I've been burned twice by Rev It Up Outdoor. Last summer, I brought my mower in to have a fuel leak repaired. After paying and picking up the mower, I noticed that had not done the repair as it was still leaking. I called and they picked it up and dropped it off a couple weeks later, and while they fixed the original leak, they had caused a new leak further down the fuel line. i called and they picked it up again and after another few weeks, they dropped it off and while the new leak was fixed, the mower was leaking again at the original location. They picked it up a 3rd time and finally fixed it 2 months after I paid for the repair.A couple weeks ago, I dropped the mower off to have the deck repaired. After hearing nothing for a few weeks, I called and found out that in addition to repairing the deck, that had done a bunch of other work, including replacing the carburetor and battery without even telling me. I explained my mower didnt need a new carburetor or battery because it was running fine before they got ahold of it. They became very rude and hostile, insisting my mower needed all that extra work. I told them no, so they supposedly put back on the old carburetor and battery. The problem is the battery (and possibly carburetor) they put back in my mower is not mine. They said I could come pick up my battery. I stopped by and no one could find my battery. I bought a new battery to replace the one they lost and sure enough, the mower will not run right. Our best guess is that they swapped my battery and carburetor with someone else's mower.After these 2 experiences, im never going back to rev it up.

Has always been very helpful, and trustworthy. Do outstanding work on your mower,weather u bought it from them or not. Just good guys David is a great guy, sold me my first GRASSHOPPER MOWER , won't use anthing else,its a beast. Always available to give advice,dont know what else to say but awesome.

We try to use them, they have half way serviced out lawn mower and 4 wheeler. Sharpened one of the two blades! Greased 3 of the fittings. Changed oil (we hope) I could go on. Well over $125. The 4 wheeler goes to them for service a couple of times a year. Changed the oil filter foam part, didn't ever blow out the metal part. Didn't even tighten it up, just set it back in. Changed oil (we hope) This is just some of the the problem we have with them. Every time it's all half way serviced. They do wash them pretty good! Tried to charge us $193. We called them to see if they they greased it good, they said oh yes greased everywhere, it has no grease fittings and I could find no new grease anywhere. We complained and they relooked at what they did, went down to $125. Yes, we have learned our lesson. We don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Think twice before you use them.

Can not trust this place. David the owner, sold my mom a riding lawn mower. She paid $450.00 for it. Mower kept breaking deck belts. We would bring it back, and he said he fixed it, but when we got it back to the house, and mowed, the deck belt would break. We found out later from another mechanic, that the frame, and deck, was bent. David the owner, replaced the mower, but the second mower, was just as bad. David, the owner never cared at all to replace the mower with a better one, again. Please don't go here. Thank you.

AWESOME customer service. I brought in a broken pressure washer ( broken recoil) and owner came out from shop to service desk and fixed it right on the spot. Highly recommend
