My serpentine belt broke, heat index 118F, and all the businesses were getting ready to close...no one wanted to help, except these guys!!! Got my car towed to them at their closing time, they were super nice and friendly, took the time to deal with me and my situation...Ordered and replaced my belt and had my car back to normal early the next morning...Absolute life savers!!! forget about the dealers and other big box mechanics...if you are in Lebanon (or within arms reach) go to these guys!!! Super friendly, nice, professional and timely...I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them...anything I need done to my car in the future...I am taking it to them!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

These guys are great! My Jeep needed quite a bit of work and Jamie was very upfront with me about the process and the possible issues and costs involved. He gave me all the facts I needed to make an informed decision. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great costumer service! He always works me in and I've never had to wait to long.Updated February 2022.I've never once had a issue with Jamie. He is great to bring your car to for any issues. He always works with me and my husband and does a great job everytime. Jamie Bradford was fantastic. He is a Nissan master technician Who was the service manager at new Nissan for years before deciding to open his own shop. Highly recommended. Very honest, courteous, expeditious, experience, and all-around awesome. And, he worked with my extended service agreement company which covered the repair and he took care of contacting them and all that shenanigans.

Jamie Bradford is hands down one of the nicest and most honest mechanics you will ever find. He genuinely cares about his customers and has the knowledge to fix almost anything you could bring through his doors. He used to work for a large auto dealer, but decided to take his genuine care for the customer and knowledge of automobiles to the private sector. His shop is a little off the beaten path, but well worth plugging into your GPS. I can think of few people who deserve your business more than Jamie.

My vehicle broke down on the side of interstate. I called Mr. Bradford and within 2 hours of the vehicle being towed he repaired the vehicle and the cost was very fair. It was an honor doing business with Mr. Bradford. He offered quality repairs in a reasonable time. He was very professional and communicated very well. I will continue to use Bradford Auto Care for all of my automotive needs and recommend him highly.

Jamie overcharged us (%33)for a Uhaul rental. Ya see Uhaul rental agents get a set %21 of the total charge. He charged us for an extra day on the truck and dolly not to mention a fuel credit we never got. He feigned ignorance and blamed it on the software. Not to mention we had it reserved and he called early and said Are you coming to get this because somebody else wants it. I d love to hear him say this is an unfair review. All FACT!

Jamie was rude. I called in with a serious concern after being told to call him. He was a little shady at first, but I was able to look over that, as I know people have bad days and I could ve called during a bad time. But when his rudeness kept going and going, I learned quickly that he is just a vile, rude person. As a local business owner, this is NOT how you treat customers/ potential customers. I know a lot of people in this town, as does my FIL (who also owns a lot of local businesses) we will make sure no one we know will ever use this company!

This dude tried to play me. Quoting me 655$ for tire roads and inflating the labor at a whopping 433$ shame on him. I got it dont for 247$>>>>[Edit]]].. I'm sorry, it was a total of 633.19Labor of 423.95Tire rod end 145.624 wheel alignment 79.95Either way I had gotten three other estimates and by far 400$ cheaper at both other places.Too bad I can't seem to upload the hard copy from Bradford. Not to say their not fair just, I wasn't being taking.

I had a oil leak in my truck that I could not fix myself. Called up Jamie and he had me in the next day to repair my truck while I waited! Quick and good quality work!

Jamie can repair just about anything! He build some of the fastest go karts in the region! He can put AMSOIL in your motorcycle, your car, your go-kart, your boat, truck, whatever you need. He's just amazing!

This man is amazing!!!He is probably the most honest mechanic Ive ever met.He went above and beyond what he was suppose to do for me.He cares about you and puts his all into his work.He will not let you leave until your vehicle is fixed and he will give you the best rate ever.Will never go to another mechanic again.Ive been to many and have finally found the ONE!!!!

Terrible place over charged. Very rude owner will never go there i do not recommend this to anyone. Life savor is a money pit they do not make it clear on the charges till they pop up and demand them paid within a days notice.
