I won't be taking my Jeep anywhere else!Had what I thought to be a transmission issue on '06 Wrangler, took it to Lebanon AAMCO who had the issue properly diagnosed within the day. Turned out to be a sensor issue. Saved me so much time and potential money in going to a different shop. Had my Jeep up and running the following day at a great price and top customer service to top it off. Highly recommend Jason and his crew.

Literally had the best car service experience with them! Awesome crew but the reason for my 5 star review is they fixed my transmission problem for $350 when other shops were quoting me for a transmission replacing - which they misdiagnosed. The team at AAMCO were honest and highly experienced. Amazing service guys!!

I couldn t have had a better experience! Pugh s diagnosed my 06 Ranger with a bad transmission and quote me $4.5k to replace. Brought it here and the gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, professional and confident they could help. All my truck needed was the leaking transmission gasket replaced, new filter & flushed lines (new fluid)! Got me in and out with a perfectly working transmission. Exceptional service!

Great customer service. Real, compassionate, and honest! I had some major car trouble in TN and I live many hundreds of miles away. They were so helpful and didn't try to take advantage of my unfortunate situation. Manager and owner are good good people! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

AAMCO is a budget shop and expect budget parts and budget service. Sure, they can get it in and out. I had an issue after I had a clutch and throw out bearing replaced. Fast forward a year and only 10k miles later I had another issue. The previous shop manager left and the new one didn't want to cover my warranty. Claiming the old manager never registered it. After a phone call to corporate, taking the car to a different AAMCO location, and 2 weeks we worked out a deal between myself and the 2 shops. The Lebanon location was okay to deal with, but the one in Richmond was a pain to reach or do business with.

Do NOT trust them with your vehicle. I had a transmission replaced with them once, then again under warranty several months ago and the transmission went out just again today. Originally they replaced the catalytic converter during that repair and now two more times under warranty because it went out again and again. Also, they installed the wrong exhaust system under the truck during this work and admitted putting the wrong one on knowingly, hopeing it would work. It rattled like a coin in a tin can.I have called them several times this morning and left messages with no response, I drove over b/c business hrs are till noon and they have closed early on Saturday.I have been very dissatisfied with Aamco. They have never offered to pay for a tow, pick up the vehicle or help in any way when their workmanship has failed and have wasted so much of my time driving back and forth trying to get them to honor their warranty.Do not use this transmission repair shop. They are not a reputable business. They don t stand behind their workmanship.

This place is 100% the shop to come to. Jason is amazing, as are the mechanics. They were SO very helpful to make sure we could get our vehicle out the door and drivable. We had a new alternator installed in June, and it had already gone bad. Jason was able to go into detail about what all was going on, showed us everything as well. These are trustworthy people to the highest degree. I have NO idea what my fianc and I would have done without them. We would have lost everything (car, apartment, etc) without their help and integrity. We will forever go back to AAMCO for alllllll of our vehicular needs, repairs, and maintenance. God bless these guys.

Do not trust these guys with your car. I've had 2 bad experiences with this place. Both times they tried finding something else to work on instead of the problem I asked them to check and broke something in the process. This last time I went there I was just asking for an estimate on a blend door repair. In the process of the diagnosis they broke the climate control fan so that it no longer turns off. When I brought it back they said they couldn't fix it and that it was already broken when i brought it to them. They are overpriced for basic repairs that they are not competent enough to do in the first place.

Diagnosed and replaced failed fuel pump. Went out of his way to get car towed after normal work hours so he could work on it the next morning, which he did. Thoroughly explained the problem and what would be the cost ($600 cheaper than competitors estimates). Car was fixed half a day sooner than he said it would be! Excellent service and great communication. Rob is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. He is the type of employee employers dream about!

Call AAMCO in the morning and they were able to take a look at my car that day. Called me back with a diagnosis that made sense and we agree on moving forward with the repairs. Price was less than I thought it would be and the car is running smoothly. Very friendly and helpful start to finish.

Rob and his crew first replaced the transmission in my 2012 Chevy Malibu. Then he replaced the idler wheel on my Mom's 2001 Lincoln Continental. He's also replaced the fuel pump in my Malibu and the front brakes and the left tie rod in it and changed the oil. Each time, Rob has kept us informed every step of the way. Rob is the epitome of professionalism as well as friendliness. We wouldn't consider taking our cars anywhere else.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

The whole team at AAMCO is great. Had my car towed there on a Saturday evening after they had closed. I talked to Rob, the manager, first thing on Monday morning and they had the problem diagnosed within 2 hours, and the car was back to me, like new, the next day. All for a reasonable price. Thank you!

It was a very good experience. I needed a car checked out to see if I wanted to purchase it. They found a possible issue that wasn't readily apparent and probably saved me money and headaches over the long term. I would recommend this business to anyone since the folks there were personable, professional and forthright.

The guy that helped me was fabulous. I thought the transmission was a junk in my wife's car. He had found that the cat. Was plugged up & that there was a service call out on it from the manufacturer. Didn't charge me for his time either. Given that level of honesty & knowledge I would recommend this shop to anyone & would definitely go there again if the situation arises. Thanks AAMCO

Replace CVT trans fluid and filter. This did improve the performance of the trans. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed a leak. One of the service techs put it back up on the rack to check and said there is a dent in my oil pan and that is what is leaking. I had a friend check the vehicle when I got home and he said 7 of the bolts to the transmission were loose and NOT Torqued to specks. That is what was causing the leak.AAMCO was going to charge me another $350 to change out the oil pan that was not leakingUpdate; Thank you Brad for putting the car back up on the rack and go over things with me. I feel that you resolved the issue that was discussed. For your quick response and costumer service, I will be coming back for future service.Services: Transmission, Oil change

This ordeal started when my son's 2500 series dodge truck clutch went out in Chattanooga tn. He towed it to Aamco transmission in Chattanooga (not sure which one). They replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. He paid them$1900 dollars and some change and return home to franklin tn a couple weeks later. The truck was making a noise before he got back home. After several months of me pestering him to get it looked at (while still under warranty)He took the truck to Aamco in Nashville. They transferred the truck to Lebanon branch where their manual transmission specialist works. These guys had the truck for over a month and diligently attempted every conceivable repair that could be performed to both the clutch and the transmissionbut to no avail. After several weeks of trying different repairs the manager Rob called me and said he had tried everything he knew to do, but was unsuccessful and the transmission was still making the noise.Mr. Rob honored the Chattanooga warranty for his expenses incurred and did not charge him for the work they did performed . The issue apparently, is a missing piece off the slave cylinder that is allowing the throw out bearing to keep contact with the pressure plate when the gears are engaged. This missing piece is no longer available for purchase as oem part, additionally, this part has no aftermarket alternative. Whereas I would not recommend the Chattanooga location, as they are the culprit of the missing item, I do recommend Rob's location for all of your transmission needs. Even though their repair attempts were unsuccessful their integrity remains in tact. Good guys, hard workers, and absolutely honestAsk for Rob, he will be there when you need him.Thank you for your service RobService: Transmission
