The sales person (Dustin) I dealt with to purchase my vehicle was pleasant and timely with all my requests (cold start video and tire date code photos). My issue with this dealership is when I asked about any damage to the vehicle (clean Car Fax). It is a 2012 so I didn t expect it to be perfect. The sales person sent me photos of two interior blemishes. A stained back seat cargo net and bubbling of the center console trim. These are things I could live with.I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped the 900+ miles. The vehicle showed up with damage. I asked for two weeks to get the original photos listed on the website. Delay after delay of getting them. In the end, I never got them all. However, I got one that displayed a small corner of the damage. The manager (Brad) lied about the comparison of their photos displaying the damage and the actual damage. The manager (Brad) tried to blame it on the transportation company.The dealership is unwilling to admit their lies and unwilling to fix the vehicle. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. You only seem to get half truths from them. Be warned!

Great experience! Tommy is the salesman I dealt with and he s very chill and no pressure. I like how there s no haggling and just a 1 price store. Some love to fight over a few hundred bucks but not me, not worth any of it. Their inventory is fantastic as well with regularly updating. If you see something ya gotta jump on it. Stuff moves fast! It s all as is used so have money in reserve in case for repairs or have a mechanic to see it first. But they are up front about that. All in all 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

My beautiful wife and I were visiting Nashville from out of state and had been looking for an F250. We saw one that they had online which fit for us, Tommy and Brad were pretty set on taking care of us, so we canceled our plane tickets and drove the truck home.*only downfall was waiting on the paperwork to get transferred over, I don t blame Brad they did everything they said they would do, I would just recommend to leave with the title and do the transfer in your own state yourself, if you can.

Just purchased a 2019 Honda ridgeline and the next day we noticed it wasn t shifting correctly. My husband called the owner Josh and he said to bring it back to him he would take it to the Honda mechanic. Got my truck back the next day. 100% recommend Josh and his team our salesman was Mr Darrell and he was So nice and made you feel like he had known you all his life. But as a used car lot owner Josh handled this top notch.

Wanted to buy a used truck. Asked if they could come down on the price. Was told no, been buying cars for over 40 years. Never known of a used car dealer that s does not go down on price.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday and found a Jeep we fell in love with. We ended up not being able to go home with it that day as the financing places weren t open and there were some things we needed to work through. L.P, the owner, was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He went out of his way to make sure we still got the car we wanted despite some credit hurdles we had to jump. We came back in 2 days later and everything was set and ready to go. Mr. Shorter went through everything with us and it was quick and easy. We signed papers and were in and out of there quick. Darrel made sure to have our car pulled around front, started, and warmed up for us and our children when we were done. I literally cannot say enough great things about this company and the employees. They went above and beyond for us the whole entire time. I have never met such professional, nice, and CARING people. Definitely the place you want to buy from.. especially with an owner like L.P. I will recommend them to anyone!

Thank you Dustin for saving the day! My wife and I were in a predicament, needing to replace a car for our son in a hurry. We had driven from Spring Hill to Springfield the preceding 2 days to buy another vehicle, and after almost losing money on a car that was badly misrepresented, we were fearful of our next move. Fortunately, we found the same make & model in significantly better condition at 231 on our way back home, and sent them a message. Although it was after hours, we received a quick response and made arrangements to discuss the car with Dustin the following morning.After the previous experience, I can't say enough positives about Dustin. First and foremost, he was very honest and completely transparent about what he could do to help me. Likewise, he made the entire process as efficient as possible. We drove the hour from Spring Hill to Lebanon with funds in hand, ready to make the deal. He had the car ready to go for a test drive, and made sure that we had the Carfax and the details of what they had done upon receiving the car ready for us to review. After almost getting burned the day before, Dustin wanted us to feel confident in our purchase, so he even through in an extended warranty. We were in and out within an hour and able to get home quickly to surprise our son! If you need a quality used car from someone you can trust, don't hesitate to check out Dustin & 231 Car Sales....you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service!!! Dustin was the best I ve ever worked with when purchasing a car. Stress free!No pushy or aggressive sales tactics which is the number one reason I recommend this place. I was on the hunt for a vehicle and we ended up seeing this shop online and saw it had great reviews and a 5 star rating so we thought we would go check it out!! Ended up leaving that same day buying a car!! They had such great vehicles at great prices!! The staff was amazing down to the owner!!! Thank you guys so much for helping me find the car I always wanted!! We live almost an hour away and I will definitely drive that again when we need another vehicle!!!

My wife and I researched many dealers and found 231 to have one of the best prices on the market. I drove all the way from Jackson, TN to purchase a vehicle I found on their website. Mr. Holt was super friendly and funny! Great man to do business with! Buying a car from 231 was smooth sailing. His inventory includes mostly one owner - great condition - selection of vehicles. When I was sitting outside checking out my car, there was this customer who walked out, came up to me and said "this is a great place to purchase a vehicle, you won't regret it, I have purchased 5 cars from here!" Nice thing to hear prior buying a car, ain't it? Hope that helps a little with your decision making! Good luck!

I recently purchased an F150 King Ranch. Darrell was my salesman, and he was exceptional ... great service and willingness to help me find exactly what I wanted. After buying the truck, it came a heavy rain, and I noticed a leak. I carried truck back to Darrell, and he went out of his way to help as did others at the dealership. Long story short, they carried my truck to local Ford dealership who replaced moon roof and related seals, etc. This cost dealership approximately $1,000. They never balked at "doing the right thing ". I will go to them as first choice ... they treated me like family, and I am very grateful and appreciative.

My bestfriend came in looking for a jeep got one Tommy and Dustin were great. I will be back to buy a truck when I'm ready! They have a great selection and a nice looking duramax out front. Fast service too. Definitely recommend.

I had the best experience with 231 car sales. My daughter wanted a certain car with a certain color with not many miles on it and they found what I wanted at the car auction. What they found was perfect. She loves it and got the payment she wanted. I couldn t ask for a better overall experience and will refer anyone I know there! Saw them online and found a car I loved! I live three hours away spoke with them and my bank got everything worked out and went and got right before the fourth! Super nice people and awesome eclipse I got from them. Highly recommend worth driving three hours to do business there!

My husband recently bought a truck through them and we were treated with nothing but respect from everyone within the dealership. As someone stated they sell cars as is but it's clearly typed in big bold letters on the paper slotted in the window, sorry if you missed that. We had previously worked our finances out through the bank and Dustin made it super easy. We went to check out the truck, decided we wanted it so they put it aside for us. We live over an hour away so he then did all the paperwork through fax and email allowing us to come the next day sign a few papers and drove off the lot within the hour. It was one of the best if not the best and smoothest car buying process we've done. B.Smith

231 was an great experience.I brought my vehicle off the internet called them up they worked with my back. 231 is professional and stands by their word .In the near future when we need another vehicle I will be looking them up.Tommy helped me out at first then Dusty helped me out . Then the main guy was the final one . I loved it be it only took about an hour from pulling in the lot test driving the car and signing papers .Best experience ever. Thanks guys..... Loving my new car......

Told me vehicle was available, filled out their credit app, got 10 day payoff on my trade per their request. Then Tommy calls and tells me the vehicle was just sold. All of this happened within a matter of 2 hours. The part the bothers me is they ran my credit knowing someone else was in the process of looking at it. When you say it s available, make sure it s truly available before you run people s credit.

I was looking for a used car for my son and found what I thought was good deal on their "bargain" lot. The car was older and higher mileage but very clean and it appeared to run and drive well during the test drive. Inspecting under the hood, I didn't see any red flags that would indicate an issue. It seemed perfect for a 16 year old's first car so we closed the deal and drove it home. Later that same day, I noticed oil spots on my drive way. I opened the hood and still didn't see anything so I jacked the car up and crawled underneath. That is when my heart sank. There was oil on the back side of the engine block. Not even having had possession of the car for a few hours, I called the salesman, Dustin, and explained what was going on. All I got was "sorry, it was sold as is" and that I could bring it to their shop but the I'd have to pay for any repairs. Now, I realize this was a used, higher mileage car (144,000 miles) and it was sold as is, but I trusted that buying from and established local dealer would give some security in that the car would have been inspected and any major mechanical problems would have been identified and fixed before it was put on the lot for sale. At the very least, I expected any issues that might be present would be disclosed before purchase. Well, I was wrong. Long story short, I was sold a car with a leaking head gasket and I'm stuck with a $1100 repair after paying NADA value for the vehicle. If you do decide to purchase a car from this place, take the time and have it thoroughly inspected by a trust worthy mechanic before putting down the money and signing anything. My mistake was taking the word of a local used car salesman that I was buying a solid vehicle.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Won t be buying another car for a good while but when I do I m remembering this place. Fair prices, family owned, nothing but nice and not pushy at all. Highly recommend
