Rebuilt our alternator to be good as brand new for the fraction of the price of a brand new one. I would even argue that it was better than the last one we bought brand new. Great folks to work with. Came back to the page to refer them to an acquaintance and realized that I hadn't rated them yet. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

The guys here are super helpful. It's an ole-time auto store. If you have an electric auto problem or service need, this is the place you want to go. Fair prices and honest service. I always go here first, and they usually have what I need, especially for my classic car.

These folks are the BEST! I took in a 59 yr old starter that No One had replacement for. Although even Crooks couldn't repair it, they 'cobbled' one together that is a perfect replacement. Also their Customer Service is Excellent

During some of the recent snow accumulations, I ordered five bags of Ice Melt (Magnesium chloride), which clearly states safe for driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces. Unfortunately, I will not vouch for the product, as it still caused damage to my driveway. This purchase was made online through Advanced Auto Parts online order system, and picked up at Crooks. The order was ready, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. After learning that the product was damaging my driveway, Crooks was more than willing to give me a full refund for the purchase. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic, even though it was to no fault of their own. I would highly recommend this auto parts store, as the service was impeccable.

Ricky and Ronnie are awesome. They have anything you can think of for cars and also for tractors and heavy equipment. This is one of my favorite places. They still use books unlike other stores that look in the computer and if the computer says we don't carry it and that's it. These are the last of the real parts men!!!

They were the only store withing 50 miles that had the ball joint I needed, got there 10 minutes before they were sipposed to close according to the website and they were already closed and gone. Now I will be waiting on another store to get my part in.

I placed an online order about 45 minutes before posted closing time. I arrived between 5 and 10 minutes before that time (which is 5:00pm). The lights were out and the doors were locked. There was no note and no one answered the phone. When I went to their website, it showed they were still open. I appreciate the small town service, but if I'd known they were going to randomly close early, I would have ordered my parts elsewhere because I needed them then. Frustrating situation.

Made a hydraulic hose for me for work and then also had another item I bought for myself. Extremely nice staff, offered me a cup of coffee while I was waiting.

Extremely helpful. Not like your run of mill parts store. Theses guys go out of there way to help you. If it's not on the computer, they have the parts books like the old days. I highly recommend Crooks.

Kind, knowledgeable people. Parts and prices competitive. Delivery quick and drivers are respectful and quick to get product to the customer. Customers are their number 1 priority. Recommend highly.

Crooks is an honest repair shop, they do great work on repairing your vehicle. They are also repair starters, alternators. Go see Ricky or Mike before you purchase these two items. They can rebuild them for a lot less than purchasing a new one. A definite Yes !
