. Samantha who is the Sales Manager was great with communication and taking charge of speaking to my loan consultant and sending over documents, legal work etc via email. Michael who is one of the owners got in contact with me about a month ahead of time to confirm my flight and my date of arrival. He went out of his way and offered to pick me up at the Nashville International airport, which is 30 minutes or so away from Lebanon. When we finalized the purchase and I took off with the car I ran into a little bit of trouble, it was nothing major at all but it happened to be a low charged battery (The car was kept in a private showroom to protect) which is totally understandable. I returned to the dealership and that s when I met the other owner Jeff who is a lot more familiar with Corvettes along with his Mechanic. Once again they went out of their way to do what was right for me, they charged the battery and allowed me to take one of their dealership cars to a nearby lunch spot while we waited for their call. Overall it was a great experience with these guys, very kind and courteous people. For anyone near Lebanon, TN who are in search of a vehicle I strongly recommend you take a look at Specialty Motors before anything else.

We had a few speed bumps in the road but at the end they went above and beyond and when I called them out on something I didn t care for they contacted me and made sure to justify things and make it right. So would buy from them again, but I would be sure to double check the vehicle. All in all it was a fair exchange of business and, like I said I d buy again.

I purchased a 2011 shelby without being informed of a differential assembly being shot. Dealer admitted to rebuilding it after my hearing whining from the rear and calling them.Ford found metal shavings in diff fluid and must be replaced costing 2k. They also said with just 16k miles on it, it was llikely launched too much.I feel dealer should at least pay for half and should have alerted me to the rebuild.Not exactly up front with me, and I traveled to pick it up.This is not a 500 dollar car either.Update 3/24/21:Jeff the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and research what Ford has claimed to be the need for a new diff assembly. I will go over with Ford in person what they are seeing as Jeff and I discussed.Jeff also is willing to get on Zoom to actually see what Ford is seeing to ensure validity.I think this is very professional of Jeff to take the time to patiently discuss and provide some solutionsHe and I will discuss further once car at Ford.Much appreciated, Jeff!

The place is a little difficult to find. Doesn't look like a car lotPeople were very friendly and helpful. No high pressure tactics just a good discussion over value and cost. Huge thanks to Luke, Jeff and Michael for their honesty and integrity in the sale of a vehicle sight unseen and coordination of an auto transport to ship the vehicle 850 miles away. The vehicle shipped Friday afternoon and arrived Sunday morning! I will be down to Nashville in the near future and will take the time to stop in and thank them in person!

This place is a chop shop located in the back of a warehouse. Got there to pay cash for a Mustang GT and they had taken parts off of the car and replaced them with hail damaged and chipped (the size of a quarter). Tires not as described and I was even told they were going to swap the exhaust but didnt have time! Stay away! You cannot trust these people. Their defense was, the description didnt include these items... The pictures did and there was no mention of these charges during the several conversations and text!

Super easy selling process. Extremely prompt and easy to deal with. Usually it s a big hassle to come to an agreement but they were more than fair. Was in and out in under a hour. Can t recommend them enough to deal with.
