What I loved here is that they looked at my car and referred me to a shop who specializes in my damage. Kudos for being so kind and getting me where I needed to be! Grateful!

Lebanon is lucky to have American Auto Body. Unfortunately, I've had many opportunities to use them over the years, and I trust them to provide top service in as quick a manner as possible. Called American Auto Body to get estimate for damage to my car (was rear ended). Denise said they could do estimate today August 10, 2022, but would not be able to perform repairs until November 2022. Yeah, No. Does this make sense to anyone? I was stunned. Who all can go without driving their vehicle (until repairs are done) for 3 months? Wow, just wow.Get this, see the business' response below.UPDATE I contacted Caliber Collision (back then) and they got me in for an estimate RIGHT AWAY. They were friendly, courteous AND they were ready to perform repairs within 3 weeks!!!!!! And while you may think you guys are sooooo busy and that's what the wait is for, I can GUARANTEE that Caliber does 5X the amount of work y'all do! They just do it more efficiently and they are considerate of the customers' time.Wow, I am appalled at YOUR behavior! Way to make sure you not only didn't get my original business, but no repeat business either, from me or ANYONE I know...Thanks!

I have had two vehicles repaired here over the last year. They stay booked up so you might have to wait a while but they do exceptionally good work. Jeff and Denise keep you informed. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent communication and service. You may need to wait, but the day I was given to bring the car in for service is the day they started to work on it. Very good at keeping their schedule and not overbooking like other collision repair shops that bump you out when they know they cannot meet their schedule.Thank you jeff and Denise!

I've used this place multiple times. They're absolutely amazing. Jeff is awesome!! One recent visit someone hit my car and looked terrible and they made it look brand new like it never happened. Paint matched perfect. Very professional and amazing service. It is like the accident never happened. I am so grateful to the craftsmen at this shop. My car looks and drives like new with no trace left of the work done. Jeremy in the office was great and explained what was going on in detail. When I picked my car up, it was far cleaner, inside and out, than when it went in. Probably the best customer service experience that I have ever had.

We brought our car in to see Jeff after an automobile accident with severe rear damage. He explained to us the work that needed to be done and the approximate time frame. They were very thorough and detailed. Very professional work and extremely honest and fair with their pricing. Our vehicle looks brand new. If we ever need vehicle work again this is the only place we will go.

I had some rock damage repaired in the hood of my 2018 Subaru WRX through State Farm. These guys took great care of the car and did a fantastic job matching the metallic paint. I worked with Jeremy the whole time, and he was very knowledgable about their work and was always responsive to calls. They do have a small shop though, so you may have to wait a few days before they can get you in for work, but it's definitely worth the wait!

Stop reading reviews and take your car to American Auto Body. You won't regret it. They do the best work in Lebanon and are independent honest owners. They recently fixed some damage on my Yukon and I could not be more happy with the work and customer service. Thanks again Jeff and Jeremy!

Anyone can come up with fancy words so I won t compete with words to describe this particular place of business. Seeing is believing and believe me that what I saw was worth more than words. I went in needing a repair that was not a simple one. I left with a job so well done that you would never have known I needed something repaired. That is a great feeling to know that there is a American Body Shop that will treat your vehicle like it was their own.

I have nothing but great things to say. Our badly hail-damaged car looks brand new again. The owner (Jeff) arrived an hour early to meet us and even stayed a little late for me to pick up the car. He has an expert PDR guy who did not disappoint. The car was clean inside and out; it's like the monsoon never happened.

They fixed my 2010 Nissan Murano like new. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I hope I never have this happen again, but if it does, I will not go anywhere else.

American Auto Body fixes my busted out window and panel in a week from some crazy person breaking in my car! They are great! And even cleaned all the glass out and lightly cleaned my car! Thank you guys!

A little upset took my car in for estimate that was written they had it 4 hours and was told they didn't even look at my most concerned issue and then told I could not get my car till after the weekend and also u owe 100 bucks and no other options were available!!I guess this is standard protocol ..
