Ricky, Jason and all the girls in the office were amazing. I purchased a new Chaparral and traveled from Michigan to Tennessee for pickup. The communication pryer to my arrival was fantastic. The true excitement didn t take place till I arrived. My experience with the staff, their culture and customer service was outstanding. Thanks you Cedar City RV. You all are wonderful people. Great Job!!

I got a great deal on my trailer and a good trade in price. Had very few problems with the unit but did take in for service near the end of warranty. The service department was great to work with.

I am a smart shopper that does his homework. I spent months researching not only which travel trailer I wanted but what sort of responsiveness I got from rv dealerships. I drove 8 hours one way for Cedar City RV based on price, responsiveness and a large number of positive reviews. From the owner and sales to financing and the shop guys these folks were all top notch and I was treated extremely well. The vibe there was honest and welcoming. I actually ended up with a 2024 model Geo Pro for less than proposals I d received for 2023 models other dealers were trying to unload off the lot. You can t go wrong here. This is an honest serious dealer that takes care of business and customers the right way.PS.. When reading negative reviews for ANY business keep in mind that some folks need basic communication 101 skills and attitude intervention, just sayin.

We traded up with this establishment, but even before that we began bringing our Shasta here for service. This is a friendly, professional place. Every interaction we have had is positive. If you are tired of big box service, give Cedar City a try. We believe it is absolutely worth the drive from Nashville to Lebanon.

I want to thank Ricky and all the staff at Cedar City RV. I drove from the Chicago area to purchase my Rockwood 2506S from Ricky, after a bad experience with Camping World. Ricky and the staff were professional, Honest ( hard to find in RV dealers) and just down to earth good people. After working with the sales department I got to work and talk with the guys out in the yard as they set up my trailer, all the people at this dealership are just good people and work hard to give you the best experience possible. I will gladly drive 10 hours again to buy my next trailer from them and I recommend anyone reading this review do the same. Happy holidays to the crew at Cedar City RV. Thanks again.

I can't say enough about this place. Jim Pritchard is one awesome sells guy. I had zero pressure to buy. My kind of place. Cassandra, on my day to pickup the camper was just amazing. She had everything ready before I got there, even though I showed up before they open on a Saturday. The guy who showed me all about my camper had it sit up and explained every question I had. He even replaced a bulb that had blown. And to my surprise this is just how they do business. I didn't have to pay 600 to 1000 for them to show me how things work. More business could learn a lot from this company. They know what customer service is all about. That's why I'll never buy anywhere else. One month down been camping twice. Thanks City City RV

We have used Cedar City RV in Lebanon, Tennessee on 3 separate occasions; mostly for warranty repair services. They have been awesome both in customer service and repairs. We have gotten our motorhome back earlier than expected every single time. They always do everything correctly and we ve had no issues with anything they have repaired. We would highly recommend them for any service needed on trailers or motorhomes.

Buying a camper at cedar city has been nothing short of amazing. From the front desk people, finance, service department- awesome! They never once hesitated to answer my questions or add something to our camper. Joe, Justin, Mark, Trent, a few other service guys(didn t get their name) and Cassandra. You are welcome people!!! We wouldn t go anywhere else!

I would steer clear of this business at all cost. My trailer was brought in for service on an exhaust fan and skylight for the roof. It took them two months to get it finished when I was told it would be 2-7 days when dropped off. They ordered the wrong parts (not the correct sizes) and put them on anyway. They did not wire the exhaust fan and then had me come pick it up anyway saying it was done. When I picked it up they tried to charge me $300 over what I was quoted AND they lost my trailers power cord. They DID NOT LOCK my trailer with the keys I provided. Instead when I picked up my trailer, they couldn t find the keys (just like they couldn t find my power cord). Come to find out they left the keys hanging in the door lock and the lights on inside to drain the trailer battery. Tessa who was in charge of my trailers paperwork and Mark who claimed to be an owner both failed to improve the situation over the entire two months.

This was the greatest experience with a large purchase. NO PRESSURE to buy anything was given time by ourselves with each unit with no one hovering over us .Trent was very knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to answer all our questions. The staff was very hospitable and gave you the small town feeling . My walk thru was very thorough and very helpful being that I have never used a travel trailer before . Thanks cedar city for an amazing experience and a great travel trailer .

Do not use Cedar City RV to sell your camper. They stole over half of the profit we made off of our camper sale. We were originally told that our camper sold for $39994. We were shown this paperwork when we arrived to close on the deal and I have communication that stated this price prior. Before we began signing the documents, they were taken back and new documents were presented that stated that the camper sold for less. Instead of profit of $1507 we were given a check for just over $600. It just so happens that the camper supposedly sold for what we had listed as the minimum price we could take to pay off our loan on it. Then when the payoff check was sent to our bank, Cedar City did not sign it. It took weeks to get this finalized. There was NO communication between the internet sales person and no one called to say they were lowering the price. This ordeal was an absolute nightmare!!!UPDATE: after this review was posted, CCRV contacted us and returned the remainder of our profits. The Sales Manager did promise to address the communication issues as well.

They are not pushy people they let us look for a year then they got us financed without issues and they really care about their customers even after the sale you don't have to hassle when getting work done and they know you by name not just another sold camper I will always use them.

We had a great experience in our purchase of a used travel trailer from Cedar City RV. The entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ricky was great to work with on the sale end of things. Jason did a thorough walk through of the unit before the purchase, making sure the few concerns we had were taken care of. And, Cassandra was great to work with on the purchase end of things. I would highly recommend this team to anyone interested in purchasing an RV.

Purchased my new fifth wheel from Cedar City two weeks ago and had a great experience. Not only did they offer me a great deal on my new trailer, they delivered it exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. The entire staff we're very honest and easy to work with, Francesca even called me a week after I took delivery to make sure everything was going ok. I would purchase from them again and that says it all.

Matt Noble was great when we came in. He explained all the differences of each travel trailer. I was limited on the size I could pull and in just a short time we found the perfect camper. When we picked it up a week later, the guys walked through everything and explained how to operate the travel trailer. If you need a camper go see Cedar City RV. We took it out this week for our first trip.

We bought a Rockwood last weekend from them. Had an excellent experience through the whole procedure. Even came back in this weekend as the battery was not holding charge while in storage (battery was disconnected) and they replaced it no questions asked. RV's are currently selling site unseen. If you see one you want, you have to put a deposit down. That's just the reality of the situation currently.

I bought a new Forest River Rogue 4007 G2 from Cedar City RV. I had a lot of requirements and asks for the sales and tech crew. I had the pleasure of working with Ricky (Sales) and Justin (Tech). I had just sold my home to go full time RV.Some of the things Cedar City RV did for me was...* I had 4 delays and other reasons at fault of my closings that their crew had graciously worked around. This had them getting my 5th wheel ready for the walk through multiple times.* Sales did a trade for 100% full propane even though they had to heat the RV for 3 failed pickup dates.* Even though I had only put a deposit on the RV so far, they allowed me to install my separately purchased camera system. This allowed me to just pull out with my new baby when the check arrived for my payoff achieved at the closing of my home sale! To do this install they even loaned me the use of a ladder.* Next morning we did a hitch test to insure my BW hitch was in proper adjustment for the day I can pull out with it.* Crew had gotten my washer and dryer installed including the ventilation for the dryer cut out and removed the 2nd toilet as I requested all before the payoff check arrived.* Justin even ProFlex'ed sealed the marker lights after I installed my cameras.* Justin set me up with the training for some various operations to make sure I had no issues once I deployed.* Once we paid for the trailer, they let us park it overnight for our pull out next morning before they opened.* After sales support was just as good as presale. I learned how to un-winterize the rig (which helped understand how to winterize)* This is an abridged list and I am still enjoying the benefits of my Cedar City RV relationship.Would I buy again from Cedar City RV? Absolutely! As I'm full time, I expect to purchase 2-3 more 4007s in my lifetime. Many sites have that silly 10 year rule.

I got online to look at campers. Came across Cedar City RV! Ricky took the time to answer me and even offered a good trade in for our unit. I found the one I like and was given a good price. We did everything online including the financial portion of the unit. I stopped by to look over the camper with Ricky. He introduced me to Jason who in my book is very professional and knows his job very well i received an email with confirmation to sign and pickup the camper. When I arrived I was greeted by a great staff. Again Jason took me and showed me everything I needed to know about my camper. I met Cassandra Thompson who did all the paperwork to the end. I even got a chance to pickup some stuff at a discount! I personally want to thank Ricky for selling me the camper and to Jason and his service team for the outstanding job and service for the hook up of the camper and taken additional steps and time to make me safer. If you want a good camper, come and see the staff at Cedar City RV. There team does a great job. Thanks again for wonderful service.

This past Saturday we had a tire explode on our RV in nowhere land while traveling about 65 mph. I had checked the air pressure that morning an confirmed it to be 80 psi on all RV tires, knowing a blowout on a 5 ton RV can be catastrophic. My wife and I heard a tire explode and I could see debris flying in my driver side mirror. The flapping tread tore out brake wiring, slide motor wiring, running lights, and refrigerator insulation located immediately above the wheel well. To minimize damage, I slowed and immediately pulled to the side of the interstate. The shoulder there was steep, narrow, and not a safe place to change a driver side flat! With spare replaced we now faced finding someone to repair the RV damage on Saturday afternoon and envisioned the high possibility of waiting for days and expensive repairs! My luck changed when I limped into CEDAR CITY RV in Lebanon TN; the entire crew there could not have been more, competent, helpful, or friendly. In a matter of minutes they assessed the damage and indicated they could complete all repairs that day! I was amazed, three hours later, repairs were complete (they did not object to me watching) and the bill was VERY REASONABLE!Thank you CEDAR CITY RV for a great job!

Great service! We had an electrical/battery problem 2 days before going on trip. Cedar City worked us in and fixed same day. I didn't think anyone did that anymore! They've been responsive every time we've needed them!

Great customer service! Was in a hurry to have the side out issue fixed and they took care of it within a day without having made an appointment in advance. They care about their previous customers! Thanks again for everything.
