This is my place to go to for parts other than the internet. Great people who are there to help you. Did you know you can borrow tools from there. I did not know they had such a big assortment. They install windshield wipers and do code readings for free. I have been to advance auto up town. They never seem to have anything I need. Not to friendly. My opinion.

It the only parts place I shop friendly staff! If you are a car nut like me, the men and women that work there will bend over backwards to find that certain part your looking for! I really like the people at O'Reilly's auto parts in Lafayette Tennessee

Thank you for installing my new windshield wiper blade...as it was truly needed. [Replacement].I could never install that myself. As well, thank you for filling up my window wiper fluid...that I could never do by myself as well.I will be returning...you have a new customer!!Thank you again!!

The employees could be a bit more friendly and engaging when new people come into the store. Overall, the store was clean, well organized, and the products were decently priced.

I travel 2 hours one way just about every Saturday to take care of a family member. I stopped in at O'reillys for help with a radiator cap about 3 weeks ago. The second time I stopped in to get help with windshield wiper blades. Both times, Charlie and the guys that work there were so helpful with any questions I had and also were very quick to help me both times! All of the guys are great! I would highly recommend this O'reillys to anyone.

I called a week ago and asked if they had rear mirror mounting plates. I was told yes and they were $4 and he was starting right at them.I came in today to get one they 2 workers were clueless and looked them up. They said we've never carried them and would have to special order them. A bit of crossed wiring there somewhere.

To me this is the best place in Lafayette to get your Auto Parts, staff is friendly and helpful, if there's something that you don't know about your car they're the ones that can help you.

They can make hydraulic hoses for you while you wait. They can order your parts in if they don't have it. Always a clean store and very helpful, stop in and TJ,Debra and the gang are always ready to help you.

Lack of customer service.2/14/2021 9:15 amCalled and asked about ice melt.said yes 3 -20lb bags ..drive up there not 20 lbs but 50 lbs each. Point is I called first so I would not need to drive for up for nothing. This is my first bad experience with them. Hopefully it will be the last. Or I will spend my money somewhere else.

They started charging for the parts to be shipped to the store when they run out of stock where advanced can get it to you same day shipping sometimes and doesn't charge no extra cost

The best and only place in town (in my opinion) to get your auto parts and advice. Ronald is a mechanical wizard. Plus even when close to closing and you need a part bad they will take care of you.

Not a fan. They can say what they want but when it comes down to it they'll never be advanced. The customer svc and hospitable employees make all the difference
