This is a great place! Renee helped me size up my new WSB (World's Smallest Helmet). She is super polite and helpful. If you need the smallest DOT half helmet, this is definitely the place to go! Reasonable prices too! I will be back! Thanks everybody at Low Key!

Does not give itemized bill. Not sure what was done and what wasn't. Cost was more than expected.Had to take to Boswell Harley Davidson in Nashville to get repairs done. Was supposed to have full service done and install stereo for $600 all we know was done was a new oil filter and spark plug and a fried stereo with botched wire job. Low key said we had brake pads and tire tread to last the riding season that was false. They did not go over the bike did the minimum and what should of been a one day job took 4 days.

Took tires in off bike changed out. Did it in 1 hr got balance beads put in rides great .no problems .a little high on price but not bad considering other places .best work done .no problems ..

Will not take my bike ever to them they replaced the battery and it wasn't any good had to take bike to Harley Davidson shop they replaced the battery and new key wouldn't refund money said it was a used. Had Harley Davidson shop they replaced the battery, battery had only been in the bike 1 week, they couldn't even figure out what was wrong but they charged me 670.00dollars never go there.

Took bike in for some carburetor work got it back but it was still acting like it had a pice of trash or something took it back dropped it off around 11 on a Wednesday called around 4 he said he got it running fine it just needed the fluids changed still but I couldn't get it until that Friday went that Thursday to get it I didn't want to wait 2 days for a oil change Robert told me it was my throttle cable wasn't releasing I thought he had it fixed after the 2nd time I went home and changed the fluids myself that I bought from low key 1 of the oil container was already opened that Robert recommended for my bike after putting the fluids in tried to ride it but it's still having carb problems and to top it off I was given the wrong fluids after getting off the phone with Harley Davidson dealership bumpus of Murfreesboro went and got the right oil and chaincase fluid I will be going here for all my harley work I would give 0 stars but you Haft to give 1 paid 180 for the carb work and 47 for the oil and sporster transmission fluid which was the wrong fluid to use with a 01 harley 1200 sporster they are nice people but terrible bike mechanics can't even give the right fluids

Will not be going back to them when my dirtbike was ready the mechanic on the phone flat out said that it was junk and I should scrap it to recover my diagnostic fee I paid then later when I went to pick it up he left my sprocket and my gear shift lever off my bike and didn't put it on when it was on the bike when I brought it in and he then had the balls to walk out with me to my truck and tell me that my dirtbike belongs in the landfill I will let my bike sit and rot before I will ever go back to them
