Loved the technician. She explained my problem. Of course fixed it. But then at check out the gentle men at the register helped me save money on my bill. Like a real savings. Recommend this Firestone to everyone. Felt like family.

Called just to get a price of a radiator change out and the person that answered the phone was not helpful. My question and need went unanswered. Will never use this location.Post Owner reply Update:the dry, bot-style "Owner" reply further makes it seem like they didn't even read or care about my review.

Knowledgeable, efficient, and great serviceGave me honest feedback about my tires "you really really need 2 replaced as soon as possible, and could wait a little longer on the other 2." We trusted them so my husband bought all 4.

The service was great and being that they guarantee your tires, there was no charge for all three of our tires. They replaced the valves on three of the tires even though we only had two flat tire. They are very efficient at Firestone.

Never go to this place! They charge $111.00 to install a low beam bulb. This would ve been free with an oil change at Valvoline! Manager was super unhelpful. If i could give them zero that would have been my choice!

I was driving from Alabama to Raleigh NC when my battery light popped on while driving through Lebanon TN. Called Firestone at 730 am and was back in the highway by 930ish. Super fast but a little expensive. Take the good with the bad. Highly recommended

Base on the service they do to me, This shop is an excellent place I change my tires in less than 2 hours, They do a technicals inspection plus a change AAC filter, And the person on charge he was a very good guy very friendly

Stopped in to get my 27 Ford rear wheel looked at, it was 5:00 on a Saturday and the guys were really nice and accommodating. Balanced one wheel, found issues with the past job that was done by another shop and got back on the road. Would definitely go back and get more work done on my 27 and my other vehicles.

Had a hole in my radiator (found out thanks to them with a very detailed explanation on how to find the problem for the future) customer service was excellent 100% veteran support and even let me use the company truck so I may get my family some food 100% would recommend I m definitely using Firestone more now

Did the service requested appropriately. They also left me with a giant fart lingering in my car. It smelled real fresh too. Not sure if it was on purpose for jokes or if it was an innocent release, regardless it was absolutely horrid. Not professional.

So my wife took my car to get some tires replaced. One had a whole and the other was just worn down. It was a few days before Veterans Day. I guess a new employee told her that they could do the work, and then in a few days when they do their discount sell for Veterans Day (for 4 brand new tires) they could apply the discount to profile. So they did the work, then the few days go by and I walk in, and the guy there says there s nothing they can do because the work had already been done. I semi understand this. What makes me livid is that if this employee was properly trained, he would have known that was not possible for me to come back a few days later. If that were the case, I could have waited 3 days. The only reason I didn t was because of what the employee told my wife. Tires are expensive and with the way everything is now, I m trying to save every penny. The guy that I was talking to, the one who said he could not do the discount, told me that employee was fired the day before. Smh.. then gives me a free oil change that s great and all, but not the same. Disappointed and will not be back.Services: Tires, Oil change

My wife was stranded hundreds of miles from home, on her way to a family funeral. Her tire blew its belt and this is a tire that is an odd size. She called Firestone at Leeville Pike. Although they were very busy, they called to one of their other stores to get the unusual tire delivered to them and they worked her in. She was safely back on the road in a short time, relieved and secure. These wonderful people at Firestone helped my family in time of need.Service: Tires

Love Firestone but for my experience yesterday at this location it took them 3 hours to put two new front tires they didn't get to my oil change but yet I offered an alignment for a hundred more dollars after 3 hours. Today when I started going to work this morning my left front tire was 20 lb of pressure. So I personally won't be using that location again. Now I have to go to another location to get my left front tire check to see why the air is leaking out on a new tire.

Dropped my car off Saturday and I believe Daniel was my salesman, I went in for an alignment @3 left my car with them and I received the call a little after 5 to pick up, and my car drives amazing now with a one year warranty! Super friendly service!

We had a slow leak in our tire on our drive from Phoenix to Knoxville. We were so grateful they got us in and out in 30 minutes right before they closed for the night. Thank you so much for the best tire service we have ever had!!

Walked in for an oil change around 3:45 google said they close at 7. Counter attendant asked a guy I'm guessing from the shop how long it would take for the oil change and he said " its almost 4 o'clock there isn't much time left " the told me 2 hours so I agreed. Then they started discussing the oil and said they would have to order it. The shop guy said "gosh, you are killing me!'They obviously didn't want to do their job so I didn't trust them to work on my truck.Learn some customer service skills!

I have had decent experiance when have paid work done. I have also had my vehicle in at 8AM for a morning appt. to have it jumped in line for alignment. After calling 5hrs later and asking for reasoning they did go ahead and get it done in 30mins. I guess you have to keep them on there toes.

We had a tire blow out about a mile away on our way out of Nashville for Christmas. They had us in and out in an hour with 4 tires replaced (definitely needed) and an alignment. Very straightforward and helpful. Thank you for spending part of your holiday making sure your customers are taken care of!

Daniel and his team take the time to explain things carefully and thoroughly. I have not had revisit for shoddy workmanship at this location ever. If there is something they can't fix because it's a dealer only issue, they tell you up front. I appreciate that.

Patrick, Daniel and the Firestone crew at this location are the BEST!!!!! My family and I have been going here for years. They are always very professional. And always ready to go the extra mile to help anyone. Every time we go we are greeted with a welcome and a smile when entering the store. The work they do is always top notch !!!!!!

Very nice person help me out on a new set of tires for my truck. Also set up time to put them on.Update: Tires was put on Thursday 10th. Patrick was a great guy to deal with. Took about 1 hour for the work to be done.

I came here initially because I trust the company as a whole, but after today this will be the location I continue to visit. I just moved to Lebanon and brought my car in. I had a repair done at ford and was still questioning my cars condition and I needed regular maintenance anyways. They brought my car in very fast, they proactively asked me if I wanted an inspection which I personally appreciated because I was also having issues with my tire pressure light coming on. For an oil change, inspection, rotation and alignment I felt like my car was taken care of very quickly and in much less time than I expected. They provided frequent updates and even personally showed me the nail in my tire they found. I really felt like I wasn t pressured into anything at all and they were able to repair my tire. Their waiting area was not small and their bathrooms were clean. I really appreciate the help I received and easing my mind on other possible issues!

We were traveling back to Nashville on Labor Day and our tire was going flat. I guess we ran over a nail. It was one hour til they closed and they got us in and fixed it quickly. Dropped off are car to them and waited 6 hours for them to install tires and alignment for them not to contact us and let us know they couldn t do the alignment leaving us with out a vehicle. Very unprofessional parts changersService: TiresService: Tires

Excellent customer service. I had some tires swapped on my custom rims and they did great without any damage to my rims. One of the air valves was leaking air due to the rubber being worn. They replaced it with a brand new one at no charge just because they didn't catch it when they swapped out the tires. I'll never go to Discount Tire again as long as Firestone is around!
