My name is Kacy Bennett. I recently purchased a great Jayco RV from Blue Compass-Nashville. I would like to share my experience. Brandon was an excellent representative of your company. He patiently answered a thousand questions. Josh did an outstanding job helping us understand how everything worked and even helped with the phone apps. The lady in parts explained about what parts were needed. The lady who helped with the contract, title, and money was so kind, and that is the only thing that got us through the ordeal. I wish I had her name. I apologized to her for ending up in the middle of the mess. AND we did have a terrible mess. Holly was rude, condescending, and made mistakes that she tried to lay on us. The first day, she talked to us like she didn't think we had enough sense to understand simple math. When we arrived to pick up our camper. It was not ready. Then, a prior miscalculation became apparent and the price we were told was a thousand less than she demanded. And demanded she did. She pointed the blame on me essentially calling me a liar. Extreme stress on both mine and my mother's parts. We both ended up crying. She told us that we could walk away, but without the $1000 down payment we had made, and who knows what would happen with our trade. We ended up paying nearly $500 more and did not get the hitch moved like promised. I just wanted to share our experience.

This was long overdue. If you're looking for a motorhome, you've got to check out this location and request to be taken care of KEVIN! He will go above and beyond to make sure that he listens to your concerns (esp for buying a very expensive toy) and who always give you straight-up advice. I felt like trust was his main game, no sneaky stuff and I applaud him for that. The prices? Spot on. Felt like we walked away with a genuine good deal. And their selection? He will find a unit that will definitely check all the boxes based on your needs. If you want a stress-free RV buying experience, hit up Kevin . Believe me when I say that I am a very demanding client and Kevin surpassed my expectations with flying colors!!!!

The people who work here have the patience of saints. I was far from an easy sale. I was the middle man for a person out of state. Dozens of calls and over a hundred texts Kevin closed the deal. We are very happy with our travel trailer and I have nothing but praise for the attention and service Kevin and his team provided. I recommend 100%

Blue Compass RV is very nice. The Staff is friendly and helpful. Kevin asked if we were working with a busget and if there were specifics we were looking for in a Camper or RV. Kevin gave us a tour and showed us several beautiful Campers. This will be our first Camper purchase, so we are brand new at this and need help. I can't say enough good things about Kevin. He helped with our questions and never put any pressure on us. Thanks Blue Compass! Y'all are absolutely amazing!

I purchased an almost new RV from the Lebanon TN location. I had a few problems and the service dept. worked very hard and quickly to resolve my issues. They did a super good job.

Dunlap Family RV, now Blue Compass is all about sales and nothing about taking care of the customer. Blue Compass has had my camper since last year August 28 and still not repaired as of March 2024. They have had it longer than I have owned it. I purchased my Jayco 27RB 2023 at the camper show Lebanon TN show "New" January 2023. They have had my camper now 7 months and still nowhere done a thing (Warranty Work). I hear excuses after excuses from waiting on Jayco to approve work, from parts that have been ordered, its next in line, month later its 8th in line on and on. I receive other text messages or calls it's been too long waiting they agree, but Jayco is the hold up. I got a call / text today the slide weld was broken in the front and in the back. Told them that the day I brought it in with pictures. Also, the motor locked up and stabilizer motor has to be ordered etc. Air Condition freezes up, lights on from of camper burned out. So, all the earlier statements about parts and approval were false and my camper just sits. They blame Jayco and Jayco says another. Don't know which one to believe. Makes no difference, it s just sitting there. I would not recommend buying a Jayco travel camper and I for sure will never buy another camper from now Blue Compass RV. I have text and phone call messages to prove all my statements. If you re looking for a camper, I would go somewhere else where that customer server is believing in taking care of their customers. I'm also putting this on the Jayco club group. I have heard from many people having issues with Dunlap Family RV, now Blue Compass RV. Wish me luck if I have it back by May if not longer.

Our recent purchase of a Motor Coach from Blue Compass RV was an amazing experience, thanks to Kevin who patiently walked us through as many coaches and trailers as we needed to see, answering as many questions as we needed to ask in order to make an informed and comfortable decision on the new home of our dreams! This Jayco 31F Greyhawk Class C is a dream come true! We love our new home and are so thankful for Kevin s attentiveness to our needs and wants, even following up on us to make sure the transition to full-time RV life went smoothly! Kevin Robinson was an awesome salesperson. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to the perfect camper for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Delta York was great with all the paperwork and made it as painless as possible. Holly and the rest of thw staff was super nice and helpful. Exceptional RV Repair Service!My Wife and I recently had the pleasure of doing business Dunlap RV, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the experience.We were traveling from Ohio to Nashville then on to the Smokey Mountains to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary.On Sept 23, 2023 day 2 of our vacation in Nashville, we lost all power to our new 30 day old Grand Design travel trailer.Nobody had availability for at least 2 weeks. With a very upset Wife, I was not going to let this ruin our celebration together! 42 years as an aircraft mechanic I will fix it myself when I get there.As we were driving towards the Smoky Mountains, I noticed Dunlap RV now Blue Compass where I had purchased my Grand Design in Ohio. I pulled in as they were about to close on a Saturday.From start to finish, the service was exceptional!First and foremost, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my trailer and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner. Their expertise instilled confidence, making me feel reassured that trailer was in good hands.The troubleshooting itself was done with precision and attention to detail. The technicians were efficient and thorough, ensuring that every aspect of the repair was completed to the highest standard. I was particularly impressed with their dedication to quality, leaving no stone unturned to guarantee a job well done.Moreover, the customer service was outstanding. We are first time RV owners. The first day we arrived at Dunlap, Paul Prestage came out immediately, introduced himself, and began walking us through the RV purchasing experience. He helped us settle on the Jayco Jay flight 267 bhs travel trailer. Our first camping trip was a success and we look forward to many enjoyable ones in the future.

I had a horrible experience at Dunlap Family RVThe were dishonest, and down right scary with the repair of my RV. It was an insurance repair and after they gave a quote they pushed to get more money from the insurance company. I felt like insurance fraud. After they received the check they didn't know my name and treated me disrespectfully. In addition, they made many more issues with my RV while it was in their care. I had to go over what needed to be address it was a horrible frightening experience. They truly don't care about you or your RV!

UPDATE TODAY 01/09/2024The person who lied the most was Eddie the sales manager. He was fired and spent like a year in jail/prison if that tells you anything. This Jayco is falling apart in less than a year. Blue Compass not only does not care, they refuse to answer the phone or call you back.Some of the most dishonest people you will ever deal with. Under no circumstances do you ever want to deal with these fake people. They do you wrong then want to put the blame on the customers. Dishonest, manager is arrogant, pushy and doesn't listen to instruction and the general manager is a back stabber, and the title clerk is very rude. If you want to get ripped off, then buy here, otherwise shop elsewhere. They do not listen to instruction about my out of state tags and the company they sent the paperwork to bought me new tags when the dealership knew I was transferring my VETERAN tag. I paid a Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) that was not done right after driving almost 4 hours to pick it up. 16 Warranty items were missed on it. I drove almost 4 hours back without the camper I paid for. These people do not care one bit about you after the sale. They are rude and they LIE. I do not want anything out of these people.

Guys let me tell ya . If you are in the market for an RV go see Brandon Whiting at Blue Compass. The guy went above and beyond anything I expected. Great service is fairly normal, but great service after the sale is something that s not very common anymore. Go see Brandon!!

Purchased a new Jayco travel trailer here in April. Sales experience was fine, service after the sale is awful, I brought it in for a scheduled appointment to address several issues, they didn t start working on it for two weeks. They have had it for 6 weeks total, they are still not finished with it. I left a message for the manager, with no response. I will not buy another RV from them again. They deserve no stars.

Dunlap Family RV, in Lebanon, TN, made the process of purchasing an RV, for the first time, so easy; no hassles, no worries! They are knowledgeable, helpful and they really do care about helping the buyer get what they need. They are friendly, fair and honest! We had such a wonderful experience with them here!We were happy to meet Heather, Ryan, Hollie, Brenda, Laura, Scott and Josh while we were there! I highly recommend purchasing an RV from this company!

This place has a wide selection of quality product for quality price, we personally dealt with 0 pressure and 0 haggling. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mrs. Heather Hendricks and I can't say nicer things about her she made the whole process so easy and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend asking for Mrs. Hendricks when looking through this establishment.

How is this company still in business!!! After purchasing our RV we have had nothing but awful customer service, inept employees who cant answer simple questions about the product they sell. Not to mention the condescension and down right lies from the service department. Jayco itself is a great product but Dunlap Family RV is an absolute awful company!

My wife and I live in Puerto Rico but moving back to Nashville. We stopped here to look at some new campers. We were greeted by a salesman before we even walked inside. He said he was with a customer and would be with us soon. 45 minutes later, still no salesman, and everyone had a customer. The salesman saw us and said we could walk the lot and look, so we did. after another hour and still no salesman, plus the fact that we saw rat droppings in two campers, we left. We did buy a camper elsewhere.

If I could give less stars I'd give 0 stars..My spouse and I purchased a brand new 2022 Free Solo Romo...First of all,the salesperson was amazing, but the service department is terrible....We had a problem with the AC leaking and this was fixed...We recently decided to trade due to we needed more space...Upon the dealer inspecting,they found there was another leak causing damage and costing us $2000 to get it fixed...The cause was the light on top had not been sealed. My question is,Why was this camper not inspected better before putting it on the lot to sale?This is something that should have been checked and now we are having to pay for something that was not our fault.I think something being be bought New should not have leaks.I am very disappointed with the lack of service we received and now having to pay the consequences
