Sunday, July 9th 2023 Had an amazing experience today the store was very clean and organized the young woman and young man that helped me out today was is greatly appreciated not sure their names but we had a great conversation amazing experience RNS

I've stopped into Napa twice in Lebanon only because I didn't buy my battery there's someone else did for me, it was also a lot more expensive than elsewhere, upon arrival I was met by a really nice Employee. He came out tested it, and it wasn't perfect, but it shouldn't be dying, I explained what happened the night before & me being disabled in downtown Nashville wasn't good & he agreed, then he said that the thingamabob tube that runs from the battery to my fuse box was loose, so it needed to be tightened after I told him earlier what I ended up paying to get jumped off he said we r not allowed to work on anyone's vehicle, but tightening a Bolt is no big deal. I'm in a Wheelchair so I can't reach & I have no tools. I paid 2x $30 all I had to have it jumped off. The Manager arrived & Not only was yelling at the poor man who hadn't even touched my Battery yet btw, but was very well just unnecessary, however people have bad day's, but considering how expensive , the rules are rules, but if they put a battery in & out. Then I don't understand why this is different maybe I'm mistaken.. I'm just going to get my battery exchange for a new One and that will fix it. I do plan on getting more tools it's just hard when you've just lost your place..Doing the best you can. I was actually just asking him How to do it myself, I'm capable of that, He took off afterwards & back in the building after that behind her. I Motioned to him I'm sorry .. bcuz I wasn't trying to get him in trouble.So, Long story short I will not be a returning customer at Napa Auto Parts ever again.

Took a part back told to come back they didn't have cash in the store for my refund. I got the district managers number and he was appalled the manager refused to do refund with the receipt. To which he called and advised her to do the refund and she was obviously not happy and gave back over 200$ in 5s 1s and change. This is not how you run a business and we will not return. You are not the only auto parts store in town.

I bought a brake light bulb last Saturday and the one I purchased was already opened, cashier told me it was opened by accident and will work . When I got the my receipt I told them what if it does not work can I return it she said NO, I told her its already opened and may not work too. I just badly needed the brake light bulb and hoping if I replace my old one will be fixed. To cut the long story short it was also a busted bulb and I needed to go to an auto care to have it replace with a working bulb light.

I had been going to other auto parts stores and the service and help I got was horrible. Unless you got one certain person to help you. Anyway I started coming to Napa. I understand that somethings are not easy to get. But Napa has done very well. I will continue to use Napa.

I rang to get a price for a Dodge fuel pump so I could give my client a quote for the repairs to his vehicle. I spoke with Cindy who informed me that they had two in stock. $134 for the 26 gal tank and $199 for the 36 gal tank.Unsure which one, I quoted my customer for both which was accepted.After learning his model had the smaller tank, I returned to NAPA for the purchase.I spoke with Cindy who recalled our conversation and then told me that the price was now $186. What?Then she said in the ' do you want it or not' tone of voice. Unable to contact my customer, I had no choice but to complete the purchase.I have no choice now but to absorb the extra cost because of my quotation.NAPA needs to be aware that there is such a thing as social media and that they are not the only auto parts store in town.Doubt if I will ever return.

Went inside store to get a few items needed for the vehicle. Like Lucas, car wash products, hand towels.The person at the front desk was nice

They were very friendly and helpful however they don't have a public restroom when you're an old man you don't go anywhere there's no restroom

Handled my major/minor parts issue with professional courtesy. Thanks ___ for the refund on the obscure Toyo parts. I forgot your name, but, that happens often bc of my condition. Have NAPA print you some cards and promote you.

Quality & sometimes hard-to-find parts but usually a little more expensive than the others. I consider a "wheelchair accessible entrance", to be automatic doors like at Kroger... difficult to hold a swing door and roll the wheelchair in...

Went in to get a trans filter and pan gasket for my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9 literThey searched the partsFound a 42re trans and a 45re and 47re transI told them mine had a 46re transBut they said THAT DOESNT EXISTI called the dealership with my VIN and the dealership who knows what they are doing said I have a 46re and the other trans is a 42reThere is NO 45re and 47re transmission !!!!The older guys in this store know what they are doingThe new guys have no clue ...and where did the 45re and 47re come from ?!?!?!If there are 2 young guys in this store stay away from it u cuz u won't get the parts u needI just left cuz I didn't want to get stuck with the wrong parts for some 47RE tranny that doesn't even exist

Had to get headlight...The boys there were not willing to help me put it in..never had that problem at OReilly or Auto Zone..

Don't go based on needing a part that the website shows in store. Online showed it in store. I arrived to pickup and was told they didn't have the part in stock.
