We had an urgent repair that needed to be done on our travel trailer (leaf springs) while traveling through Lebanon. Mark was communicative, professional and provided excellent service. He even moved his work schedule for that day to get us taken care of and my family safely back on the road. Highly recommended.

Stopped answering my phone calls after saying he could make it out to me the next day. Never returned any voicemails or text messages. Lost an extra day because he didn't return my calls or text messages. In fact, when I called at 8 in the morning, when I think he would be free to answer a call, it rang 2 times and sent to VM. So he declined my call.

We used Mark's services for a forced regen and a general electronical check. He was very fast, helpful and kind through all the way. The price is also very reasonable. Please do not hesitate to use this brand for any kind of assistance need on the way.

Changed a broken emergency side gland hand hose for us. Had 2 other calls ahead of us, but because of his current relative location to our truck, he worked us in on his way across town. We had an accident with one of our trailers,Mark was very quick to help fix the issue and get us back on the road in great time. He truly help to save the day. Excellent work, communication, and timing.Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing!!! We called them out to do some work on a trailer brake valve that had gone out. The trailer was loaded with a OO load that can't move after dark. I let these guys know what was up and they literally got right out there. There was a bit of an issue finding the brake valve that we needed, they called every place they could in town and couldn't find it. They had Utility order it, but it didn't come the next day like it was supposed to. These guys got me the tracking number and even camped out at Utility the next morning waiting for the UPS truck to show up with the part. When it did arrive, these guys went right for the part and were back out there pretty much immediately. The whole time we were dealing with them, they were sending me text messages to keep me updated. They were extremely reasonable as far as price goes as well. The bill came in way under what I had expected. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again in the future.
