A Slamming Busy day, Rain and thunder. Rhode Island RV family stops in to Charlie's, being referred by a Lebnon local. Bryan and the team told us an accurate estimate of price and the time to swing back around. About an hour later they switched out the tire in under 15 minutes. A decent tire for a decent price with great service. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road!Service: Tires

My daughter's car was not starting all the time. We had already had a new battery and wires replaced. She has a prosthetic on her right leg so she needs her SUV to be able to drive. We dropped the car off about 830a and it was repaired and ready by 1p. We have always used Charlie's and always had great service.

The owner is a prick. I went to this establishment this morning looking to get a replacement tire. They didn t have the in stock but offered to order the tire but it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. So I sat in the parking lot shopping around exploring others options. One of the employees suggested to purchase the tire elsewhere and they would mount the tire for me, I could leave my vehicle there. I found a cheaper tire online. Before I purchased the tire I confirmed with the employee that I was dealing with the entire time that it would be okay for me to purchase the tire and have it delivered directly to the shop and to leave my vehicle here. I was told yes. I made the purchase and two minutes later walks over the owner telling me that he doesn t want to do it. I can t leave my vehicle this is his business and he isn t okay with it. I said okay I understand but instead of him fully comprehend the situation and offering viable options he wanted to be rude and disrespectful. I cancelled my order and left. I would not recommend anyone doing business here.

Once again, superior customer service! New tires and brakes and the old gal drives like a dream. Loved the guys taking time to get to know me. Shop local people!glad I decided to get second opinion before ordering that $650 alternator I was told I needed. It was just the battery and I was back up and running in about an hour! Thanks Dalton

My husband asked me to drop by charlie's tires on the way home so they could see what size tires they needed to order for my range rover. They had a set in stock. They ask if I wanted to wait and I did. I was in and out within forty five minutes. All of the guys that I spoke with were out of this world Good gentleman. I recommend charlie's tires for anyone. A good hometown business that I will continue to use.

They ordered us rare size trailer tires, and their service was perfect and fast. They're friendly and helpful. It's the best choice in the Lebanon area if you are looking for a tire service

Had to plug and patch a hole in a tire I got when moving here. They moved quite quickly and are a great family business. Shoutout to Dalton and his family there for fixing it so quickly. Great place to get your lube,oil,filter services done there as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very kind, affordable, and professional! Dalton was kind and helpful. Also there was an older gentleman (I believe his name was Michael) that test drove my car once it was ready; he knew that my son and I were walking to come get the car, and he came and picked us up, so we didn t have to walk. I will absolutely be doing business with these gentleman again!

They waited until after they put a bad tire on my rim to tell me it was bad and charged me anyway. I asked if I could go get a better tire and have it put on instead and was told no I would have to pay twice. I have absolutely NO problem paying for work done but thought it was pretty shady they would wait till the tire was on before they told me it was bad. We stopped in with gas spraying from under our hood on our way to Dr. Appt. The squirrels had eaten a hole in the fuel line. These guys turned right onto it and replaced the line and we were on our way with a very reasonable charge for Jose and service. Had a screw in a tire, and pulled in expecting a wait as they are first come first serve. I was out in less than 30 minutes with a very fair cost to fix the screw leak and they found a nail in that tire also. Highly recommend this business! First rate and quick service plus a price that is right.

I bought 2 tires from Charlie's last Thursday. A day later I had a golf size bubble on one of the tires. I brought my car back to them Monday morning and they did not hesitate to explain what happened to the tire and replace it. I was in and out fast too!! Thank you Charlie's for your service! They replaced a CV axle on my truck nearly a year ago and the boot split again. They immediately ordered a new axle assembly and replaced the unit in record time. UNDER WARRANTY!! I was pleasantly surprised since the failure of the unit had nothing to with their original installation.The people at Charlie's Tire are absolutely trustworthy, reliable and very pleasant to work with. I called them up to see if they are open and take the appointments. I was told they do not take the appointments, rather its a first-come-first-serve basis. I went there 6:55 am (they open at 7) and they were able to take my car in for the service. They did perfect job with my car with great professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
