Needed wiper blades. The second I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Jacob, who asked the make and model of my car and quickly looked up my options. While Jacob was working to help me, another employee greeted me with a smile and asked if I was being helped. I had my wiper blades in a few short short minutes and Jacob came out to my car and installed them for me.Can't say enough about the customer service here, thanks!

Both the Manager and Assistant Manager were beyond helpful and knowledgeable, help me save about $100 on a new battery and solved my issue for pennys. On top of all that they both assited my younger with his car issue and help him find a shop to fix his car the next day these guys are life savers

I must say, autopart shops are not all the same and I've had more than my share of issues when my hunch about the problem and I go there with some guy who thinks he knows better than I but I just get a run around---- anyhow, I usually end up leaving disappointed, but not today. Jim, the manager, was so helpful and speedy with it all. It helped that we actually had the same vehicle haha thanks again, for doing the job to the fullest.

When you get in zone, you will find many options for cosmetic upgrades for your ride. They generally have a good selection of replacement and aftermarket parts on site, and what they don't, they can generally get in a day or two.The store itself is well kept as best expected from a venue of this particular business type. The staff is well mannered and helpful, albeit quite overwhelmed at times; presumably due to staffing shortage.

I've never had a problem here, always got me the right part and the part was always in early. They put the windshield wipers on my car that I bought at another store for free. They've replaced several headlights for me for free. Helped me put in a new battery. A guy had a day off when I had a part come in that I desperately needed, he had us come to his apartment and put it in for me. They've helped me so much over the years and I appreciate it so much. All the staff are kind and helpful.

Employee, big guy long blond curly hair wouldn t check my battery because it was to cold outside! Really? Not going back ever! I went there religiously! Now I will spend my money elsewhere! It s been over a year now. Still haven t been back and not going to go back. They have missed out on a lot of my money just because it was too cold for him to go outside and test the battery!

I've had really good luck there had a couple guys that helped me and went out of their way to be professional and be sure that I had the right part and even if I needed to borrow tools or rent tools you know in personally I don't like going to it auto parts store where there's a bunch of girls working there that clearly Know Jack schitt about cars or car parts in general it drives me nuts

They always help me out here and answer whatever questions I have. A guy named Damien used to work there, he was awesome. Hey! If you're reading this Damien, I'm the girl with the 1979 Mercedes Roadster. I hope you're happy wherever you went to!

Rude lazy and stupid. Completely worthless. Couldn't figure out how 2 look up the part I needed. Then said was my fault. Cause I didn't know what 2 call the part. When I googled it and showed him a pic. Then when I demanded 2 speak 2 his supervisors he threatened me physically. When I offered 2 go outside with him his story changed. But both employees still refused 2 let me talk 2 management and removed their name tags. What a punk move. Hope they get fired. Cause im tired of getting the wrong parts or no parts just because they are STUPID. So if u want the RIGHT part go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong autozone is great. Its their employees who suck at their job. Which I hope they no longer have. I have never met anyone else as bad at their jobs as these kids. They should be ashamed. But that would take brain power. And they are using all they got just 2 remember how 2 breathe. So if u need parts. GOOD LUCK

Only 3 stars- I went for a check engine diagnosticccourteous helpful staff. But was handed the meter to do the read myself; apparently there is a greater risk for the staff to read in the customer's car than there is talking unmasked across the counter (smh)

The gentleman that runs the hub here is a true hero. I'd wager he's even saved some lives. He's the one they come to with the real questions. He's professional, polite and goes above and beyond every time i see him! I promise he's worth his weight in gold to the Zone. AutoZone.

If you're there to try to get somebody to help you with something you don't want to go there. They are not very friendly and they advertise that they can do a diagnostic Gnostic test on your vehicle and don't even have the machine to do it. better off to go to Advance Auto

Definitely avoid this store. Horrible employees. They treat the customers awful.A while back, 2 close friends of mine told me about how if you go into the Lawrenceburg location and you are younger, they automatically assume you are a thief up to no good. And then this happens today: me and a co-worker stop by after work so that he can grab some oil. I personally never would have used Autozone, I give my business at O Reilly s and other reputable auto parts stores. But my coworker used Autozone, until today. Anyway, we proceeded inside but after seeing their outrageous pricing on oil (can buy same for cheaper at Walmart), he decided to only buy 2 quarts till we got to Walmart. Well a store employee by the name of TEDDY S. tried to persuade him to by a new oil filter and 5 quarts of oil. My coworker friend declined several times before dude got the message. Well as he was finishing up his purchase, I walked on back out to his truck to smoke. That s when this weirdo, Teddy, the store clerk, dashed out of the door, nearly knocking my coworker to the side, flagging me down as I was stepping into the truck, supposedly to ask me about my ear protection (his words...???). He was referring to my JLAB headphones that were around my neck. I informed him that they were music headphones. That s when things got strange and he began to get hostile. He kept on asking me about the headphones as he was cornering me against the seat of the truck, peaking inside the truck. By this point, me and my coworker realize that he assumed I had stolen something This man was literally 2 INCHES from me, from my face, so much that I could smell his rancid breath. When he seen their was no stolen merchandise sitting in the truck, he went on back inside the store. How this man handled that situation, one that he turned out to be completely wrong about, was childish and certainly confirms what others have been saying about the Lawrenceburg location. I will definitely be contacting a manager or corporate within the next few minutes. He s very lucky that he didn t get knocked in his face.Zero stars from me.

When we pulled up in front of the store the worker was outside smoking a cigarette as soon as he saw us park he rushed inside & locked the door & turned out the lights. It was about 4 minutes before closing time so we took our business to O'Reilly instead!
