I OWN A DIESEL REPAIR SHOP, AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL ONLY AND WE STARTED SELLING THESE JUNK BATTERIES A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND SINCE THAT HAPPENED WE HAVE HAD TO BUY PEOPLE BATTERIES AT ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF BECAUSE XS POWER BATTERIES ONLY HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND THEY FAIL ALLLLL THE DAMN TIME!!!! WE TRIED A SET OF THE "LITHIUM" 1100CCA BATTERIES FOR MY 2006 E350 FORD VAN BECAUSE THEY ARE SO LIGHT! WELL, I HAVE ATTACHED THE PHOTO'S BELOW, ONE CAUGHT FIRE, INTERNALLY AND ALMOST COULD NOT BE EXTINGUISHED WITH 3 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. I WAS TOLD BY XS POWER THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY TRUCK BECAUSE "THEIR BATTERIES, DON'T FAIL!" WELL, THE TRUCK TAKES 2 BATTERIES TIED IN SIERES SO THE VOLTAGE IS STILL 12V BUT HE SAID MY ALTERNATOR OR SOMETHING IN THE TRUCK CAUSED THIS. MY ISSUE IS WHY DID THE OTHER BATTERY NOT FAIL THAT WAS MOUNTED WITHIN 3 INCHES OF THE FAILED UNIT. I BUY WAYYYY TO MANY BATTERIES IN A YEAR AND NEVER SEE FAILURES LIKE THIS... THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL, IN FACT HE SAID HE DID NOT "WANT TO HELP ME!" WELL FOLKS, YOU DECIDE, HERE ARE THE PICS AND I HAVE A SHOP THAT'S BEEN HERE 13 YEARS AS WELL AS I HAVE BEEN A TECHNICIAN SINCE 1989. THESE ARE JUNK AND IF IT HAPPENS INSIDE A GARAGE AT YOUR HOME, KEEP IN MIND, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS WILL NOT PUT THEM OUT AND YOU COULD LOSE YOUR HOME!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Have a few products. They are great. But now I can't get anyone to answer either phones. The local one rings 3 times and disconnects. Need a new battery for my vehicle. Sad that nobody won't answer

Worked amazing up until it sat for about 3-4 weeks while I swapped engines. It had just enough juice to start the car so I was somewhat impressed. But then during engine break in it began to swell. Removed it before it blew up. Swelling has never gone down. Contacted XS since it still had 2 months on the warranty. They told me it was overcharged and might offer a discount. Tested the alternator and it was perfect. Put a new battery in with no issues.Giving them a 2nd shot based on a friends recommendation. Just installed so lets see how this goes.

Excellent customer service. Jed was very helpful with my issue and addressed my issue with no jumping through hoops.You're fortonate to have employees with the customers best interest.5 Star for all at XS !!!!!

Very friendly guys on staff, I dealt with Brady and Shawn and both were very knowledgeable. I have used their products for years and the quality is second to none. If you need reserve power for your vehicle this is where you need to go.

Horrible horrible experience mailed in my charger to get it fixed, they so called fixed my charger and this is where the problems started.. they sent my charger too the wrong address, it almost got lost. and when it finally arrived they didn t send back the adapter nor my battery clamps, and now they sent back the adapter and forgot too send back the piece that goes into the adapter.. posted on their FB group for help, talked to Shawn said he would help and he never did. Was suppose to send my piece back, reached out to him again and just ignored me. So I finally figured out a different method, so almost 2 months later of trying that come to find out the charger was never fixed, spoke to tony who supposedly fixed it and told me to try different modes on the charger so I did and still didn t work. Told me to leave the charger on power supply for a couple days on the car and it would charge. Welp I did that and nothing happened. So I just for the fun of it bought a charger from autozone and abracadabra my car lits up like a Christmas tree and starts charging. It s crazy because I spent over a 1000 dollars on my XS power batteries and equipment had I known your customer service and products are cheap overpriced stuff I wouldn t have wasted my time. I don t even like to leave bad reviews because sometimes companies slip up but y all gave me the run around for months and it turns out you never even fixed it, no wonder y all never sent me equipment back. Hope this helps somebody else.

Don't waste your time! This group of failures is unreliable. I would have to split the "1 star" 15 times to give a real rating for such poor customer service....

My wife's 04' Lincoln Continental experiences a parasitic draw. We placed a 65 Series Walmart flooded lead acid battery in the car which lasted about a year and the car would begin failing to start. We placed an XS Power Batteries under-sized 34 Series Battery in the car and the car starts every time, runs better and the cool part is; the XS Power Battery came from their used battery stock and was already 3 years old!! Amazing!!

Very bad business. Bad chargers. They blame it on everything you have but not their product. My charger has went bad not only once but twice.
