I would never in a million years recommend this location to anyone. All of my family and friends avoid this place like the plague as well. The first issue was that they kept my car for 3 months and pushed back my pick up date 6 times. They refunded my rental car cost for my time. That was appreciated and great. What they did not compensate me for was the horrific job they did on my suv. Less than a week after picking it up I had to take it back because the AC they replaced wasn t working. Two weeks after that I had to take it to the dealership to fix the splash guard that had fallen. They could not believe how bad the work was, and they also informed me that my bumper was put on wrong and misaligned. You can see the gaps from it being improperly installed. I informed them that the bumper was painted the wrong color when I picked it up, and I never heard back from them about it. Not that it matters anyway, because the paint is now peeling off of the bumper they replaced. The work that was done was all done wrong, and is absolutely unacceptable. To have my vehicle for 3 months and to leave me with a vehicle that looks worse now is mind blowing to me. If you want quality work done in a reasonable time, this is not the place for you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This shop (Lebanon TN location) offered some of the best customer service I have ever received. They maintained constant communication, almost daily throughout the repair process. It was estimated at 2 1/2 weeks and was completed two days early. Joey was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. They were able to schedule my car for repair in a timely manner. Mary was very helpful and conscientious. The repairs were just on the right rear door. I received communication daily that work was progressing on schedule without details of what had been done so far.The repairs took longer than expected but Joey and Kevin took extra time and effort to keep me updated. I have used other Caliber collision shops and this one matched or exceeded the service i received in the past. The work on my car was perfectly done but the people made the difference!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was was horrible put my car in there after a minor front-end accident after they told me they would be fixing it on spot they sent it up to bowling Green Kentucky while in bowling Green Kentucky my car was in the alignment shop for when they got it back they waited two days later to call me and tell me my car was full of mold an insurance had you total it out so would not recommend taking your car here at all

The only suggestion we have is not to set an appointment to bring in your vehicle before they are ready to work on it. The service was excellent, Joey kept me informed every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the repair. They were able to match the 3 stage specialty color that was only used on one year. They cleaned the inside and outside of the truck before we picked it up. All together we had an excellent experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience! Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! My insurance company contracted with them for damages after a wreck. We had our car repaired at Caliber Collision in Lebanon. It was the BEST experience with car repairs that we have ever had. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, & the quality of work is fantastic. They kept me updated every step of the way, were always super responsive & helpful when I had questions, & my car was finished earlier than expected. I could not be more happy with Caliber Collision in Lebanon. The quality of the repairs is excellent. Joey led the team and kept me more than informed. His customer service is unparalleled. While keeping me informed, he had to deal with several assistants in my office when he called. All of them now say if they ever need a repair they will use Caliber because of Joey.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This Caliber location turned my unfortunate event into a much less frustrating experience. They did outstanding work on my car while simultaneously exhibiting professionalism and excellence in communication. I hope to not need this type of service again anytime soon, but if I do, this location is exactly where I ll be heading. Car returned with white specs on rear quarter panel and rear wheel. My car is black and did not have any paint work performed on it. Had to buff it out to remove. But I will say the work that was performed was completed quickly and fit and finish was good.

Great communication from the second I arrived for an estimate to getting my truck back two weeks ahead of estimated time line. Front office, technicians, and final detailer rocked it out of the park for us! I realize this is a franchised business, but in my experience, it was the hometown, personal care you expect here in Middle Tennessee. They provided short text regularly with the status of repairs such as received insurance payment, all parts ordered, % of job completed and still on schedule to meet my pick up date. Caliber Collision was very professional from beginning to end. Their staff was always courteous and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I particularly liked how they consistently sent me text updates on the progress of my vehicle. They did a great job on my car! Vehicle was released to me with parts still missing and the car being un road worthy. I was left stranded due to the total lack of quality control at this facility. Excellent service. Project completed before estimated time which means I got my care back sooner than expected. Color paint was an exact match. Reasonable pricing. Vehicle was returned cleaned. I highly recommend this company. Sadie's the best. She kept me informed of the progress.

Caliber collision was great they they took there time explaining everything and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I received daily updates by ether text or a phone call. I was also contacted a few days after picking up my car just to make sure everything was good and reminded if I noticed anything to just bring it back for them to look at. Was the best repair experience I have ever experienced. Jim Motok does excellent work. He is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He knew exactly what was needed, ordered the part and let me know when it arrived. Called me to come for the repair service and it took about thirty minutes.I will definitely ask for him again when I need service.P. Tucker

My 17 year old daughter had a minor accident and Caliber was great with her. She needed to learn about the cost of inattentive driving so they did a great job of explaining the repairs and costs. I loved their texts about the progress of repairs and we got the car back on time and in great condition. I hope to never need them again but they ll have my business again if I do!Service: Body & Trim

I've used this shop in the past, I just used them recently, and will use them again in the future, because my husband can't stop wiping out wildlife.The shop service is professional and fast. The work completed is quality. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. I have used a few different auto collision repair shops in my time, and I continue to highly recommend Abra/Caliber Collision of Lebanon. I travel over an hour to use this location because they make it worth the effort.

Lane at Caliber in Lebanon was awesome!! He kept me informed on all the stages of car repair and did a great job making it look as good as new. I m hoping I won t need another car repair anytime soon but if I do I m definitely sending it to him.

Caliber was great. The entire process of getting my vehicle back was easy and stress-free. Sadie did a great job of keeping me informed of every step in the process, and when a few issues popped up, she jumped right on them and ensured positive resolutions. Can't say enough about the fantastic job she did!

I had a minor fender bender to my 2011 Nissan Rogue. My vehicle, which the kids named Candy, is no stranger to a few dings. However, this was much more than a ding. A friend recommended Abra, and I was hesitant, as I have heard mixed reviews. Upon my first contact, with a phone call the front office, I was sold! Southern Hospitality at it's finest. I was scheduled timely for repairs. Upon drop off, I was met by the friendly staff. Following my check in and damage review, a Tech even went over my damage and assured me that I would be taken care of. I received calls and text updates that kept me in the loop of the progress and the staff worked directly with the responsible party's insurance company for changes to the original estimate that was provided. Upon pick up, my car was cleaned inside and out!! To Judy, Christine, Dustin... and the rest of the Abra staff who took my many calls and questions...I thank you. I hope not to have to visit any auto body shop again... but know that if I do, I know that you will be my choice!

Caliber Collision was professional and quick in the repair of my vehicle. My car was ready to be picked up within 4 days of dropping off for collision repair. The staff kept in contact with me regarding the progress of my vehicle. My insurance company sent me a list of repair shops. At first, I wanted to use a different repair shop and not ABRA because of a previous repair done elsewhere that satisfied me. I called that other shop and well...the person on the phone wasn't friendly nor helpful. I asked if they would look at the insurance produced estimate and the car to see if it appeared to be accurate and how many days to do the repairs. The answer was not what I expected. It was a take it or leave it response to my question.I drove to ABRA in Lebanon because it was down the street from my office. They weren't where located I expected so I called and the person who answered the phone gave me clear directions. When I walked in, I received a prompt welcome. Two people immediately reviewed my insurance produced estimate and then they inspected my car. The manager helped me schedule the appointment and even helped the car look less damaged until the appointment next week. I was there less than five minutes in total.I think they will do an excellent job fixing my car next week.

My husband brought our vehicle here because of our past dealings and great relationship with Jim Motak and his staff. Jim did not waste any time fixing our vehicle. Although it was a minor fix, it was done with care and professionalism . This is what sets this shop far apart from others.Thank you Jim for helping us and fix our car. You did a great job and I would highly recommend anyone in need of vehicle repair to come see Jim and his staff at Caliber. You will be treated great and get a professional job done .... and your vehicle will look amazing . Thanks again.
