Shipper s collision has been amazing! They have kept me update on my repairs & gone out of their way to ensure I have kept my rental car during the repairs to my car. Left with more damage than I came in with!!!! Needed a replacement trunk after someone ran into my car. When I picked up my Cadillac there were new scratches on my car door. They deceptively tried to hide these scratches with new non stock paint. Not only that, I have to literally slam my trunk to get it to shut. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction with the repairs. They gave me the sorry excuse that people have scratches they never notice on vehicles till they go to a body shop. After they inspected my car for the third time they realized I didn t have any damage to the car before I brought it in and agreed to buff out the scratches. They said they would call me back to set up an appointment date and never even called. Completely unprofessional by leaving tools in the trunk of my car and asking me to drive 30 minutes back to the shop to return them as well. Nightmare experience, I m glad insurance paid for it because I wouldn t give this business another dime.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality work, wealth of knowledge and overall great experience!We were very pleased with the amazing collision repair work completed on our vehicle. We appreciated the quality of work, the employee knowledge, and turn around time. They were extremely knowledgeable in the insurance process and worked directly with the adjusters leaving us stress-free. Amazing!!

Please beware of this place they kept my car for almost two months, and still managed to not fix everything my insurance company paid them to do. My tent came back messed up. They gave me the cheapest vent shades after mine were damaged in a wreck. Had to take my car back several times, it s not worth it. The front end alignment they were paid to do was never done. Take your business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Shippers Auto Collision Service.I took my car there and I was amazed at the how it turned out after the repairs. Took my new F150 to them for repairs.The showroom is very clean and the staff is great.You can never tell my truck was in an accident they detailed the car inside and out as a bonis.If you need body work this is the place to go.Service: Body & Trim

I am so happy with my service from you guys... Brittney Jackson was very professional and upfront.. The owner was very generous and helpful.. The body shop crew did a fantastic job.. Great repair facility. Receptionist and owner are really nice and easy to deal with. Fixed my car in time promised and did a great job on my bumper facia repair.

This body shop does expert hail damage repair!! Insurance company thought roof should be replaced but Shippers saved it and it looks absolutely perfect!! Shippers is my "go to" body shop!!!

If I could give these pos a 0 I would. They tried to rob my mom. Told the insurance company all kinds of lies saying the damage happened another way. Don't go here! Fair warning

Do not take your vehicle to this company in Lebanon Tennessee they will steal your vehicle and put a lot of miles on it under police diversification
