Not the kind of place I would send the wife for auto repair or tires, but if a guy wants to save a few bucks then this is the place. Its a run down building, but they are fair priced.Had one of my tires replaced. The guy did all the normal install, plus he even used a torque wrench to check the lugs. Don't see that often. They went the extra mile. Thanks guys.

Very kind, welcoming, and prices were fair. Needed two back tires and couldn't spend a ton. Found me two almost brand new tires at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Terrible place!! Went just yesterday to get an alignment. They called me about two hours later saying that my car was ready, they didn't tell me if they inspected the car,or what they did. After that i tested my car and they left it just how it was before. They didn't do nothing to it, dont go to this place!!

Very rude customer service from the owner. The interaction was terrible. Him and my husband agreed on the price and changed it upon checking out. When my husband told him I won t come here again he responded that s ok we have plenty of customers

The service was good. My brother from Georgia, had his front brakes replaced. They were timely. They had 2 people doing the work. It's a busy little shop and friendly.

Went there to have a part installed. I figured it may take a few hrs. They were done by the time my ride share had arrived. Vehicle has no issues. I will be back.

These guys always do a good and reasonable priced job. I ve been going to Hugo s in La Vergne for over 4 years and they always do a good job, they ve got a great crew with lots of knowledge. Highly recommended.

Great people with fair prices! They had a full shop and I pulled up with a leaking tire and some maypops. They took the time to hook me up with a set of Michelins at a very reasonable price within 30 mins. Very good experience, will definitely go back for any auto repairs or tires

I had some tires and rims put on my truck. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! They re prices are fair with no big overhead costs. I found out they also provide other car care such as alignments and tune ups! I ll be going back!

Stopped by to get my tire repaired. Was helped almost immediately and they got me out of there quickly. I thought I'd need a new tire and they recommended just patching the old one. They're not going to make you needlessly spend money which is nice.

I own a car lot, they've lost a customers car keys, so I stopped using them. Then two months later, I call and ask for a quote on tires. Got the quote, send the customer down there, and then get told a price 3 times higher then originally quoted. When I came in, the manager was rude, telling me that "tires aren't that cheap". Would not use if you want a reasonable, professional environment!

Great place Ramon hooked me. Water, pump motor mount & timing belt for under 700.00. Also, they gave me my old parts back without asking. I am going to do a lot more business with them on our company's cars. Thanks Ramon.

Don't get your oil changed here the basic oil is berral mixed with used oil. My roommate used to work here, after hearing a few shop stories 90% of the people that ask for synthetic they actually get berral oil literally bottom of the berral oil. I hope the owner and the public reads this one.To the owner: I don't like being lied to.

I went there with a nail in my tire to get it patched and they told me my tires needed balanced. Well I paid them to balance them and when I left my car began shaking badly so I stopped at discount tire and they told me that all of my tires we off balance still. I had to pay a second time to get my tires balanced. I called Hugo's to tell them about it and the service guy said they were still off balance cause of a knot in my tire. I have no clue how one tire with a knot could cause all 4 tires to be off balance. They told me it wasn't their problem anymore and that I had to try and catch the Manager in there. WTF??
