The pictures were how my car was returned to me with a whole cup of coffee spilled on the front passenger mat, and cigarette ash in the console. I think the work was good, the car drives fine. The price was fair as well. But the car smells like cigarettes and coffee and cheap chemicals (probably used to cover up the coffee smell, with no attempt at removing the stain). I m not a smoker. The car smells like a smokers car now, and I drive for Uber, so I have to clean the car thoroughly myself. I wasn t warned about this at all, just given the key. Again, I think the work was fine, but this stuff is not good, and I hope they are able to be more careful and prevent mistakes like this in the future. It also would have been nice if they had owned up to the mistake as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I was purchasing a car and I needed it to have a full inspection. They found all of the problems that were there and gave me a great confidence. I highly recommend wood automotive

Todd and the rest of the team at Wood Automotive were so, so wonderful. I just purchased a an old/new car (a 1966 Mustang) and was driving it all the way from La Vergne to New York City! They did everything they possibly could to ensure that my car was in perfect condition to drive 900 miles. And we did! If he wasn't so far away, I would come to Todd for any and all repairs that I would need in the future. I can't show my appreciation enough. Excellent service, excellent value, excellent people! Thanks so much for your wonderful work!!

This place opens earliest in the a.m. in town.. i was very stressed out my, girlfriends car was having issues while traveling. He was able to get her in same day and get it road worthy for the rest of her trip. He was honest, straight forward, genuine and seemed to care and be able to help. Pricing was very fair , he was patient and answered all questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place to get the job done, or at least give you an honest opinion. Thank you again for your help

My 2018 trax had been driving me nuts with the check engine light going on and off. Todd was able to figure it out and fix it in the same day. This was the most pleasant experience ive had at a mechanic. Todd you are a life saver. Ive been so stressed about finding someone to fix it. They are amazing! I had just got a Honda civic that had something wrong with it from the getgo, we thought it was the CV joint, but it ended up being the axel. They were great with looking at further concern on my car and while I thought it was going to be a week to fix because of parts, they got it done within a day and a half! If I had gone anywhere else I would've paid well over 1000 but I ended up paying under 1000 for multiple repairs including the axel, muffler and tailpipe, brakes and roaters, and an oil change. I didn't realize this until a day or two after, but they even replaced my windshield wipers, which I don't think they charged me for. They did a great job and I have even recommended them to my coworkers. Couldn't be happier with their servicesServices: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

He kept my truck 9 weeks and charged $440 and said I had a year warranty. The truck ran 2 weeks and is doing same thing that he was supposed to fix. Now he doesn't want to hold up to the warranty.

If you're reading this, you know how stressful car trouble can be. My engine was misfiring badly. I thought I was in for an expensive repair. If someone quoted me $500 I probably would've believed it the way it was running. Instead I got a very quick and simple diagnoses. Todd looked at it for maybe five minutes them pointed to the part that needed replacing. I ran down the road to the parts store, popped the new one in and it ran like new. Huge weight off my shoulders. Can't recommend these guys enough.Service: Engine repair

I call first the Mr. Wood about installing 2 side rearview mirrors that I already bought. I asked him how much for the labor? He quoted me $80.00 dollars over the phone. But when I arrived there he then said it was going to be $140.00 dollars. Once he completed the job he said it is $197.00. I then told him he said $140.00 dollars. Then he looked funny in the face & said oh okay. I charge you what I quoted. It's no so much the amount it was the dishonesty of constantly changing prices of the labor. When I seen that he couldn't be trusted. I will not be back. He then charge me $153.00. I would have probably came back if the man had enough integrity .If I can't trust a manager to quote me a honest price? How can I trust him to fix my car right ?

I have took in many vehicles here and I have not been disappointed with the work his relatively not expensive and most things he could have back same day if it's not something he has to have shipped to his location reasonable price great service I would suggest coming here for any auto mechanics need

Fast and great service! We called them before 6:30AM and they immediately ordered the part, fixed my car up, and then sent us on our way to finish out our road trip! Wood automotive is an excellent place to bring your vehicle for repairs. Todd is very friendly and keeps both my cars running great. Since I've known him, he has changed my catalytic converters, replaced my coils, turned the rotors, changed the oil, fuel pump and filter, and replaced my spider injector. All repairs have been done quickly, without an appointment, and at a very reasonable price!

Recently moved here from Chicago, have had the same mechanic for 25 years . Now I have my next mechanic that I trust with all of my cars. This shop is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to rob you. Great place to do business with. I've brought 2 of my cars here for repairs and have been highly satisfied with the service!

Ran into this shop-after many refused to help/ or had horrible customer service after We ran into a stripped bolt on a egr valve. Mr. Wood within three minutes had the bolts off for us. We arranged for service on another vehicle and even though we ran later than we said, he remained professional. His shop did an amazing job on the A/C compressor and excellent communication. Will definitely recommend and will remain a customer.

The absolute worst most unprofessional car shop I ve ever came across. To make a long story short they charge me 290 dollars to NOT fix the issue I was having then after continuously bringing my vehicle back and forth to them he finally said he couldn t figure out the issue on a vehicle he couldn t move which makes absolutely no sense because they had my keys and could of driving it anywhere. The issue was with my gas tank not allowing me to pump gas for a long period of time due to my vehicle thinking it was full. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place not even a enemy.
