I was able to go to the waiting area as soon as I dropped off my keys. It was clean and they had the tv set for family viewing. I hadn't seen the Andy Griffith show in over 50 years so it helped keep my mind off the time. I was kept aware of the progress on my car and the necessary repairs were discussed before I gave permission to go ahead. The went over the details and asked if there were any questions. I paid and it was wonderful to feel safe driving home! All in all, the experience pretty great. All the guys were friendly, courteous and respectful.

The team at west main is awesome open, honest and knowledgeable. I set a appointment for Sunday, due to my truck being lifted. They stated the tech working Monday was more knowledgeable on lifted truck. I happily rescheduled for the next day. On Monday I showed up and was in and out in 45min, the alignment was spot on. I will be bring my other 4 cars for every service moving forward. Give that a team a raise best J.Denegri

It was early evening on January 10th, and I had difficulty with my tires. My car would shake as I drove, which made me nervous with a winter storm coming in several days. With some reluctance, I addressed the problem, and my father recommended visiting Firestone for some support. I pulled into my local Firestone, thinking they would be closed or busy. However, I was immediately welcomed in, and my car was taken into the shop. I was surprised at how thoroughly the mechanics explained my tire challenges and how quickly they installed three new seasonal tires. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by explaining tire maintenance (rotation and alignment) in an accessible way. (I am not a car genius or mechanic!)As promised, I would mention the name of the clerk/mechanic who took the time to walk me through the tire installations and made me feel at home. Ben (plus the other mechanic in the shop that evening) was fantastic!

I made an appointment for just an oil change. An hour later I went to find out some information on my vehicle. They had not even taken it in yet. I understand being busy, but it is also considerate to let your customer know the "10-4" of the situation. Not letting the customer know you are backed up is not considerate at all, and unprofessional. I won't be letting firestone handle my vehicle needs anymore.

If I can put no stars I would they were friendly in store came over there after I spent over thousand on front in they did state they cannot do a alignment on it they apparently righting my driver side tire on and when I went to work Nxt morning found that my stud and lug nut is missing

I had them do a pre-sale inspection. They not only missed a failed fuel pump, but proceeded to tell me that my battery was low, when in fact, it was not.

Was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I have been a Firestone customer for a long time. I presented my need to the gentleman working the front desk and his demeanor was that of "I really could care less" even though I was 30 miles from home. He didn't even offer to call another Friestone that was just 5 miles away to see if they could help. I left rather discussed with this intentional lots of customer service. I did make it back home and went to the Goodyear in Hartsville and was treated like a long-term customer. Sorry, Firestone, but I will not darken the door again!

This is my store really great, and service is above, and beyond. Every experience turns out to be a good one. If I have issues with anything they are addressed imediately. Love the whole crew a Firestone West main Lebanon Tennessee.

Always friendly, always exceeding expectations regarding work done on my car. My car is always done in a timely manner. I recommend them to friends and family. They have worked on my car with oil changes, tune up, and brakes. Plus it's next to dunkin, ross, Marshalls. Why not drop it off, and go shopping around the corner ?

Took my car in for an oil change and also wanted to check on a couple of things. Instead of saying "Yes, you need a new part," just for the sale and money, they were honest. They told me that I didn't need any of the things I was worried about yet. I always like when a business puts the customer's needs ahead of their own.

The store manager, Chad, has a great crew. He provides excellent customer service!!10-17-22, same great service!!8-19-23 Chad and Vince at the W. Main St. Lebanon, TN store are great to work with. They give honest advice on your car repairs.

West main really reliable,great service. Found serpentine belt was really in bad shape so they replaced it while I was there getting an oil. I would really recommend this Firestone location

I ve taken my car to Firestone five times for an alignment to be done on my car for it to not be done right. Steering wheel shakes bad and doesn t drive straight(worse the most recent visit). What s the point of a lifetime alignment if it can t be done right the first time?

I will never go here again I had trouble starting my vehicle during this cold whether we just had an I wanted to get it diagnosed so I had it towed to Firestone they immediately called an said it started right up I said okay well it didn't when I tried just the other day I was told I need a new starter..they told me I don't think so if it starts right up I said ok ..so I asked would it be okay if I have yall try starting it up in a hour an call me to see if there's trouble..well it started up they literally did nothing so I went to pick it up an they hand me a bill I said why am I getting billed if there was no diagnosis. They said it was for there labor !!! Are you kidding me..I literally went to this place looking for answers of why my car didn't start..an got nothing all they did was turn my key then charge me for it ..completely got robbed..do not go here. That's not honest work at all..an tbh Im very disappointed because I don't know why my car didn't start and I got billed for literally nothing..

I went to Firestone today because I had a nail in my tire. The young man that helped me was so sweet and very helpful. I ended up having to get a new tire but they were very quick. I was out of there in less than an hour.

I had my brakes replaced in March and less than one week later my brakes were screeching. I called the company and took my car back in 3 days later and they told me my brakes were warped which is extremely weird since they were new and installed by them. I took my car back in 5-6 more times and the brakes are to this day screeching because the staff refuses to acknowledge that they did not complete the job correctly and are unaware of how to install brake pads and rotors. The worse experience I have EVER had with a service provider ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERE PAID PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE WORK BY A VETERAN FOUNDATION I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE FOR ANYTHING! Even oil changes aren t completed correctly and I m sure this is to make people spend more and more money but they need better training in vehicle maintenance
