I would have given 5 stars easily a few months ago. I've come here 3 times now. The first 2 times were excellent, service was on point, pricing was on point, time spent waiting was reasonable, overall very good. Then I came here today. I got out of my car and there were 5 or 6 men standing around talking & laughing. There was one car in one of the bays. I stood beside my car for almost 5 mins and no one even acknowledged me. They all looked at me, several times, but no one said hello, we'll be with you in a minute, not even "get off my property." Nothing. So I went back to get in my car and leave but they are the only tire shop near my house that is open on Sunday and I have a screw in my tire that has to be patched right away. So I got back out of the car and asked the group of men if anyone could help me with my tire. A man came over and says "sorry, we're busy" (they were all standing there talking and laughing for the first 5 mins while I stood there looking like an idiot. But whatever) I asked if they could plug my tire. He says sure, pull around back and give us 15-25 mins. That's a little long for plug when there are 5 or 6 of you, but ok. As I was talking to him, another car pulled in with 2 younger women in it. By the time I pulled around behind the shop and parked they were already working on her tires. WTH????? I'm an older, slightly overweight woman, these women were younger, thinner and Hispanic, like everyone working at the shop, I'm not Hispanic. It really feels like they didn't want my business and made me wait intentionally while they took care of the other women first even though I had been here at least 10 mins when they pulled in. All I need is a quick plug. If there were ANY other options for me to get this tire fixed nearby I would absolutely leave here immediately. I'm insulted and embarrassed and really upset by this. I really thought this was going to be a great place to bring all of my cars, but now I won't ever bring another one here.

At first glance I thought I was getting a good deal and he seemed to know his stuff but after I got back to the city I live in and I had a chance to look at the tires they are 6 yrs old, dry rotted and there was a place omnthe side wall that had been patched over. These were not safe to drive on at all and I'm glad I made it back home 400 miles on them. I paid 100$ for these tires and now I'm going to have to buy new ones sooner then I planned because these are not safe at all. I looked at them before they put them on but they had them oiled up and I didn't notice the side wall damage or the dry rot do not recommend.

Be VERY Careful giving them your business. I purchased 3 used tires for my Saturn Ion from this place. When I first glanced at the used tires that I had bought they looked okay. But once I pulled up to my house and got a closer look, I realized that they had sold me a tire with dry rot, and one of the other tires had a deep crack in it where air could seep out. I had been looking to replace 3 tires that had dry rot originally, and was hoping that buying gently used tires would take care of the issue since I could not afford brand new tires immediately.I am mad as well as disappointed with the fact that they failed as a business to make sure that their customer had decent product. I was sold faulty tires. The owner, Melba, did not and does not know what dry rot is because, when I went back to explain, she swore up and down that the tire was still good to use and that there was nothing wrong with it. I had gotten a second opinion from Discount Tire, and they confirmed that it was dry rot.I paid $50 dollars a tired and asked for a refund, I only received a partial refund, and she requested that I give her the tires back. Because she was so insistent that there was nothing wrong with the tires that she sold me, I know she may try to resell the tires. I am afraid that someone will deal with the same issue that I did and get ripped off, so I am urging everyone to please be careful.

Based on the other positive reviews, I had my wife take her car here. Over $525 for front brake pads and rotors was much more than I was expecting! I regretted not taking our car to budget brakes or somewhere else. Its a business and I understand they have to make money, but I think the cost for this service was high. To add to this experience, after driving the car for a day my wife started hearing a noise by her driver side tire. We've found that the fastener screws were out and the fender well flap was dragging on the highway and now damaged. Could it have been coincidence, sure, but seeing greasy finger prints on my wife's white bumper gave me reason to believe the mechanic unscrewed and either didn't fully screw back or forgot to screw them back altogether. My wife took the car back and the rep said it couldn't have came from the shop because they don't mess with the fender well flap when doing tires and rotors. After the $500+ payment for front brakes and rotors, I thought they might own up to fixing a $39 part but no. I'll likely be fixing the fender flap issue myself and will definitely be looking elsewhere for future tire and brakes.

Had to get an object remove from my tire and get tire plugged was in-and-out in 15 minutes fixed. very very good price excellent service great attitude!!!

Had to wait about 30mins for service but I understand. Any good shop should have a wait and if they don't that can mean they aren't doing good business. I will return for more auto services. Give them a try. English and Spanish spoken

Myself, my dad, and my mom been going to J & C for a while now. Always nice and fixes vehicles right every-time without a problem. Gives the best advice about your vehicle also. I recommend J & C to everyone.

Honest hard working dudes. I came to get a tire plugged, when they pulled the screw out they saw it didn t puncture completely. They confirmed there was no leak with soapy water and didn t charge me anything. Plus both guys I talked to were friendly despite being a busy Sunday.

Best guys ever. I called up due to a puncture, I was immediately helped out with locating a tire. They had different kinds of tires as well which ranged from $40-$75. Once I arrived, I was helped out almost instantly and they got to work. I even pulled in my car myself. Took about 30 mins to do, and during that time I was talking with their son. The kid is very friendly as well and makes amazing conversations too. 10/10 this is my new place to go too. I have a Mercedes too, so I was very cautious about my wheels. They have plastic covers when removing tires. Didn t leave a single scratch.

We were traveling through TN and needed something minor, but important, done to our bus, in order to get home that night. They stayed past their hours of operation to help us. Highly recommend this place! Very, very kind & knowledgeable. Definitely a good family owned business to support!

Always the best service and most importantly they are honest!Example: unlike other repair shops that lie to install an expensive part that your vehicle does NOT need.I totally trust this repair shop and recommend them to everyone.I have been going here for about 5 years.The staff is friendly, helpful, n professional.You won't regret giving your business to them.

Really great service..and very affordable, and honest. were just passing through on road trip they got us back on the road quickly. Staff was very nice and informed. Can't believe how well our vehical is driving.

Love this place...I WILL BE going BACK!!. I had bald tires and didn't hv the money to buy a brand new set at that time. They quoted me one price but then went down a hundred bucks once I came in. They were fast, convenient, sociable, and efficient.

Dropped off my truck with a noise while braking asked them to take it for a ride to confirm. They took the tires off to look at drums and barely pulled them back. He then surmised it was a front wheel bearing problem. Picked up my truck and it still made the noise. Later I checked the brake fluid and it was practically empty. Whereas, I asked him to check fluids evidently he didn't. I took it to another shop and low & behold both rear drums were scarred and fluid had leaked onto the shoes. Asked him if he took it for a test ride and got a no....so he didn't hear before or after.

Advertised they closed at 4:30 on Sunday, so I drive 50min away to get tires because I m going out of town early tomorrow morning. As I arrive at 3:35? And pull in they cut the open sign off and lock the door. So I walk up to the door and the sign on the door clearly says they close at 4:30 as well. They then tell me they are closed already through the glass. So pretty much I wasted my gas money and time due to false advertisement.

This was a last minute emergency stop! But glad I stopped here. Would have gave 5 stars but there is always room for growth. Happy with my visit recommend this location.

Talked to a friend about needing tires and he suggested J&J Auto and I couldn't have been more happier. The guys there gave me a great deal on four tires and got me in and out fairly quickly. I'm definitely going back for tires and service on my car. If you live in lower Antioch or Lavergne support this shop it's worth it.

Honest employees, hard to find at times. In a hurry to get to work with what I believed to have a non-salvageable tire. Prepared to buy new tire and they were honest and repaired quickly, returned everything to my truck all with a smile.

I used to do business with this place, and WAS SATISFIED..NOT ANYMORE!! I took my vehicle there to put a thermostat on February 9th, and needless to say, I m still without my vehicle. They have giving me the run around for the past three weeks, telling lie after lie. I suggested they take it to the Chrysler dealership, to fix a problem they caused, AND THEY REFUSED! They were trying to patch whatever they messed up, and still haven t fixed it! As of today, I have to seek legal action, because they refuse to get my car fixed the right way, from something they done wrong!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! I wouldn t recommend them to ANYONE!!

Was there for almost 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Waited another 30 minutes in hopes of fixing a tire, I left and went to another tire store down the street that helped me immediately. Customer service was awful.

So I took my girlfriends car here to get looked at the were honest and professional when they said it was a job they weren't capable of helping me with...They immediately recommended Tic Toc Towing...Thank you for helping me.and if anyone needs smaller jobs , tires, alignments etc..They will take care of you.

I love this placed the staff is super friendly. They were closed on Memorial Day and I really wanted tires but hey everyone deserves a day to relax. Great tires and prices!
