Had a flat tire on my drive tires on my 18wheeler. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They dine a great job fixing my flat tired. I definitely recommend this place. If I ever have issues with my 18wheeler I definitely come back here

My husband needed new tires and then balanced on his truck. Well Upon arriving my husband stood in the lobby for 20 mins, walks out to call and they pick up immediately. He Goes back in the man says there s 4 cars in front of my husbands, shouldn t be too long (all needing a tire or two). Mind you he dropped the truck off at 1030 am. It s 4pm and his truck is still sitting in the parking lot untouched! I wish I could leave 0 stars! Horrible service!

run, dont walk away from this place, very very expensive and dishonest people and raist, you will meet the looser at the front he is a peace of garbage.

Definitely skeptical on making this trip based on the bad reviews, but I m glad we did. We had to clear 900 miles by Monday and needed an alignment BAD. We called all over Loves, TA, Pilot, a few other Goodyear locations and either the equipment was down or they didn t do alignments on box trucks or we had to wait until Monday. We re just thankful that they were able to take care of our truck.

These people care nothing about their customers. Longest we gave ever waited for an oil change and had to wait longer for them to figure the bill between conversations. Cost more than we have ever paid for oil change.

Bad alignment,5 hours waiting ,final adjustment you can see in the photo, they say it's ok,,they hit with the hummer over the bolts and make more damage on it,later i must to replace new tire, after 1 month,new alignment bar,new kin pins,i dit alignment on 01/26/16 at this location Lebanon TN.very disappointed.

I'm at their facility at 10 o'clock at night. The shop closes at 5 PM, but has 24 hour road service. The Tech Wanted $500 just to come out to his own shop to do a mount/dismount. I'll keep going to another shop in the future if I have to drag the trailer on the axle to get there.

I stopped in here with a blow out on the trailer at ten minutes to closing, they said they could get me in, the manager and mechanic on duty were real friendly and went out of their way to help me when they could have turned me away. They changed the tire , straightened the mud flap bracket, and put a new mud flap on and got me back on the road in about 40 minutes, Keep up the great work guys.I will be going here agian and refer other drivers here.

Went to Goodyear this morning for a (3) axle alignment and let me tell you they are top notch!!! Great customer service and even better mechanics they will fix your problem and try not to break the bank doing it. I had a nice conversation with the manager and I m impressed. So if you need Goodyear in Lebanon Tn don t hesitate going they will treat you right Thank you!!

We had two blowouts on our travel trailer recently and was in desperate need. We called and they had one in stock (we got the other one from discount tire). Goodyear mounted both tires and checked for leaks. We were back on the road quickly at a reasonable price! Thanks guys!

Horrible service!!! Stay away! Truck arrived for alignment at 2pm. They checked in at 6.30pm. Next day at 11am. Still nothing done. Lost the whole day

I've been to a few Goodyear shops and had bad service. These guys literally go out of their way to make you happy. Brandon was awesome, that guy more than earn my business.

They always try to do their best to be fast and correct on their workmanship. Friendly shop and next to the pilot truck stop so lots of parking.

If you don't want to lose a day of work, don't come to this place for more than 7 hours to assemble a tire for a trailer, as they say in my country, Americans are lazy and take everything very slowly I don't know what the bosses think of these guys so slow

Not RV friendly, called to make appointment, was told first come first serve they opened at 7:00 am, so I got there at 6:30... Well, found out they open at 7:30, after getting in to a bay which I was first out in line at 8:30, they proceeded to check out my RV... mechanic informed me they did not like working on RV's, after they checked it out I was told they had all but one filter in stock and it would be in at 2:00 pm,, only 25 miles from Nashville for part. So I said I would wait for the other part, I was told to leave the bay and park outside and they would call me when the parts were in at 2:00 pm.... about 2:15 I went inside to find out why I have not been called and noticed my parts on the counter.... I asked this man working the counter, he had a mustache, if those were my parts and he ingored me, looked over me to another customer, took his info and told him it would be about 2 hrs on his truck, all other bays 3 trucks deep.... I was there all frigging day....so I just left...... don't take an RV there is my suggestion....

This is by far the worst service I've ever had. I own 4 trucks and none of them will ever come here again.
