Matt was a great help and made my experience excellent! He was full of knowledge and helped me pick out the right trailer for all my needs. I would recommend big Tex to anyone, especially since Matt took really good care of me!

I reached out via email to get new LED lights for my trailer. Within a very short amount of time, Greg from this location reaches out to me. Greg was outstanding as he told me the information I needed to get the parts for my trailer. Within a few quick texts I had all the part information I needed and options to purchase. Every company would be better if they had employees like Greg that shows his trust and integrity to make sure customers like myself have what we need to continue to enjoy using our BIG TEX TRAILERS!!

We were on our way home from Texas and right on the connection of the hwy 40 and 81 North one Leif Spring on trailer broke so we got off the 40 in Lebanon, TN and found a Campground right in the City. We started looking for a place to repair the trailer and after a dozen of calls we find this place and told us to bring the trailer on Monday, so we did. After checking the Leif size they didn t have it in stock. They tried all over the City to get one and couldn t find on so they decided to order one from Amazon for next day delivery. The trailer was up on jack so we couldn t go back to the campground and had no place to stay. After a discussion we with Matt, he decided it was ok for us to stay in our trailer overnight and We were so relief because we had our 2 cats with us. Sadly the part didn t come in the next day. Of course we all were disappointed and we had to sleep one more night. We had water and power so we were a lot better in our thing than a Hotel room. Next day we went for a long walk hopping for an early delivery and when we came back the job was almost done. Jake did a great job and was happy for us. I also gave a big hug to Matt. 1/2 hour later we were back on road. Matt was there also and check with us before he close the store to make sure we were ok for the night. Those guys are so great knowing we were stuck with 2 cats so they all did what they could and as fast as they could to get us back home. It s not every day that you meet people like that and I m glad we found them. Thank you to Matt, Greg and Jake.

1st time customer today and I am hooked! Super nice and professional team. Scheduling was a breeze and they called to confirm my appointment. In/out quickly. Very detailed inspection on my horse trailer and then took the time to go over their inspection with me. Impressive service.

A super friendly and straightforward operation. I was having brake issues with my horse trailer. They don't sell horse trailers, but they treated it like it was their own. They found the problem and had it fixed fast.

Out of every Big tex I have ever delt with this store blows every other one out of the water.From the moment of calling to see if they can help to actually getting my trailer repaired it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had! These guys know what they are doing! They treat you like family! I'm so greatful to the guys at this Big Tex location.

We had an emergency failure while moving out west to Utah, and the team at Big Tex Trailer world in Lebanon took care of us and got us back on the road the same day we brought it in. Excellent repair and customer service!

Just purchased a car hauler and was absolutely given a white glove treatment. Craig gave me no pressure, answered all of my questions, and gave me useful advice. You can tell the people there wanted to make sure I purchased something that worked for me and my goals. They also had a great selection of items in the store that I didn't really appreciate until I was in there. Great store!

WOW! I'm absolutely impressed with the genuine old school, hand shake seals the deal, feel of this big tex location. From the over the top customer service, to going the extra mile to make sure you are safe on the road, you have earned a loyal customer. I was hesitant to drive the 70 miles to your location, but after all is said and done, I'm so happy I did. Thank y'all.

Craig Wheeler your store manager in Lebanon, TN Is Mr can-do.I wanted my springs upgraded on my new trailer. Craig and mechanic Brent jumped into action in 35 degree weather and made the change, all on the cold damp ground, Get these guys a shop will you. This dealer carried many trailer to choose from. They were the only dealer somewhat close to me that had exactly what I wanted. Price was great and customer service got me in and out with my new trailer. Very happy with my purchase.

I have a 25GN that is a 35+5 with mega ramps and oil bathed axles. I maintain the trailer meticulously every 20 or so thousand miles it gets new oil and constantly is checked over. This winter I decided to bring it to Big Tex IN Lebanon Tennessee where their service department conducted A full inspection of the trailer, axles, wheel bearings, tires, frame, and all braking components. The manager at the store was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable with the products they had and gave me a good sense that my trailer was in good hands. The service technician was knowledge and was able to explain any maintenance that I need to update or continue doing along with any additional components that I should be keeping an eye on, overall he was very knowledgeable with the function of my trailer and all components. I would highly recommend getting a service completed by the Big Tex IN Lebanon Tennessee they were firm and fair with pricing and replacement of any parts.

The staff at Bix Tex Trailer World are personable, accommodating and effective. I brought my truck in for a brake controller installation and 7-pin repair. Brent was able to complete the work within an hour and I was pulling my travel camper later that same week. Erin was a great communicator throughout the process.If you're having the same experience in Nashville with trailer services that are either short staffed (or simply uninterested in the work), consider the drive to Lebanon as time well spent in order to get the job done well and with minimal hassle.

This trailer dealer has a big selection of trailers and had just what we were looking for. Plus it was on a red tag sale and we got a very good deal. Craig was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Then the technician hooked the trailer up to our truck, aired up all 4 tires, tightened all the lug nuts and explained all the saftey rules before we left. I would not hesitate to do business here again.

Greg Garland is the man you want to speak to, fast response great work ethic and will get things done for you to the best of his ability, I bought a trailer a month ago and at the dealership they told me It was not necessary to change the GVWR rating as long as I was under 26k as a non CDL driver, I found myself stuck in TN at a weigh station when I reached out to Greg, he was nice about the whole situation honest responded quickly to my emails and helped me get out of the situation so thank you Greg you are forever appreciated

Wonderful service and best selection I ve found, Errin was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in matching us to the best trailer for our needs. We shopped around and saw some options that appeared spray painted and just didn t look like they d last. These are clearly well made, powder coated and built to last. So happy with our purchase!! They also have tons of parts and accessories that are hard to come by.

Salesman from the labanon said they would be accommodating for a Saturday morning pick up well. I offered to stop in on a Friday to pull the trailer out but they said not to worry well Saturday came and they refused to release the trailer to us. We said 2500 miles.thanks Craig!

Awesome staff, easy to purchase and welcoming. They have a ton of trailers from equipment trailers to dump trailers. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the need of good quality trailers! We ll be back to buy another one soon!
