I got best people like carmin and Darrick there for help !! I had engine light on they took my truck and fixed my truck in 2 hours thanks to Carl and James who fixed my TruckThank you guys

Great . I checked in 07:00 checked out 09:00. Derek.Barbee did not try to milk me for money, like a cash cow. So many other dealers try to milk us truckers like cash cows. And we just aren't anymore. So I appreciate it when dealers are trying to help us STAY in business. Oh, and they got a nice break room, TV, microwave, shower, and laundry.. that's very much appreciated . The truth is we truckers are not appreciated by most of the public and definitely by the Goverment. So when Dealers help us with what we need, it means a lot.

They had my truck just sitting didn t do any work on my truck customer service was bad no communication with customer rude as hell nightmare please if you can avoid going here don t go will lose alot downtime and oh by the way I m still here for a check in light go figure they trash and I need call the Volvo head quarter tell them take there name of this building they trash trash trash

Parts need 2 guys. The one they got is slow, so take forever to get them to answer the phone. Had to call 3 times and then wait to he did something else. But they got me my part. So, I took a chance out of the 2 hours it took me to get there. I spend only an hour and an half-hour to get them on phone

I took my truck to this shop when the check engine light was on and the truck was derating. They were able to fix the engine problem, but the turn signal lights were out when I got my truck back which were working perfectly fine before going into the shop. I immediately returned to the shop to explain the situation, but the response was unhelpful. The mechanic said that the turn signal issue was unrelated to the repair work they had done and refused to fix it. I found the employee, Derek, to be rude and unprofessional. He told me that the best they could do was to look at the issue the next day (Saturday) or on Monday. I feel that their four-star rating is misleading because although they fixed one problem, they ended up causing another. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

Finally Finally Finally !! Found a Great , Honest Volvo Repair shop that won t make you wait 8 weeks to get in ,, these guys are Great , Know what they are doing and my truck is running good finally after numerous breakdowns from other shops ,,, Fast efficient and Won t screw you ,,,,Thomas , Love Dogs Trucking

Wiper motor went out in SC , called to see if they had in stock and held it for me til I could get there. I installed myself, 4 bolts total. Nice folks, parking on the side if you're not getting work done

My wiper motor went out in my 22 860 VNL at 40k miles. It was raining- wipers stuck in middle of the windshield. These guys changed it out on the spot on a Saturday morning. Customer service at its finest. Thank you Derek Barbee and the awesome techs here

Never got any update calls. Called several times & no one answered. No return call from messages left. Took them 4 days to fix what could have been done in 1 day. One worked on the truck here & there. I believe once you start working on something you should work on it until it is finished not just a couple hours each day. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a repair.The only good thing I can say is the staff is very polite and professional when dealing with them face-to-face.

After holding truck for 24 hours said, that they don't have parts and I have to pay for their estimate, aka diagnostic. $457. Had to call police and truck was released without any payment. These clowns shouldn't be called a Volvo dealer.

Arrived as a non appointment, didn't matter these people are professional to the core. They have very good driver accommodations and within 10 min was working on my 2016 Volvo. I would highly recommend them even to my own familg.

Super busy place, service was was great! The owner have driver comfort in mind by providing large easy chairs, big screen TV, free laundry facilities, showers and clean wash rooms in the driver lounge. Easy on and off access from the highway.

These gentlemen did a fine job working on my rig. I highly recommend them, and I say a special thank you to Ted there who is a standup guy, and one of the nicest and most interesting fellows I ve ever met.

We have been dealing with WWE for several years and the reason for five stars is almost entirely due to the efforts the shop foreman Josh Barnes. The parts department seems to stock only parts you don't need, we almost always get charged delivery fees after complaining about it for 3 years, we stock many of our own parts due to limited availability of parts sometimes (even before Covid). We either have to pay for freight or wait a week to get the parts we need. The service desk seems to be a revolving door. In my opinion as long as Josh is in the loop you should have a positive experience.

Their labor is priced fair. I had two torque rods put on. I was out in a timely manner. Customer service is outstanding. I'll return again soon. Thank you.

Best service I ever have it. Call them and late them know I have it coolant a like. Show up in 40 minutes. Leave with new coolant reservoir in one hour and 20 minutes! Thank you very and very much!!!

Best service ever! Just ask for Brian he and his crew are experienced and knowledgeable about all things Volvo Trucks. They've solved problems for us when other shops just made them worse. Truckers I give these guys 2 thumbs up

My husband was in there and they did everything in their power to get his truck fixed and done cost effectively. They were professional and treated him also like family. I would recommend them to anyone and we appreciate you guys in Knoxville! There is a guy named Tattoo and Chad. Thanks again guys!!!!!!

Replaced my air compressor cheaper than TA! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very pet friendly friendly, helpful staff. Drivers lounge stocked with sandwiches, salads, snacks water & coffee. They also have laundry & showers!

I recently had my 2015 volvo vnl repaired at this location, after dave syverson a volvo dealership in Albert lea mn. Failed to make proper repairs arrived at this location on 12-18 appox 9pm. Did not leave this shop till 12-21 mainly due to problems finding the proper parts. some parts arrived only to find there were the wrong parts hmmmm you decide on that one. Finally got the correct parts and $2,271.00 later l left on 12- 21 at approximately 3pm. Its now 12-29 Saturday the same problem has returned after spending approximately $8,000 on this problem at 2 different volvo dealerships either i have the worst luck or just chose the 2 worst volvo dealerships in the country to try and repair my truck. Wouldn't recommend this location for any repairs!!!!!!! Repair order 118078

Slow,slower even slowest service.When I called Ryan promised to me they will check my truck within hour when I get there.I got there at 10.30 am and left 6.00 pm,whenever I asked what happen I been told they are still waiting for an estimate.To see how big LIERS they are check time in/out on my picture I posted.Don't trust this LIERS.I drove my truck to the other local shop even had promise they can repair by lunch time next day.
