When I pulled into the lot, I was completely relieved! The trucks looked better than the photos online! I took the truck to a mechanic to have it checked out. The few small things that came back, Burt had fixed immediately! Burt also put me in touch with the previous owner. You won t find a better place to buy a used Peterbilt 379. It makes you feel good to know that there are good and honest people out there still. I couldn t recommend Pinnacle Truck and Trailer Sales enough! I will definitely be back!Thanks,-Bill Trinkle

Hands downs I'm from the south and southern hospitality is very important this company from ALL Staff naming TJ from greeting me when I got there already knowing my situation then Barney guiding me in with welcoming customer service then Pete offering to take me back to my hotel while they work then to top it off the owner Chuck goes over and beyond and offers to take me bk himself to my hotel which I love a good old VIP Service, this place has the best customer service most welcoming truck and trailer services hands down! Anytime Im in this area they are the company that will help me! Thank you all, from Ny!

Wow , I can t believe how nice guys over here!!!!Very professional, they know what they are doing , they worked on my trailer more then one hour, the fixed the door hanger , welding, new bolt and screws then they did not charge me !!!!!What can I say 100% I will be back to them for any work I have in my truck or trailer Thank you

The suspension on my 38' 5th wheel broke and Pinnacle was able to dispatch a roadside repair truck. When no one else was able do anything for me, Pinnacle got me up and rolling in short order. Thanks for the great service!

I enjoy dealing with matt and Cordell they go out of there why i think to get what i need fast, and we shoot the bull and cut up a little i think that takes a little bit of the edge oof the rest of the day.

I bought a new traile in Sep 2019. Perry did an awesome job through sales process and following up with me after the sale for the past 30 months.Brad and his team in service have provided service on my trailer for the past 30 months. Quality service in a timely manner. Brad's comittment to quality service is appreciated.Great dealership and service center.

Bought a truck from here and couldn't be happier. Burt is just an amazing guy and the best person I've dealt with. Him and Brad were very honest and very helpful with everything. I needed some extra time and they held the truck for me for 4 weeks. The Truck looked even better in person! Its a 2003 PETE with a C-16. it was in immaculate condition. I've dealt with other dealers in the past but these guys are definitely top-class. Burt went above and beyond and did everything I asked him to do. And Brad was very professional. They set an example for how every other dealership should operate. I'll definitely recommend them hands down

I shop parts here often, parts guy Cordell is very knowledgeable , it make it easy to deal with, especially helpfull when im in rush so i can get back to jobsite fast. Keep up the good work!!

GREAT SERVICE!!! I can't say enough good about Chuck Guinn. I called about a XL90 Specialized, and was greeted with a friendly, honest, and knowledgeable person. Chuck was quick to respond to all my questions via calls, emails and text. The process was super easy, from beginning to end. I just picked up my trailer today, and Chuck walked me through every aspect of the use and maintenance of the trailer. I even lost my keys and he offered to bring me another set, but thank God I found them.lol The trailer is awesome and i will always purchase all my trailers through Chuck. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Last week l was in delivery and they damaged my trailer roof and I called them to asked repair price for small hole in roof look like coin size (small) .They said minimum charge is 1 hour labor $110 plus part and tax will be around $150. I called for another place and they asked around $300 . I brought my trailer and they fixed it when done I went to office to paid them but manager told me we don t charge you because was small hole and don t worry. I appreciate them and they are really honest . God bless them!!

By far the best place for a trailer purchase!! A true no pressure buying experience with a knowledgeable salesman Chuck Guinn. Brad in the finance dept. was great to work with. He was able to take my application and get an approval in the same day. Both of these guys allowed me to purchase a trailer in one day without losing out on a load I had already schedule for pickup during very trying times in the world. Thanks to you both for an awesome experience, should I need anything else I will be back.

Their parts department is by far the most knowledgable I have ever had to deal with. Larry is very efficient in knowing and getting parts for older equipment and Matt is very resourceful when it comes to new. On the service side Brad is very flexible when he can be and fair with labor. There is a reason the lot is so full of major repair work as well as small stuff too

There post reads Call for Price but you call an no one can ever give you a price ! I called every day for 3 weeks an never could get a price on a truck. Salesman always said he would call me back but never did

My husband and I had been wanting to purchase an rgn for quite some time.We had gone to several different dealers in a few states, and Pinnacle had what we were looking for.Chuck was extremely professional, and we appreciate the fact that he's straight up with a customer, and won't jerk you around or B.S. you.Definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I run some fairly old equipment and Larry in parts never fails to provide the best service! Even is a part is hard to find he goes the extra mile to make it happen. I am very pleased with this company and I do recommend them highly.

I ve had great experiences with both sales and service department. Our new trailer had a issue this morning that put it out of service. The service department got us right in and fixed within 2 hours. I can t thank them enough!!

These guys try to help you. Bend over backwards in fact.Bought a flip axle for my RGN. Due to COVID-19, my payment schedule was extended. They never complained, offered to lower it and extend the payments where it wasn't a hassle.Definitely a return customer.

Just put the first load on the 2nd trailer I have bought from Chuck at Pinnacle Truck and Trailer Sales in La Vergne, TN. I can't say enough about how really great and rare these days to be treated as a valued customer whether you are buying 1 trailer or 100 trailers. I came back for my 2nd trailer because that is exactly how Chuck has treated me since the first purchase 3 years ago. Chuck gave me a good trade in price and a very good deal on the new trailer. I have never called there and asked a question that Chuck didn't either know the answer or get me the answer. About 5 months ago Chuck worked with me to help put together the "perfect" trailer order from Xcel. Perfect it is!!! Thank you again for great service Chuck/ Pinnacle Truck and Trailer

If your looking for a truck that already has a deposit on it! Then this is the place to call! Been calling for last 6 days an every truck here has deposit on it. Can't even talk to a salesman and they don't call back. Probably a democrat own business!
