Received EXCELLENT service during a short stay in the area. Tracy and Justin worked to squeeze me in to address an engine misfire problem, which was made pulling our RV a real challenge. Friendly, courteous, fairly priced support. Highly recommend them to anyone needing mechanic support in the Kodak area!

Seatons is quality! We were stranded on the interstate traveling through with our 5th wheel and 4 kids. Not only did they diagnose the issue through text photos, but they also brought the part to us and installed it on the side of the road. The lady on the phone and the mechanic were so so kind and patient with us. I highly recommend them to anyone! I wish they were in our hometown!

I am a musician and I was recently passing through the area when my car broke down. I had shows to get to all the way in Cincinnati, OH. Tracey and Jason got me in immediately (after being denied service at another local garage) and got me up and running and back on the road quickly! Great service. Very kind. Highly recommend.

I honestly wish I could give this place an extra star. I had called multiple other shops before trying to get my CV axle fixed because it broke (come to find out almost everything else on the driver side was broken and I was about 1-2 more turns from my tire coming completely off). No one would let me drop it off for another 1-2 weeks. Called Seaton s and he immediately let me drop it off. I dropped it off with the front driver side wheel literally smoking and they looked at it that morning I dropped it off. Not only did they look at it the same day I brought it, they were able to fix everything by the end of the day. I didn t expect them to take a look at it so quickly and was honestly expecting it to take a day or two to look at it and let me know what was wrong. I can t say enough good things about them. They are absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY recommend bringing it to them if there is a problem.

Awesome staff!! Very helpful and on point with their work! Had truck issues on our way home back go FL and they got us right in and fixed our truck. They got us on the road in 3 hours!! We need more places like this!! Thank you all so much again!!

My car is almost 20 years old. She overheated on my way to town. I thought it was the thermostat. I did some troubleshooting. However, after driving around the block, she got hot. I realized this is not something I could not repair. The staff at Seaton's was kind, courteous, efficient, and honest. I never once felt I was in the dark. They charged what they said they would. They completed the work when they said would. I highly recommend them.

Seaton is a place Ill be taking both of my vehicles on a regular basis from now on. Servicing your car/truck at the dealership is a rip off. Im glad I found this place. I hope they stay around for a long time. They are very honest with you, they dont try to upsell anything, and they are very fair with their pricing

Jason is simply AMAZING! We are traveling and broke down. Called several service places and no one could help us out, we were referred to Seaton Auto. As soon as my husband told him what was going on with our truck, he ordered the part and had it delivered right before the tow truck arrived. He was able to look at the truck and fix it in record time!! Now back on the road for our daughters wedding!!! Can t thank Jason enough for his excellent service!

We greatly appreciate Jason and all of the employees at Seaton's Garage. We were on vacation and our computer went out on our truck. They were able to help us get a computer and repair our truck. They went above and beyond to help get our truck repaired to get us back on our way to get back home. They are very courtesy and polite. Best service we have ever had. My husband and I were on the way to Pigeon Forge for a camping trip when our truck started acting up and almost didn t make it on I-40. We were in a pickle and didn t know who to call being out of town. Someone told us to call them and from the moment we called and talked to Tracy we felt better. They took us right in, Jason the mechanic is TOP NOTCH and diagnosed the problemright away. We could have been taken advantage of because we were from out of town but they were so honest, so professional, and treated us like we were family. They got us into their shop immediately. We would recommend this shop to ANYONE who wants a fair and honest deal with down to earth people. If I could give them 100 stars we would. Thank y all so much. We made the mistake of using a mechanic in town with a bad reputation. After being out lots of time and money, we were recommended to Seaton's. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Jason and his team had our car diagnosed in 2 hours, called me and explained the needed repair, and had our car completed by the end of Day 1!! We picked up our car the next day, drove it home, and it is driving perfect! We even discovered that they performed an extra service in cleaning up our headlight lenses! I can honestly say that we will never go to another shop, and will HIGHLY recommend Seaton's to all. Thank you, Jason and Tracy!!! 5 STARS!!!Service: Electrical repair

I highly recommend if you need any kind of automotive work you contact Seaton's!! They are quick, professional, and most of all have fair up front pricing!! My husband had his own auto shop 20 years ago, and is fully capable of doing our repairs, except for lack of time! Jason replaced the water pump on my car and even though the bolts were corroded he was able to get them loose and get the job done in a timely manner. He is an excellent mechanic and very professional. These people took care of like we were family. We were down visiting from Minnesota and pur vehicle started having over heating issues. I called 3 other places and they won't even look at it for a week. Jason told me to bring it on in right away and we'll get you back on the road. I did and they fixed the issue in about an hour. This trip could have been flipped upside down without the help of these people. The price was extremely fair . I would highly recommend this company. I brought in my skid steer wheel and tire because the bead came unseated. They handled the repair fast, professionally and for a fair price. When I looked inside the shop I noticed that it was clean and organized. They didn't have a bunch of trash, oil, or old car parts laying around. It's hard to see from the main road but the building looks good. I will bring my vehicles here for other repairs in the future.Service: Tires

Very friendly people. Had my car fixed and ready day before they were even supposed to look at it. They had plenty of openings right away. Very knowledgeable. Clean place. I will definitely be using seatons in the future for repairs I can t handle or have time for. They also said that they do anything from services to repairs. Nice to find a shop like this. THE BEST mechanic that I have EVER dealt with, hands down! Jason is a brilliant mechanic AND an incredibly nice guy to boot. My family and I were going home to greenville SC from Nashville, towing our RV when we broke down. Called Seaton's and he had our truck AND camper towed to his garage within a few hours. Bear in mind that this was 4th of July w/end. We rented a car home while Jason worked on the truck. Oh, and he made room at his shop for my rv while he had my truck! Who does that?! So he fixed my truck, over 4th of july w/end, AND with with a bad back! To top it off, the price was beyond reasonable. I honestly felt like we were being taken care of by a family member who just happened to be a brilliant mechanic. Yep, I'm being long winded but Seaton's automotive and Jason deserve it!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I echo BJ's comment with even more detail. As soon as we arrived in the area from Texas my GMC truck started acting up. The local Chevy dealer was clueless to even tell me what was wrong with it but they did at least refer me to Seaton's. It took them all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and commit to having it fixed by the end of the day. Here's where the service gets really incredible. We were in town for a music festival. Tracy, co-owner of the shop, loaded us and our chairs into her personal vehicle and dropped us off at the festival site. When the repair was complete that afternoon she called and said she was on her way to pick us up. Absolutely can't thank her and Jason enough for saving our vacation. Just goes to show that there ARE angels among us.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Well I'm not hear to bad mouth them so I'll tell u my experience and u make up ur own mind.....so after 30 mins of them telling me how honest they were and how they don't scam ppl by putting parts on that u don't need, I bring my vehicle in for overheating issues.i had just installed a brand new radiator and thermostat. They said my radiator was bad"even thought it was brand new"so they put new radiator and fan clutch assembly charged me $980...still not fix. Then only thing wrong was thermostat was faulty and tried charge me $85 more so at end of day charged me over $1000 and all I needed was a $21 thermostat. So let me ask you, is that honesty? Is that integrity? $980 for a $21 thermostat....what do u think???

Not a local, yet these folks got me in and out with fantastic customer service. Totally appreciate the quality and how quickly they got me in and out and back on the road. Didn't expect a first responder discount, but they took care of me in that front as well. Such a great story how their small company came to be and highly recommend if you need a friendly garage that will treat you right.

Ive found Jason to be the most honest and skilled mechanic I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has gained my trust over the past year with several repairs, installations and general maintenance items on multiple vehicles.He was even able to pick up mid stream where a former mechanic got lost and gave up. Jason figured out what the previous guy did (which was a total wiring nightmare) and was able to take it from there with a Holley Sniper tuning kit install on a classic car restomod.I ve found Jason to be knowledgable, honest and reasonable. He has now become my only mechanic when I need one.My HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION AWARD. Jason has worked on multiple vehicles of mine from small repairs to extensive builds he is top notch he knows his way around any thing with wheels.
