I have been using Kevin's Automotive recently for miscellaneous repairs for my truck and wife's car and have always had excellent service. Then my transmission went out in my truck in October. Of course I had Kevin's Auto do it. I put it in on a Tuesday and got it done the following Tuesday, just as they said. It has now been over a month, and the transmission is great! My truck is running so good! Kevin's Automotive did a great job and I have no problems with the transmission. I am so happy. The price was right within the cost of a replacement transmission but their service and good was excellent!

I took this place here not knowing what to expect. I couldn t be happier with the job they did. They were reasonably priced and did not try to stiff me unlike Christian brothers. Definitely going to go back to them in the future!

Can t say enough great things about this shop! My wife s car broke down on her way to NC and we had it towed to Kevin s shop after hours with the hope he could help us out the next day. He got us right in and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Extremely professional and friendly and very reasonably priced. Car was ready in a few days and worked great. Would 100% recommend this business! Thanks again for everything!

These guys are angels! We had just left Nashville on our move to Connecticut, when I heard a strange sound coming from underneath my car. It was some loose plastic part covering some part of the engine, and it was scraping on the ground. I pulled off the highway at 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon, and called these guys to see if they had a minute to take a look and see if they could fix it, or just take it off. Within a minute of arriving, they put my car on the lift. After letting me and my family (and my dog) wait in their cool waiting room, they came out 10 min later and said they had replaced the missing bolts and we were good to go. When I asked how much I owed him, he said "don't worry about it". Thank you so much for fixing my car, and giving me piece of mind for our trip. Y'all are the best!!

I took my 2009 Acura MDX in since it sounded like a diesel engine. Kevin diagnosed a need for a new timing belt and water pump. They made the repairs and the car sounded and drove great. We were just outside of town when four different sensor lights went off and I called kevin s who said bring it back and within 30 minutes the issues were resolved with no additional charges. Great place to take your vehicle.

Had my truck towed there without an appt. They looked at it, got the parts (battery and alternator) and fixed it immediately! I was traveling from MN back to GA when I broke down. They were all super nice to me and my dog who was with me! I was not expecting it to be as quick as it was, and am very grateful! Thank you so much!Service: BatteryService: Battery

These guys were super helpful. Wife's car broke down in Lebanon while traveling through on a Friday. Called a couple of dealerships who said they could not look at it for a week. Called Kevin's Automotive and the said sure we can look at it. They found the problem quickly and would have repaired that same day if they could have gotten the part. Part came on Monday and car was fixed. I appreciate their willingness to help someone just passing through so quickly.

I can't say enough good things about this garage. I'm happy to drive 35 minutes to get there because they are good honest people that do things the right way. I believe they are a family operation. They are the best in Middle Tennessee I believe. Keep up the great work Kevin's automotive! I appreciate you!

Kevin s automotive has been very helpful and service was outstanding! Had new pads and rotors put on my charger! A week later had a noise and they looked it over and replaced parts at no cost! Thank you very much for a honest and great experience!

Absolute stud of a guy. Never misses a beat when it comes to the communication and efficiency of his work. The young lady who works the front is a ray of sunshine and makes anyone who walks in those doors feel important. I recommend Kevins Automotive 12/12.

The fuel pump went out on my vehicle in Davidson county. The were recommended by friends. When we called them they gave us a number for a tow company and they were able to put the tow bill on the final bill at the shop. The price was lower than anywhere else we checked. Our vehicle was ready the very next day. They were very nice and knowledgeable. We even got a warranty on the part they put on. Will definitely trust them with anything that needs fixing on our vehicles in the future.

I was introduced to Kevin's Automotive by a friend years ago. After visiting other mechanics, I have to say that Kevin's Automotive provided me with the best experience I've ever had over the years.I've had Kevin service multiple vehicles, and he always stands behind his work. The customer service is always great, and he doesn't try to replace parts if isn't necessary. Kevin also warranties his work, which provides me with a great piece of mind. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop, look no further!

Amazing shop. My daughter goes to Cumberland University and we live in LA. They could have easily taken advantage of her but they have not. For example, she had recent battery issues which turned out to be a poor connection. They cleaned it and now starts - no charge. I took my Jeep in thinking it needed a clutch. Kevin and team found the real problem (shaft bearings) and had it back to me in no time! I have finally found a trustworthy shop!

First of all. If you can t afford to take a bmw to bmw, then you can t afford a bmw, bec the quality is just not the same. Kevin s Automotive seemed like a good place to take my car. It was smoking under the hood. I had them fix a few things. I get it home, and after a few days driving it, it was smoking again.. after I was already $1000 in. Then, they tell me I have another issue, and that will cost me $1100. Now I would be $2100 in, when the car isn t hardly worth double that. Another issue I have is that, I was told by an employee, Greg or Craig 5 separate times, that he was gonna call me or I should expect to hear from him at a certain time, and I never got a call. I had to call every time to get a follow up regarding my car. Greg or Craig told me he would personally test drive my car for me when I go to pick it up, I asked him if he did, and he said no. He is sweet, but he is not very honest or professional at all.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Outstanding! I found myself stranded on the side of the road and the tow truck guy recommended Kevin's as a reliable and honest mechanic. They were very prompt with the job and provided a thorough analysis of the root of the problem, which was actually the fault of a terrible dodge dealer mechanic (Kernersville Dodge) where previous work was done. They also went ahead and fixed the source of the issue, rather than just the part that malfunctioned as a result. Excellent. They were very responsive and affordable when I was in a pinch, I highly recommend these guys.

Dropped my truck off for service. Great service! Had the truck done when they said they would.Second visit, was told my wife's car needed brakes by the dealership where we had bought it a few years before. Asked Kevin to change them. He called and said we had plenty of miles left of them. You just can't beat honesty!

Yesterday, on my way to Knoxville, my car's check engine light started flashing and I pulled over asap. I was on 40, almost to Gordonsville when it happened. Billy came and towed me toward Lebanon. I asked Billy if he knew any mechanics he trusted and he brought me to Kevin's automotive. The folks at Kevin's were gracious and helpful. Lucky for me I didn't seize up anything in the car...it was a worn valve gasket cover, spewing oil into spark plugs, etc. Travis explained what happened and what needed to be be fixed. I had the car back today. I appreciate them working on it right away. Car runs great - highly recommend these folks..

Normally have great experiences here. Today go and drop to drop off car for a oil change, as I've done in the past- drop off at 8 pick up at 5. Nope not today, now they only do oil changes on Monday. Apparently this started last Monday. But could get me in possibly Thursday or Friday! Looks like I'll be getting oil change down the road.

We use Kevin's Automotive for all our major repairs. That being said our vehicles are a little... Weird! (RHD jeep & a focus with a dual clutch transmission) Exceeds expectations, every time. Highly recommended!

I travel full time for my job and it can be very difficult to find a reliable business to service a vehicle if you are unfamiliar with an area. While staying in the Lebanon area for about a month we had some issues with our van. The staff at Kevin's was very accommodating and above all honest about the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and I wish they could travel with us to take care of future problems!

I have a classic Ford truck that needed a new engine. I had Kevin and his team do the work and I could not be happier. Travis, unlike other shops that I have used before. always kept me informed as to the progress and updated me on any unexpected issues. Good work guys!!

I have used Kevin's Auto for several years now. We currently have 4 vehicles and take them all there for routine maintenance and everything else that is not expected. They are honest, have reasonable pricing, and are great with giving you an expected day for the work to be completed.

These guys are great, Treated me like family! Made sure they had the job done right before I left! Very respectful people. I would recommend anyone to go give these guys a shot at whatever your car needs done!
