Left a bad review before, but had a much better experience this time. There was a computer error that made it where my mom couldn't pay completely for what she was buying and the worker paid for it herself and didn't even say anything about it just said that she took care of it. These are the kind of workers we need in the customer service industry

Advance Auto Parts is my go-to auto parts place. I check here first. Their prices and quality are hard to beat. Usually always find what I need here.

Advance is always competitive with prices and usually stocked. My issue is with the 20something cashier that hates his job and has zero customer service skills. My total 24.99 and, when I paid cash, the gentleman threw my penny under the register. He noticed my unsatisfied look and asked "You didn't want that did you?". My reply was yes, it's still money and it spends...more importantly, it's MY MONEY. He begrudgingly reached back into his register for my change. I then had to ask for my receipt. Had I not needed the parts, I would have simply returned the items and taken ALL my money to O'Reilly's.I will, however, never return to THIS store.

The guys up here are so helpful, especially Robert! When my husband was working on his truck and got something confused on an online order Robert walked me through how to fix it and saved us money when I went to pick up the part. They are so friendly, very knowledgeable with very good prices.

I went in here for something to keep my car doors from freezing closed. They recommend De-Icer. So, got it and used as he told me to ( spray on rag and rub along the doors rubber seals) Done! Ya! Went back a couple of days later for new windshield wipers. He got the ones I needed and even put them on for me. They were very nice and professional. Will go back next time I need anything for my car.

I have always had a great experience going to this Advance Auto Parts location. The staff were friendly and helpful when helping me with my vehicle. It makes what can be a stressful time in buying car parts, a little less stressful because they are doing everything to help. I appreciate an honest employee who is there to help tbe customer instead of feeding the corporate pockets.

The parts professional that helped me was more than curtious. He was super knowledgeable. He recognized me as a retired Navy man and included a discount price. His name is Cai. I hope he gets a big raise. Can't imagine having such a good employee. Advanced Auto Parts is fortunate to have him!

They were pretty close to closing time, they let my son in law run a diagnostic test on my car so we could figure out why the engine light came on. And what its problem was, not a fix for the parts store, had to go to the dealer..... needless to say, I'm no longer driving that car anymore.... THANK YOU for being so courteous!

Went in the store at about 12:45, there was only myself and another customer. The other customer was being helped with an in-depth parts issue and I stood their waiting. There were 3 other employees just standing around talking, with two leaning against the part racks. All three of them looked at me at different times and just kept hanging around talking to each other while I just kept waiting at the register. By the time the employees started looking at me for the third and fourth time without offering to check me out or even acknowledge me, I put my items on the counter and just left. Talk about employees that have NO clue of customer service, let alone common curiosity. I'll never be back to that store again, there are plenty of auto part stores that want my money, but apparently not them.

Once they were able to get a worker at the front desk they were very nice and helpful! Just a little understaffed but still took the time to help us with all our questions.

I seriously love this place. It's my second home. The staff is great. They are always so willing to help me with every single vehicle I have, which is many. I'll continue to shop here every time I need a car (Vehicle) part(s)! They're AWESOME!!

I went here hoping to get my battery situation figured out. Manny and Robert helped me purchase and install a battery in the parking lot. They took my core and recycled it. I thought we hit a snag when one of the connectors broke, but Robert fixed it with a new one free of charge. These guys are helpful!

Went there today and needed help. A woman named Sam, a fellow who I didn't get the name of, and a fantastic person named Josh went above and beyond to help me fix my battery. Outstanding customer service.

We ordered some brake parts on-line. The inventory said there were two of the part we needed. We picked up the parts and got back to do the work found that one of the parts were the wrong one. The two part numbers had one digit different and either the person stocking the parts or the one pulling didn't catch it, nor did we. They did not have another one of the part that we needed in any of their local stores but made arrangements to get one for us since we were in the middle of the job and needed the work completed. Thanks to the employees for going above and beyond in assisting to correct the problem and slowing us to complete the job.

Just got replacement for my car battery on Sunday afternoon, the worker not just checking on it but also able to explain the cause and the preffered action, better than the mechanic in W*lm*rt. Glad got things taken care off, I forgot his name but he's the one with glasses and only works on Sunday so thank you again! Excellent service!

Always a pleasure to go to the Advance Auto store here in Lebanon. Charles and his staff heart outstanding people. They all know what the hell are good to go out of way to help you or at least they always have me. I go nowhere else

We go to car part stores frequently, and I have found advance auto parts is the best! Why? Their workers actually know about vehicles and do not fully rely on a computer to tell them what they should already know! This place is very helpful and great prices!

I usually have great service there but today it was horrible! I got brakes for my car and was going to get a car charger it rang up $32 when the rack said $14.99 I told him that he checked it and said he could only go down to $19.99 and I had questions about different brakes he really didn't answer besides saying that the cheaper ones had more dust it will be a while before I go back

I always have fast and courteous when I enter this store. I get greeted immediately with smiles. They are very helpful and the prices are very competitive. I appreciate them for being there whenever I have a car problem.

Went in asked for fuel filter and wrench.Guy got the filter and when I asked what about the wrench? He said oh. You don't need it with this type.Got home good under the car--- guess what!!! I needed that dang wrench.Had to go back to the store.Lesson learned- just because they are on the other side of the counter---they don't know it all.

Went to another auto parts place to have my battery tested. They made me wait over 20 min. I left and went to Adanced. Told Nick what i needed and was done in under 10 min. Battery was tested and replaced. Should have went there in the first place. Lesson learned.

These guys and gals are great. They come out and look at my battery or wipers or whatever, go back in and get what I need, and they come back out and install it. Good prices too.

I go here or all my part. I'm a regular, so the staff treats me as one of their own. Props to Mr. Joshua, hes always tremendously helpful.
