Chase and John are awesome! I needed 22.5x9 rims which I couldnt find anywhere in Nashville and they had some in storage which i was able to buy! Then i was also able to buy the correct front tires to go with them and get in in out of there in about an hour. I was extremely happy to get my upgrades done all at one shop and in a short amount of time. Also i could tell the guys out in the shop are very skilled and did a great job at checking clearances and making sure everything was done right. Thank you!

Called for tire road service on a tractor / trailer and spoke with Chase. Was given exceptional pricing and their tech showed up in a timely manner. Very few companies operating like this in today s world - they will not take advantage of you! 100% would use their services again.

Great services.Military Friendly with discounts.I changed my two steer tires, did alignment, tire balance. My bill was about $1500 but with Military discount it went down to $1300. Talk to Chase and he will take care of you.

The mechanic that worked on my truck was great and thorough. He took time to explain everything he did. I don't know his name but he kept his headphones on the whole time.

I had to get a tire after hours in Laverne TN. The person I talked to was courteous and professional. The service call technician was great,he had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The reason I'm giving them a 1 is because I was charged over $400 for the after hours service call. That's highway robbery!! I'll never call them if I have tire issues after hours. So drivers if you have to have a tire changed after the shop closes,you are better off going to the TA shop 2 miles away!

Today was my first visit to McGriff for a few odd and end repairs, nothing major. But I can't say how happy I am with the service I rcvd from John, and Sharon in the office but "B" the mechanic was so awesome!!! Don't let him go! Take care of him because he's worth it!I will definitely use them again! 10 Stars in my book!

Had a blow out on side of briley pkwy... this company came from their location to mine with new tire lightning fast. Changed tire on the rim on side of road probably faster than I could have installed a spare if I had a spare. Got me back up and going again in no time at all. Excellent work from Excellent company

Came in to replace a damaged tire after having a problem with kingpins. After speaking with a representative there named Todd I was very pleased he gave me an alternative to replacing both tires. Very honest, very professional, and superb service from the guys in the shop.So very impressed with the whole operation there, TOTALLY SATISFIED,. A-1 EXPERIENCE.

very friendly and hospitable. Let me stay parked overnight since I was getting work done and the nearby pilot was full. Great job on the alignment, brakes, and tire. Also bent over backwards to accommodate my offices requests.

I take my truck to do alignment this guys their appointment is not bad but they deceive me my steering wheel was not good they supposed to tell me before they do the alignment but they did the alignment and charge me $312.79 and the truck is still the same as it was before. They are not professional

I definitely recommend these guys for big truck allingment. Definitely fast and professional, the tech that did mine went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing to my truck and what needed to happen to fix it. As a owner operator this ment alot. After leaving there shop my old truck drivers straight as a arrow! I will definitely be coming back

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. WE HAD A BLOWOUT ON OUR TRAVEL TRAILER, NOT GENERALLY THEIR SPECIALTY, BUT THEY HAD THEIR MOBILE GUY HELP US PUT OUR SPARE ON IN THE PARKING LOT, TO KEEP US MOVING, AND SENT US SOMEWHERE TO GET ANOTHER TIRE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVIDE VERY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. WE HAVE SO MUCH APPRECIATION. THANK YOU.

Got a screw in the tire of my truck. Dropped the tire off here in the AM, stopped by at lunch and they had it repaired. Did not charge me at all even though I had not purchased the tires there. Will be back next time I need tires! Everyone was very friendly.
