These guys are awesome! They got my truck in and out in 20 minutes, and I have a diesel with two fuel filters that got replaced. Highly recommended.

Went there sep 30 2023 to get my oil changed for my trip to gatlinburg. My oil cap was never reinstalled and now 220 mile later all my oil is covering my engine luckily I caught it before anything bad happens and my motor blew. Would not recommend any longer. it s worth just doing it myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is the ONLY place I ever go to have my vehicle serviced. They do a great job and check everything for me. They are fast and accurate. Takes about 10 minutes and I'm done. Thanks for the great service!!

I visited on 11Jan24 to have my A/C checked. I told the gentleman that I thought there was either a leak in the valve or was low on Freon. He checked the valve and there was no leak, so he proceeded to check the pressure and it was. He hooked the Freon up and charged my car and it is back to being fixed! The only downside I have is that he did not consult me about the price beforehand, luckily I was able to cover the costs. However, what would have happened if I, or anyone else, would not have been able to cover it?

They did oil change, air in tires, replaced a bulb all in great timing. They did a marvelous job

I don t think I ve ever been to a more professionally runned business. The employees are always extremely thorough and polite. Prices are accurate and worth the fast service. I was hung up on twice when I called about my uhaul reservation that they didn't have (the reservation part wasn't their fault as far as we know) the first time I was hung up on the guy was asking if I could write down a phone number so I thought it was my phones fault but when I called back the second time I wasn't through telling the guy why I got cut off before he hung up again! I called a third time just to cancel my reservation because I went somewhere else to get it since I was told Prolube didn't have what I needed. I won't be using them again for anything it's so disrespectful to hang up on a customer!

They were fast & took care of what I needed done. Staff was friendly and polite. It's a great place to stop in and have your oil changed quickly. I didn't even get out of my vehicle.

We had a new muffler installed. Everyone was very nice and I thought the job was done quickly, well and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for anything I needed done.

My go to place for oil changes and minor repairs. Ben runs a great shop. Have used pro lube in lawrenceburg for over 10 years. Ben is honest and does great work.

Taken all my fleet vehicles here for nearly 10 years. The staff is not only quick, but thorough, and have never had an issue, unlike every other place I had ever gone before. The staff is knowledgeable and quite personable as well. I recommend them for the quality of work, and they have kept vehicles that I have been responsible for on the road for close to a million miles combined so far.

They provide okay service here. I have been to this location twice now. The first time was much better than my recent experience as I had a much longer wait recently. I also do not like the fact they charge you extra to use a debit/credit card. I do like the fact they check your tires and wash your windshield.

All I can say WOW! This was the best experience I've EVER had getting my oil changed! The guys were so quick and friendly. They were very respectful of my time and vehicle. They even washed my windshield and offered to vacuum my vehicle as part of their complimentary service! I'm so impressed to have gotten in and out in less than 15 minutes (I think it was closer to 10)I definitely recommend ProLube! It was an all around awesome visit.

Needed to rent a uhaul, manager was able to hook me up with a uhaul while tending to his lube tech customers efficiently and quickly, smiled while I loaded my uhaul and heard his crew calling out their fluid, cap and plug checks , something I did for 7 years at grease monkey in Colorado

Hours are not correct for Saturday on google. Showed up about 5 minutes until 3 requesting to have battery changed and instead of being polite about it was very flippant and basically not my problem attitude saying he was leaving 2 hours early since it was Saturday.I would have been okay if they would have even been remotely apologetic about their hours being incorrect (after I showed them).I will never go back and will actively tell anyone to not use this company or business.They literally don t care.

Been a customer at this place for the past 5 years. They've always been pleasant to deal with, very patient, quick and sufficient at their work and although we're moving we are going to miss these guys... Thank you for everything y"all have done.

I always go here when I rent from U-haul the staff is always friendly. I also got an oil change and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes and they did not try to upsell us on things we did not need.

This is the only place in town we will have our vehicles checked and serviced!!! They have stayed open a little later for us to bring back a dolly we rented because we couldn t quite get there by 5 PM. Not many businesses would do that. They are the MOST HONEST company and NEVER charge for something we don t need. Best ever customer service!

I showed up not to long before their closing time, but still before. They decided it would take to long to change my cars oil and refused to serve a paying customer. So one less paying customer for them.

Dependable, fast, nice, knowledgeable, I just feel at home with these guys. I drive from Pulaski, Tn just for service and always will. Great price, and great staff.

Did a great job with my oil change, as always, but went the extra mile and checked my cars tires and all the fluids while I was there. Only took about 15 minutes to do it all!!
