I m from Texas here and my car was heating up and I didn t know what to do. I stopped at O Reilly Auto Parts and the nice staff were eager to help me find the meaning behind the code my suv was reading.

So I got here at my strict appt time and was given a door. All is kosher. When I get to the door there s a truck in it. I figure I ll call and see if there s another door. Halfway through I m the driver and they hang up on me. Truck starts to leave so I go to back in and another truck zooms in the door. So naturally, I call again, and this time they don t hang up but choose to now inform me that there s a line for the door. Alright, well that s info that would ve been nice before heading around. I ask if there s another door I can use and the answer was no. Apparently if you aren t an oreilly s truck and you re making a delivery, you only have the one door option, so appts are a moot point, trucks are constantly going in and out making it difficult to even just sit and wait, and they take far too long to unload. Id rate it at zero star but google won t let me. 0/10 if you have the option to decline a load to here, I d recommend it. If you re picking up here I m sure it s fine

They load me with old engine parts and my trailer all full of oil and I ask them make sure all the parts not leaking oil and he said no they don t and now they don t want to pay me to wash my trailer from the oil

Was sent into the store, by my husband, with some random parts that were unidentifiable by the part number listed on them. The sales associate, Donnie, was able to identify, research and get me the correct replacement parts needed right there in the store. Knowledgeable and friendly, thanks for a good experience!

Terrible. My appointment was at 9:00am. They did not put me into a dock until after 11:00. Then took another hour to unload a few pallets. Extremely slow and lazy. Made me late for my other appointments.

Parts front with a warehouse attached in an industrial park at this location. Michelle is great to work with. You do have to drive around to a different part of the building to get your part from will call here. They were the only place in town to carry my part for my 2015 F350 diesel.

Every O'Reilly's I've ever been to the customer service is A++ when they open the Distribution Center in Lebanon Tennessee I immediately went and applied I just started my new position and left my old job! That's how much I love O'Reilly's!

I was wondering if there was overnight parking. I don't know but nobody bothered me . People in receiving office was nice and they unloaded my truck fast.

Very helpful and prices are better than other part stores. This location also contains the warehouse so the parts are right there.
