My experience with this company has always been great and that is why I continue to use them. Recently I visited a different location (Lebanon Tn) and I was very impressed with the staff, two gentlemen in particular, Allen and Dustin. I watched them interact with many customers while I waited for my car to be serviced. They were extremely professional and courteous with every customer. They demonstrated extraordinary customer service in every interaction I witnessed.

No matter what location, either Mt Juiiet or Lebanon, the customer service and professionalism are impeccable.Their prices are good and the service great. They checked a low tire for me, and I bought wipers all around for the vehicle. Yes, Casey sold me on the wipers. I needed them anyway. I can honestly say it was quick and efficient.

We have been buying tires here for over 15 years. The customer service is top-notch! The effort they make to be efficient and courteous is amazing. Specifically, Jacob and Allen went out of their way to fix my leak while dealing with my busy schedule. After 5 vehicles, 15 years and more than 10 sets of tires, I have only purchased a set 1 other time when an accident occurred in another city. Guys like Jacob are the reason I come back and you should try them out!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jacob, the manager at Discount Tire, and I must say, he truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was he incredibly polite and professional, but he also handled a challenging situation with grace and efficiency. Despite being on the verge of never returning to the store, Jacob's exceptional service completely changed my perspective. His dedication to customer satisfaction has earned my loyalty, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Discount Tire, thanks to Jacob's outstanding leadership.

We came from Jackson MS for slammedenuff carshow and our car trailer started vibrating our truck. Thank you Allen for making sure we were taking care of on a busy Saturday, so we can drive back with peace of mind on Sunday night. New tires is what we needed.P.S. we need a store in Central Mississippi

These guys and gals are Awesome! Got a great price and Great service! I do suggest you get the road hazard warranty on all your tires! You just bring it in if anything happens to your tires and you get a new one!

Had two new tires out on my van. Was in and out within an hour. I do leave any money and card at home because I know the unnecessary upsell game is strong at these places. Tires are fine but this is the second time I leave and tire sensors have gone out upon leaving having them say it's the vehicle not anything with them. They are wanting me to come back in and for $60 each get a new tire sensor but insisting I need all four. My husband never received the scan status a woman does in this place. Firestone has offered to look at it for free and be honest. Also, three other places so far will replace the sensors needed at almost half the price. Just beware going here that you may leave spending a lot more than you intended.

They are very pleasant as far as the staff. The problem I have is they tell you we will have your car done at a certain time and they haven't even started. It seems to be a delay every time I come. They need to work on not overbooking.

By far my best experience with buying tires! I wanted a specific tire put on the same day and it just so happened, the store in Lebanon TN. had them in stock. This location is out of my way but was well worth the drive. I was greeted in the parking lot by an associate as soon as I pulled up. From the time I pulled up to the time they were finished took 1 hour. I m impressed. Thank you

10/10. They worked me into the schedule last minute, and were fast and efficient. I experienced an unrelated issue with my car when leaving and they went ABOVE and beyond to help me. Jacob, Riley, Chase, and Sergio were an incredible help. I can t thank them enough!

Needed to warrantee a tire, argued with us about, after finally getting that sorted out, told us tire would be there by the end of day. Didn't happen. Called yesterday was told it was in transit will be there by 4. @4 was told still not there. Now it's 11am the following day and have still not heard from them. I cannot drive the car with a bad tire. I have 5 vehicles and they will not be getting my business again..

Great place to buy new tires. I also love the area to have tire pressure checked. There's a special place to line up just for this. Just pull up to the sign and they come out and check. Very friendly, usually no waiting and they actually know what they are doing. Very helpful.

We came in at the last minute. Needn't help with a tire. These people the manager went above and beyond helping us... Store was clean the employees we're very helpful and courteous... And the manager was great! I would highly recommend discount tires.

Had an appointment for 12pm. Checked in and proceeded to wait 45 minutes. Called the store to ask why the delay and told I shouldn t still be waiting. I would be next. Waiting 10 minutes before be pulled in. Service was fast after my wait and employee was nice & very polite.

So hello discount tire I have been using this company for all my Families tire needs since 2013... I set an appointment up to have my wife's tires changed out at The Lebanon Tennessee store location...They went above and beyond replacing her old tires out with new ones ty Discount Tire!

My children and I were traveling from Knoxville to Memphis yesterday. I pulled over at a gas station and tried to air up my tire. Suddenly the tire went completely flat. JOSHUA , from Discount tires came to me and took my tire off , put on my spare and told me to follow him to discount tire. They had me and my four kids and 1 grandbaby back on the road in no time at no cost. Thankyou so much, Josh! Since you wouldn't take a tip, I gave it to your employee. Thankyou so much for helping us!

Purchasing my tires online was easy peasy. Getting my tires scheduled online for rotation and balance was easy peasy. Very friendly and professional customer service in store. Kept me informed throughout the processes. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

Went in this past Friday to put 6 new tires on my truck. Staff was very helpful and accommodating when something came up requiring me to leave and come back same day. HOWEVER, when I checked my tire pressure on Saturday discovered that BOTH back wheels were damaged and valve stems weren t aligned on one side. VERY frustrated to spend $2,000 on new tires and now deal with up to $1,200 for new wheels. Hoping they can do something to make it right when I come back in this week.Spoke with Roderick this morning. He was very accommodating and understanding and plans to work with me to restore my wheels to their un damaged state. Will update more as things progress.Update 12.15.20 - Took my truck to Wheel Repair of TN as recommended and coordinated by Roderick at Discount Tire. Wheel Repair agreed to charge the repair back to Discount Tire as expected but needed to keep my truck over a week to do so because of how deep the gashes were. Updating my review to 3 stars since Discount Tire took care of the repair costs. I hope Discount Tire will do it right the first time going forward to save them and their customers a lot of time and headache.

We were traveling to the Smokey Mountains and had a flat tire. These guys were great I only had to wait a couple of hours they worked me in and put on a new set of tires for me. Thanks so much I highly recommend this place.

I scheduled my appointment and paid for everything online. Lee came out and met me as soon as I pulled in. He was a really nice guy but not overbearing. They put a set of tires on my car in less than an hour. They've got a great setup going there.

We were in town for the week from Minnesota and discovered the left rear tire on our Audi was losing pressure the night before we were to leave. We got to discount tire just before opening and were fourth in line at the door. When they opened Lee helped get the process started right away. I didn't get the name of the person who worked on our car but they plugged and patched the tire and had us on the road in less than a half hour. I was worried we weren't going to make it to Indianapolis motor speedway for the tour we had planned but they got us going fast enough that we were able to get there in time. Great customer service and FAST. It was very much appreciated.

I called the store this morning to order 4 tires. Thomas said he could get the tires today and probably get them installed as well. That is exactly what happened. They were very busy when I arrived, but they had the new tires installed at the estimated time given to me. I am extremely happy with the service and the new tires!!

We were tourists on a round trip, when we had a flat tire. After calling Hertz, we were torn to Discount Tire and it turns out, because of AWD, all 4 tires had to be changed.Zach was so helpful and did a great job in all the organizing. So after a few hours, we could continue our trip and had a good time until leaving to europe again.So thanks again, Zach, for all you did for us.Greetings from Germany!

They were slammed when I got there and long story short I waited a good while but I had called ahead so they broke into the schedule when they figured out they had missed me and had my car ready really quickly. Good price for four new tires with warranty
