Great service and prices. We had an emergency repair and Wendell made us a priority to get us back on the road. He repaired our camper in a timely manner while providing quality work at the same time. Going the extra mile to examine other things that may have been effected by our initial incident... which proved to save us. Thank you so much.

I have a Mercedes Sprinter Tiffin Wafarer in which Tiffin has been trying to solve a cut rubber valve stem safety issue. I was informed by a tire shop in Mt Juliet to go see Wendell at Tatum s RV. I arranged an appt with Wendell, explained the safety issue, told him I wanted to install Borg metal stems and a TST TPMS. He said he saw no reasons why this could not be accomplished, he ordered the equip, AND came thru with shinning colors. Wendell appears to have great RV knowledge, I will return for the next issue. I cannot express how thankful I am that I found Charlie Tatum RV. We are visiting with family in Lebanon. During a storm we discovered a leak, water coming through the ceiling. I removed the cap and water came dumping down on me. I called around to see where I could take my trailer in for repairs. I spoke with Wendall. He told me to place a bucket over the cap on the roof. That will tell me if that is where the leak is. I followed those directions and sure enough that worked. I took my trailer over and Wendall went up on the roof and caulked not only that vent but inspected all of the vents and caulked the rest of the vents. He asked me to call him to let know the outcome, if it worked or not. I am planning on using this business again in the future. And so should you.

Wendell an Ms. Dana are extremely nice, informative and do a great job. I'm a new camper owner an I'm thankful to have them close by if and when I need assistance. I would highly recommend them.

Was told that I needed a heating element. Told me he had to order the part. Went back at the time he told me the part would be in. I was there but he forgot to order the part. I drove 60 miles and paid up front. Stay away from the repair shop very rude non-professical! Took my RV to Elite RV Repair they fixed the problem in 15 minutes and didn't have to order a part! I was on my way.

Have used Wendell for several years now. He and Ms. Dana are extremely friendly and helpful and I have always been satisfied with the services performed and cost associated. Great people to deal with!

Dropped off my rig three weeks ago and couldn t get a quote for the work I needed done. He did winterized it and chalked around a few places for a total of $750. 00. I had some more work needed done we talked but I couldn t get a quote. Don t like writing a blank check. Seems like he runs his shop by robbing Peter to pay Paul.
