We brought in a Honda CRV to get inspected before we decided to buy it. Andy was great and extremely helpful. They went through all the diagnostics with us and let us know of any issues. Everyone was very helpful and I would recommend Ortiz Auto Repair to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

Ortiz Auto was one of multiple Auto Shops I called and originally they missed my call but then I got a call back and spoke to Mr. Ortiz who was super attentive to my needs. He allowed me time to speak and get out any questions I had which is extremely important to me.Upon being my car in I was greeted by one of his sons, who actually did all the work on my car. It was a wonderful experience. He allowed me to observe him which may not be everyone s cup of tea but it was mine so I was very grateful that he allowed that to happen. He also was sure to let me know of any other issues I was having with the car, recommending additional services and parts I needed and got them here quickly.They are amazing and will be back for any questions or service I need. You will not regret coming here!

Dropped off my 2013 Elantra to have the Power Steering Coupler replaced. Mr Ortiz and his team did a great job on the repair. Everyone was very kind a courteous. Also, the price for the repair was less than the corporate guys and the local dealers. Thank you! Definitely will return for my next repair.I have now returned for my 2nd repair. This was for A/C. Had to buy the whole kit for warranty purposes. The guys did a great job once again. This involved new Compressor, Expansion Valve, O rings, Condenser, drier, etc. Also replaced the serpentine belt. I've had it back for a week now and everything works perfectly. Once again the price was less.

I was referred to Ortiz Complete Auto from J&C Auto Repair to get my brakes done. I arrived at Ortiz Complete Auto at 9 am on a Saturday, and they were done by nearly 10:30 am. They were such a pleasure, even though my brakes were completely shot. I would highly recommend this place. They also provide tires as well.

Have been going to this place since I ve been 18! Nothing but great things, always made sure my car was in great tip top condition on top, gave me useful advice that helped me understand my car more. The price is affordable and don t hit you by surprise. Sitting there waiting for my car to have its brake pads replaced and oil changed. Other customers/ clients came in asking about what parts work best and Andy did nothing but lead him in the right direction and would tell them, they love to fix it right the first time, so the problem doesn t reoccur and that open communication lines is the reason why I ve always trusted them with my personal vehicle.

Great service! Went in for alternator and shop owner Andy advised it was just missing a screw and called and educated me on the part that was needed versus just charging me for the service and part! Recommend 10 out of 10!

Worst people to deal with. Lied to my face about the product they sold me. It malfunctioned in front of their staff so they could see. Refused to refund $300. Called the police on me in secret without asking me to leave once. Police laughed when they got there... See you in court!They're not afraid to team up and lie to a judge in court either. These guys will be even more emboldened to take advantage of consumers...Oh yeah, they made a bunch of fake reviews to offset the authentic reviews.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! My truck wouldn t start this morning, and this company came within 30 mins to tow my truck to a mechanic. Plus their rates were very reasonable. The Ortiz shop raises the bar for customer service, auto repair, and honesty.They have made several major repairs on vehicles that I own and on vehicles I have recommended to friends.It's a straightforward no BS service and will work with you anyway they can to assure you are taken care of.Other shops should take lessons from these guys!A++++

I took my truck in to get looked at and they immediately started looking at it and quickly diagnosed my issues. Dropped my truck off and in a couple hours it was done. I found a trustworthy mechanic who knows the business. The staff was courteous and explained everything in detail. I took my Toyota 4 runner back here on New Year s Eve (from previous post) this time Ortiz diagnosed it as a U joint problem on my truck. I could hardly make it to the shop and I thought it was going to be a big job with a lot of money to be spent but he fixed it in no time & once again very affordable & the nicest mechanic I ve ever met! Very happy and blessed to have found his shop I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat thanks again!! I ll be back

Fuel pump replacement on my 01 Nissan Xterra that had been sitting in the driveway since April 2018. They sent a tow truck and installed the fuel pump and sending unit for me for a very fair price. They are friendly and do good work. They are going to do more work for me on this vehicle.
