Hated it. Not because of the car or the price. Because of the shady interest. 800+ credit score and they wouldn't do under 15% interest. The car is a 2020 Ford Explorer. It was listed for 20k. Which is a price that is unbeatable. But monthly payment was 500+ a month. 35k was the total. They can keep that Xlt Explorer. I'll get an st for cheaper than that.

This is a very good and an honest dealership. The owner Wael is a great person, honest and very helpful. He let me know upfront of the small issue with the SUV I liked and also reduced the price, so that I could repair that issue. I ended up buying the car from him. I would highly recommend this dealership in Knoxville, TN.

I recently bought a 2007 Mustang convertible. The guy was very nice and patient and answered all of our questions. After getting the car home just three days later the alternator went out On the car so of course I Contacted western auto and told him what had happened they replaced the alternator And was very kind about the whole situation (not to mention took care of it first thing) I am very grateful for his kindness and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone friends or family. I absolutely love my new car!!

This was the best car buying experience I ve had. Staff and salesman were super nice and very patient. I got a new infinity q50 and it s in mint condition . Stop by western auto if you want a great deal on a car, with great customer service.

Bought a 2017 Kia optima from here in September. Great car. Great help they didn t run me around they told me what I needed to honesty get the car I went an got it an was in the car driving off the lot by that afternoon.

I had been car shopping for a few days test drove many other cars on different lots & was also approved..then i came across this car lot & stopped in after reading many reviews about how honest these guys was & was greeted by the owner willie very nice guy he told me just take a look around & let him kno if i wanted info on r was interested in anything absolutely no pressure!...so i came across a 2018 chevy malibu & absolutely was in love a feeling hit me like no other feeling i had on any of the other cars i had test drove.. i was absolutely in lovvveeee with this car it was well kept..very clean...& reasonably priced! I was scared 2 death i wouldnt be able 2get it bc my credits not the best! (We was all young once) lol but willie done everything he could do 4 us 2 get us approved with reasonable payments we could afford he was so patient so kind & very courteous! We had our 5 yr old with us & all that have kids knows how that goes willie gave her cookies...suckers...water! Wever he could 2 help keep her occupied while we done our paperwork!...so any1 looking 2 buy a good..honest...reliable car please dont hesitate 2 go down & speak with willie!!! I will deff do business with again & would refer family & friends!!! Thanks willie u rock!!! & i love my new 2018 chevy malibu!!!!! Just went & had my windows tinted yest!

Daughter bought a Toyota Corolla here. The owner was very nice and worked to get her in the car. I usually don't even leave reviews but this man deserves one. Top notch seller and I'll be back when that times arrives. 5star

My experience with Western Auto Sales was nothing short of amazing. I bought an amazing car and my 4 year old was in and out in short amount time. I would absolutely recommend you stop in and check out the outstanding selection of vehicles.

Lying, cheating, crooks. They use old parts on warranty work and claim they are new. They even threatened to not give my daughters car back after a service due to a bad review I had left days before. They had loaded her car on a trailer to take to auction and she had already paid over $2500 on it! We had to get our lawyer involved to straighten them out. I wouldn't buy bubblegum from here.

Bought a car from from this place in 2017! Very very satisfied with my service. Very HONEST business! Very helpful. Very good business. Hes not there just to take your money and send you on your way. He took the time to help me find a good car for my family. Thank you Wyel!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I would do business here again! We drive by all the time to see what he has for inventory!

Very honest! Was informed that they wanted me to get what I wanted. Asked about other vehicles that was on the lot - was told they would had not had the chance to even look them over - to check out everything. A light was on - before we even discussed the price - this light was fixed and was told to test drive it again. Would definitely recommend Wester Auto. Thank you for my car!!!

If you are interested in buying a car this is the best place to do it at the people are absolutely amazing and the cars are dependable and reliable they will go that extra mile to make sure that they take the best of care of you and your care if I were to rate this business from 0 to 100 they would get a 100 by all means please stop by and talk to will he will do his very best in getting you in a car with in an hours time great people
