Excellent communication and top quality service. Whenever an accident happens you think the vehicle will never look remotely the same. ProWorks took care of all the damage and I really can t tell that it was ever in a wreck. We ll see how the paint wears, but highly recommend this shop. They treat you right.

If you're needing body work in middle TN, ProWorks Collision in Lebanon is the place to go! I hit a huge in December, and my car was even more pushed in/bent than it looks in the dark pic. He told me he would fix it like it was his own, and in keeping his word, it looks even better than before the wreck! They negotiated with my insurance company, who wasn't the easiest to work with, to make sure that it was fixed the best way possible. As soon as negotiations were done and the parts came in, they had it back to me asap, and communicated very well through the whole process! Definitely recommend for a smooth process!

These guys should be at the top of list of body shops. Couldn t be happier with my experience with Brandon and his whole team.My 2009 black Corvette was hit on the drivers side. All 3 panels were damaged. Door, front fender, and quarter panel. The insurance company gave me a list of body shops they use. I called 2 of the shops on the list. None of which would touch a Corvette. I started looking at reviews of the other shops. Pro works has all outstanding reviews. They had experience with Corvettes and said they would be glad to repair my car. They gave me an estimate as I waited. Took care of sending to the insurance company for approval. They approved it the next day. Brandon called me to let me know and ordered the parts. Just a few days later he called to let me know parts were in. Took my car in for repair. Not even a week went by when he called to let me know it was ready. When I picked it up I wasn t surprised. It was perfect, I can t tell it was ever damaged. These guys are top notch period . I would recommend Pro works over and over again.

This place does great work and without a bunch of wait time like most of the collision shops. They do not take on more than they can do so you are not waiting on your vehicle to be repaired forever. Brandon and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional! They have been doing auto repairs for a long time. My car came out looking great and with factory part's, not second hand parts. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed my car repaired again!

Brandon, Danny and Matt are exceptional at their craft. Brandon gave an estimate for replacing front end of my truck due to a hard hit on the interstate. After he worked with the insurance company and got the approval, the magic began. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that was done. I had my truck back in less than a week and it looks better than it did when I purchased it. I will be using them for any future body work. I reside in Florida and while passing through Tennessee was involved in an auto accident where another drive hit me and damaged my truck, making it undrivable. ProWorks Collision was responsible for repairing the truck. They did an excellent job repairing the extensive damage to the truck, finding the parts even though there was an auto strike going on and getting it repaired faster that I expected. They also did an exceptional job of keeping me up to date on the repair of the truck and ensuring I had everything I needed to pick-up the truck and return to Florida. Finally, because they knew I was out of state, they worked to ensure that all repairs were completed and that I would not experience any additional mechanical issues returning to Florida. I have used Danny and his services a lot and they do an absolute amazing job every time. They always makes sure you re satisfied and are taken care of, the quality of work is unmatched along with the customer service! I hit a deer on 231 South in the early morning hours of 10/2. I lost 2 headlights, the grille, and took on a bad dent in the driver s side front fender of my 1996 Geo Tracker. I wanted to try and keep it on the road as I bought it new 27 years ago. I stopped by Pro Works in Lebanon and spoke with Brandon for an estimate. I dropped the vehicle off on 10/9. To my surprise, Brandon called and informed my Tracker was ready on 10/11. All I can say is wow, what an awesome job! I highly recommend this shop for any of your bodywork needs. These guys went over and beyond to assist and repair my mother's damaged suv. I live out of state and came up to get the estimates and we chose to go with Pro Works instead of the preferred provider of insurance company. We let them know wanted them to do the repairs there price was competive and there turn around time alot faster then others in lebanon which had backlog. When they were ready thefollowing week to do repairs I did not have to return to drop off vehicle since I live out of state. They came picked up my mother's vehicle andwhen completed brought it back, this customer service is rarely done. They kept us well informed from start to finish. They do not have back log because they take in what they can get out in a timely manner provided parts are available. Talk to Brandon for your estimste. Brad and Matt gave an estimate for hail damage on my truck. After the work was completed, ahead of expectations, I was very impressed. The quality of work done was beyond professional.
