I ordered my stuff online b4 they opened. Said should be ready in 30 min from opening. 2 hours later I called and they still hadn't pulled. 2 min after I called it was ready. So if u order online just wait then call to remind them to look at online orders

I don't know if Joe was having a bad day or I killed his pet vulture in his dream and he hates me. You could see it on his face that he wasn't interested in helping me or my mother-in-law with a battery. The way he spoke to us and interacted with us said the exact same thing. You've lost 2 customers today Joe, hope you have a better day sir.

Very helpful! I called ahead and asked if they could bench test the alternator for my 1968 Chevy Impala. They knew right away what was wrong

Don't shop parts from here one of there pulley arms went out on me costing me hundreds of dollars from it eating the belt up making my alternator go out and almost caught my motor on fire and to beat it all the wouldn't even warranty it because it was a month after the warranty I buy alot of parts but from now on I will shop some where else.

Great staff. Very helpful. They also do UPS Drop-offs. Very nice when you need to returning something to Amazon.

One of the employees there tonight was a gentleman named Tommy. He and the others are very friendly and helpful. Tommy is a funny and exuberant older man. I enjoyed my visit very much.

I'm going to tell you here in Lafayette Tennessee are guys that work at Advance Auto are the bomb, helpful caring concern always put guys I haven't seen a female yet but I'm not trying to be sexist

Very helpful. Checked out my battery with tester. Found out it was bad. Very nice older gentlemen explained everything he was doing during the testing.

Helped me out quite a bit a lowered the price on a signal light so I could buy it. I took car back to store and they put my wipers on for me and showed me how to do it.

Slow customer service, never have parts in stock, too few employees with real automotive knowledge. A few of the employees are good guys though
