This by far best customer service I experienced in a great time. They, meaning Thurman the mng to Hunter the dedicated employee! Treated a disabled man and wife with knowledge and empathy. Treated my friend and I who are disabled Vets with same compassion. Store and property was clean, organized, and spot on.

I got windshield wipers and they started getting stuck on each other and hitting against my windshield. I went back the next day to tell them what was going on and they said I have to get used to and it that s normal. 2 hours later I was driving on the interstate and my windshield wipers FLEW OFF my car. Obviously was not normal and they should have listened to my concerns and actually looked. Do better.

I drove 45 min to get here to warranty a Duralast battery. To be fair I didn t buy the battery originally, but it was less than 5 months old, in new appearing condition and has the manufacturer date clearly on it. I was given a very curt nope , can t warranty it. The battery came from Autozone and I could ve supplied original purchaser info. The clerk was obviously not interested in helping.

This Autozone on S.Cumberland St. Is my go to store for all my car needs . They are always friendly and helpful, and 9/10 times they have what I need . I recommend these guys .

Joseph Desjardins went above and beyond helping us with a battery replacement. We re heading out of state in two days and he helped save our trip! Joseph is the assistant manager in Lebanon TN and is definitely a pro! Thank you Joseph Desjardins!!!

Great selection and prices. The only place I have been able to find plain floor mats. Everyone else only has the heavy duty weather type which are not comfortable.

Stood in line for 5 minutes ( I was the only person in line) and not once did anyone even recognize that I was there. Two employees looked directly at me and totally ignored the fact that I needed help. Rude just plain rude.

The service was so polite and fast. Thurman Landers found me the exact battery I needed and could afford. He installed it, and to me it looked hard, he had to remove a bunch of stuff, but he never grumbled, in the heat, then it started to rain!! He was so gracious. I will only go there from now on !!

Convenient location but expect to spend time at the store if you go. The employees struggle to work together and communicate efficiently. I was there over 30 minutes just to get my battery tested and there was only one other customer. They had 4 employees that I saw and only one guy was assisting both of us. This is not the first time this has happened. 2 stars is for the guy that was trying and the location, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Sold me the wrong plugs for my car.... I never get any kind of discount I spent $123 and I never get a discount but they always advertise and that I'll get this and I get that now if you spend $70 you get $15 in reward well why didn't they give me that discount the other day when I spent $23 I never get anything back for shopping there

Gregory was absolutely amazing. 10 mins til closing time I needed a battery, mine was not going to allow me to drive two hours back home to make it in time for work the next day but instead of turning me away he came out and got to work. I appreciate young people with amazing work ethic. I won t forget this guy, Gregory saved me a lot of grief and trouble . What an amazing young gentlemen, I m thankful he was there and he did an amazing and quick job !

Not happy with how long we stood and waited to cash out behind a young man that was just chatting with the 2 young men employees. The man customer also for some reason had money laying all over the counter.Then after the one employee did ring my cousin up he threw away her receipt instead of handing it to her which had everyone on a 10 minute search looking for it (the receipt). He was so distracted by other things besides his job he didn't even know he had thrown the receipt away. Our 10 minute visit took us almost an hour. Not very pleased at all!

Trying to find Rotella oil for my diesel. I thought I should call ahead and save some time driving. I was immediately put on hold. Not surprised. I waited for 5 minutes on hold. While on hold I decided to drive over. I found one guy working, another just standing behind a computer. I not only found the item and paid for it, I also asked to speak to a manager. Still on hold. Finally got to speak to the manager. Made a LOT of excuses as to why I was on hold for nearly 22 minutes.Will take my business elsewhere, and will suggest everyone else go some place else. NAPA, Advanced, O'Reilly, Tractor Supply, Co-Op, Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, etc.

Ordered 5ft of PCV hose online on 09/06. Received notification that the order was ready for pickup the same day. Unfortunately, the correct hose was no where to be found when I tried picking up the order today (09/07).The staff at the store was friendly enough. Hose was ordered from another store so hopefully it will be available tomorrow. The delay isn't the end of the world but disappointed that I will have to make another trip to the store.Lesson learned... Call the store to verify that your order is actually available before going to pickup.

Located product quickly, found most things on my list. Staff promptly checked inventory for my items and offered to order them and will have them in store within a couple hours. Inconvenient, as I have to make an extra trip...especially since online it showed multiple in stock, in store. Overall good experience.

They always have what I need! These two employees Ricky and Anthony helped me numerous times and really know their stuff! They deserve promotion or raise or something for their dedication! Top of the line service! Experts all the way! Thanks guys you made my experience with Autozone exceptional!

The manager "Thurman" is probably one of the most genuine down home guys working here. my fiansae was so frustrated with our truck... didnt know where to turn and Thurman was so informative and helpful and even helped put a part on for us that we knew nothing about and refused to take a tip from us. I know they were super busy and he didnt have to take so much time on us but thats what you call customer care!

Good selection of parts for a reasonable price. Stock most parts for popular vehicles and have friendly service and fast service. Very knowledgeable and provide DTC checks, wiper, headlight/tail light, and battery installation. All around great place to go for automotive needs for your DIY's

You should go somewhere else. This is a terrible parts store. Entitled middle-aged men standing around ignoring customers, messy aisles, unpacked stock everywhere, unprofessional employees. You really should go down the street to a better store.

Usually really good today they didn't have what I needed and the main hub was out of stock as well so it couldn't be ordered had to go else where.

We got a starter from there the other day and they accidentally have us a manual one instead of automatic one. We took it back and they told us that. They gave us the wrong one. Someone there must have been new at what he was doing. Idk. They have done things like this before. Given us the wrong part that we have ordered. Other than that they're pretty good people and fast workers.

Never ordered my part, clerk lied posing as manager then when manager finally showed face, she admitted she knew that a clerk was not ordering parts he said and did nothing. Then gave me hassle about ordering the part the part she should have already recieved for me. Told me to "go online and have it shipped to home because it will be much easier than me dealing with this hassle"! So i will, from Amazon! Definitely not from AutoZone, you have forever lost a once loyal customer!
