On 4/11/2024 we were getting off exit 407 on I40 and hit a huge pot hole that busted one tire and put a huge knot on another. I changed the flat one to our small spare and called to see if they had the rare size tires that we had on our car. They did have them and they had me to come right up and had us back on the interstate in no more than 45 minutes. They had 4 or 5 employees working on our car and they were really quick and friendly. The 2nd big surprise was cost. These tires are normally $250 each and we left there paying less than $400 out the door for 2 quality tires and labor. They were all very friendly and were great help. If I were local to them, I would use them all the time. Very happy with the service from them.

Great service! Hit a hole getting off the interstate. Quick google search and they were the closest. We drove straight there with no appointment. Had the tire I needed and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes!

Guys are very knowledgeable normally have any and everything that you could possibly need if not they will point you in the right direction to find what you need they will even go as far as to let you know another business that might carry what you need it for some crazy reason they don't have what you need very hospitable and get the job done correct

If I could give 0 stars I would! Called to ask about a tire in which I was told they had. Drove straight there and was there within 20 minutes. Some other guy told me they didn't I have it. I explained I just called in which he just shrugged his shoulders at me. This place is a complete waste of time!!!

They have always been a tremendous help whenever I needed car repair advice & tires! But unfortunately I just had brand new tires installed a few weeks back & I Unfortunately Already have a tire losing air, my front right tire only had 10lbs in it I was EXTREMELY CONCERNED & UNSURE ABOUT A> WARRANTY SO I need to find out!! The guys are Always Exceptionally Nice & INFORMATIVE

Great people here! Desperately needed a tire and couldn't afford it brand new being holiday times. Man in the office helped us out and gave us a great deal so we were able to drive off with a new tire! God bless these people!

Go forth tire and automotive was highly recommended to me. I figured I would give them a shot I called Scott explain to him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure he got what I wanted. Skip to the day of the appointment everyone that works there is amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend Scott and his team for your automotive needs

I was not happy with the response I received when I called to inquire about having repairs preformed on my GMC. OK I thought I would give Goforth another shot, so I called them on March 1st and discussed having motor mounts and a transmission mount installed and was told that they could do it but it would take a few days that i would have to leave it with them. I just returned home after driving my Yukon to their shop only to be told that they could not do it and they tried sending me to a different shop. Why would the man I spoke to on the phone tell me they could do it ? The man I spoke with this morning would not address this question. I won't try again.

Goforth Tire is the company we always use. They are very reasonably priced and take care of you very quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I drive a 2002 nissan altima. My papaw recommend this place to me, as he is friends with some of the guys here. Easily the best place to buy tires and do business. They were very professional, and quick. I was maybe there a total of 20 mins, and got all 4 tires replaced. This was while they were busy as well. I recommend coming here if you want professionalism, a quick change, and if your looking for great tires for a reasonable price. I have attached the photos of the brand new Michelin tires they put on the car.

Ordered my tires and had them arrive and placed on in a few hours. Other stores said they could get my tires in a few days. Lowest price I found. Nice guys as well!Update: I've sent 3 friends there - all have been very satisfied with the work and the price beat anything they were quoted in Knoxville.

The guys here were super nice and helpful. I had bought 2 tires from some other place and come to find out both tires were bad and not safe to put on. They were able to find me a set of 4 tires, mount and balance them very quickly. They even gave me a great deal on them. These guys work very quickly and efficiently and make sure to point out and inform you of any issues they notice with your vehicle. Will definitely be going back to them the next time I need tires.

Went there yesterday for 1st & last time based on a referral. I was charged the high end of average which wouldn't have been a problem had they aired the tires properly & balanced them. I know from filling my previously leaky tire that there can be a 1lb variance between what the gauge says & what the car tells me but see attached picture of my tire pressures after they were done. So I start driving home, hit about 45mph & my steering wheel starts vibrating - didn't do that before I got the tires. If they aren't balanced, this is what happens. I live in Knoxville & didn't have time to drive back out today to make them fix problem. Took it to C&D where I got my last set - paid them to balance tires & back to no vibration. What a rip off this place was!!! Never again!

Worst Customer Service ever.The front desk man was very rude from our first encounter we got the new tires anyway. We are from out of town & bought 4 brand new tires supporting local business. They never gave us a receipt. The very next day nail goes in the tire and they told us they do not cover road hazard warranty or any warranty we would have to buy another tire. ( Never heard of a tire place not having road hazard warranty )Very unhappy with the entire situation & the customer service .Edit: just took the tires to another place and they said it looks like the other place gave us Used tires .we paid for 4 brand new ones. We bought these a week ago. Wow.

Wanna say thank you to Stevie we had a fire engine that a flat with the tire off the rim on our first out engine we contacted goforth.they was at the station in no time and got us fixed.if you are needing anything done give goforth a call honest trustworthy and very reasonable priced thank you again stevie for taking time away from your family to make sure we could do our job your the best man

Headline would be good ole boys gone wrong. Dysfunctional at best. The Spanish workers are great, hard working and the friendliest people who work there. Made an appointment and showed up, and they didn't have a clue I was supposed to be there. No computerized scheduling, just scribble a note on a calendar or piece of paper, and goodness forbid you buy your own tires and take them there to have them mounted, because there prices where ridiculous, they get mad and tell you they are busy, might be 2 weeks before they can get you in.

Worst customer service of any tire shop I've ever been to. I spent $1180.00 on new tires from them and waited forever for them to be installed; there seems to be no organization or customer service skills. I'm extremely happy with the tires I purchased there for my truck though. I ordered tires for our car on line at a better price and called to see how much they would charge to mount and balance them and they said you have to bring them in first and then we'll give you a price. When I said that don't make sense the man was very rude and said it's not his rule. Sounds shady to me and I will not be going back nor will I continue spreading their name in a good way.

Scotty put the wrong spark plugs in my daughter's car. Then talked stupid to me when I called back about it. These are a bunch of red neck good old boy idiots. Cursed at me and then hung up in my face. 10/10 do not recommend

Paid 800$ for tires. Was not given new valvestems and not balanced. Had flat in first month due to bad valvestem. Took to Walmart. They replaced valvestems and balanced tires. Thanks Go Forth, I won't be coming back.

I just left Goforth tires and just wow !!! If I could leave 10,000 stars I would !!! I have never been treated so kindly and taken care of so well and far beyond expectation! We blew a tire on I40 at 4:40 and they closed at 5. They were very accommodating and took care of us on our anniversary weekend getaway. Thank you for staying late!
