Quite knowledgeable and trustworthy. My son, a young high schooler, had been working on his car for months and getting nowhere. Frank helped my son get his car running smoothly and efficiently and was most considerate of his financial limitations. A true God send.

Frank has always been our " go to" guy for anything we need with our vehicles. He does an amazing job, and is affordable. We highly recommend him for all of your repair needs. We will never go anywhere else.

You're private information is at risk with this shop. Make sure to take out your tittle and any photo's of yourself and other's. Car was broken into, photo's and tittle were stolen out of the car. Now we have to watch our home because someone has that information. And the staff was way to calm about it.

Kudos to Frank!! My brake line went out on front passenger side. Dropped it off in the AM and done same day replacing the entire thing from the master cylinder to the valuper!! Awesome job and on the road again!!

Frank and Theresa are fabulous. Frank doesn't discriminate against women. If your car doesn't need repairs, he won't fake one. And he never tries to upsells stuff to you. I love Frank Auto!

Frank has that mob guy mentality, can tell he's Italian that's for sure! The cussing stuff is just his personality, he's just like anyone else if he gets the part for you and u pay his mark up it has a warranty. Take your own part with you and pay the labor, if it messes up it's your problem, but that's expected anywhere.

Frank took my car to replace the front hub assembly. In the process of his work he broke my ABS sensor. What made me realize this was, when he returned my car all my abs sensor, and traction dash lights were on. I told him about the lights and he said, he didn't know why they were on. I said, you must have unhooked something or messed something up cause they are now on and they weren't before. He persisted that he didn't do anything.I took the car to Wilson county Hyundai and they had to run a scan to determine if the sensor was broke, which it was. That cost me 68 bucks. Then they gave me an estimate of 374 dollars to fix it. I called Frank's and talked to his wife explaining the situation. I asked her to call Wilson County Hyundai to talk to the shop mgr for all the details. The mgr. told me Frank lit into him and cussed him. ( why I don't know) Frank persisted that he didn't break the ABS sensor.I called his wife back and she said, if I buy the part Frank will put it on but, he doesn't know if it will fix the problem or not. The part will cost me 153 dollars.When she told me he wasn't sure if it would fix the problem, I decided that I did not want him trying to fix anything else on my car. I got the ABS sensor thru Frank. I took the part to the Hyundai dealer for them to put it on. They called me as they were fixing the problem to tell me the hub assy. had been put on at 180 degrees in the wrong direction, thus smashing the sensor. They had to pull the hub and aright it to the upright position where the notch would slide over the sensor. The labor for that was 212 dollars. Frank did not take make any effort to pay for his mistake. other than offering to put the new sensor on, and not knowing if it would fix the problem was not the assurance i wanted to hear. Thus I was out another 432 dollars on top of the 254 to replace my hub and labor. He caused me 432 dollars of unnecessary repairs, due to his lack of knowledge and refusing to try and make restitution. I give Franks garage a big ZERO! so people beware! Don't go to Franks Garage in Lebanon. your asking for trouble.

Frank and Matthew is definitely the best mechanics in town. Great prices very quick and friendly service and they does great work. I highly recommend Frank's auto repair.

Took my car to be fixed here,and someone stole my debit card from my vehicle. They called me a liar, .this Frank guy is a real piece of work.bad piece

My little brother took his car there and the car left just as bad as when he took it. Problem was it cost my little brother $300 for nothing. Turns out Frank installed the part upside down and then refused to fix it or replace it. Ended up cussing my little brother.

Would never recommend this business to no one, I paid 140.00 for a coil pack, for my car he put a used coil pack on my car, that was laying around in his garage, if you do take your car here ask to see receipt, on the part he put on your car, had to pay again for service on car to put new coil pack on cost 90.00 second time around, and I am a much smarter woman now, about what to look for when getting car serviced,
