It was such a pleasure meeting all the amazing people at this dealership. I know it's their job to have good customer skills but it is obvious they truly love what they do and enjoy it. Special thanks to Adam , Malal and Chris (Country) for all their help.Malal Dia, my salesman, is a hoot ! He knows the cars and is a barrel of fun !Adam Hurtis, the manager, goes out of his way to help and it feels like I have known him for years although we just met.Chris or Country , as he is better known , is the guru of Jeep Wrangler and is also a very personable man.Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.Look forward to doing business with them again. Thanks, Frank & Denise Tomlinson

West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram has always changed my oil. It usually been a very quick appointment. The guys upfront will take your coupons and do their best to get you the best price. I was there An hour from the time he took my car back to the time I left. I thought that was a little lengthy time for an oil change

So, just got our vehicle back from service today. It has been there since March 12. When we called initially, the service department said to bring it right in and they would look at it. Gave us a loaner vehicle to use. Everything seemed great. Then it all fell apart. I live 500 miles away and my daughter dropped the vehicle off. Pretty much that first week was me calling and leaving messages and not getting anybody to call me back. After about a week they said they had done some diagnostic tests and cylinder 2 had a problem. I had to authorize further testing. This took about another week and we were $1,400 into the process with nothing repaired yet. Still making many calls to find out what is going on. If you are lucky you might talk to the liaison between service and the customer. I finally got to talk to the service manager and I complained about the lack of communication. He apologized and said he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Next thing I was told was that all the camshaft and lifters had to be replaced to fix cylinder 2. I'm no mechanic but this seemed excessive so I allowed them to fix the one side. Next thing I was told was that I should have the spark plugs replaced while they had everything torn down since it would be easier. They wanted $800 to do that! Set of spark plugs is about $60 so that meant $700 of labor to replace the 6 spark plugs. I didn't let them replace the plugs. Now we are into the third week and back to no communication. I'm starting to wonder if the vehicle is still at the shop. 3 weeks and 2 days in they tell me they discovered another problem and they will have to talk internally before they let me know what is going on. Now I try to call the general manager who I am assured always calls people back. I have never heard from him or talked to him. No wonder that nobody else calls back, they learn it from the top. 2 days ago I tell them I am going to call the better business bureau to see if they can somehow help me since I am so far away. Miraculously they call me about ten minuets later and tell me the vehicle is done. Not sure how they got from there being another issue and needing to talk to me to having it finished 24 hours later. Picked the vehicle up today, daughter is 10 minutes down the road and it is starting the same thing all over again. Hmm, was anything even done to the vehicle? Never have been treated like this from a dealership. The sheer lack of communication and unprofessionalism was amazing. Sitting 500 miles away I feel like we were completely taken advantage of and lied to for three weeks. Stay away from this company.

Great service when buying a car, terrible service after.Bipolar is the best way to describe the service. I can't speak highly enough about how well I was treated by the sales team. I special ordered a top of the line model in 2021, during the peak of chip shortages. It took over half a year to get the car, but the sales team kept in touch with me and in the loop. I didn't have to call them, they called me - top notch communication and sales during the entire process. They even called me a couple times over the following months after the purchase to make sure everything was still good with the car and that I didn't need anything else. Now, I have to deal with the service department - oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, mileage based checkups, etc. The service department has an entire online system for making service appointments, being able to pick your mechanic and all. Seems fantastic on the surfice. It's set up like appointments for a massage or other boutique services. However, once you get there - it's a completely different story. Your appointment doesn't actually mean anything. You get there, they use your appointment just to reduce their workload of entering your information, and then put you in line behind everyone else who had shown up there earlier than you. I have dealt with them multiple times hoping the first interaction was just catching them on a bad day.Sometimes I get to wait in the lobby as the next person in line for 20 minutes while there's multiple people sitting at desks staring at screens within 15 feet of me. Then, as someone is finally helping, I ask: "How long will it take for them to start working on it?" I'm either told: "There's 5 people in front of you" (an answer to a different question that wasn't asked) or "I don't know, I'd have to go check" - but they don't actually go check - so basically being told by their actions: "I hear you're asking me a question, I don't have the answer, but I know how to get the answer and I'm choosing to not get it for you." When I follow up with the question of "Will it be closer to 10 minutes? an hour? multiple hours?" - I'm told the same thing "I'd have to go check", but not actually do it - they assume that regardless of the answer, you intend to still hand them your keys and wait indefinitely. So, if. you do buy a car from them, plan to have it serviced elsewhere because they apparently have enough business in the service department to not care about you as their customer.Ultimately, Super Cuts (the haircut place) has a better system and customer focused system in place. I'm able to look to see what the current wait times are before leaving my house, check in online before going and be told how many people are ahead AND the estimated wait time so I can stay productive at home before driving there. Then get there, they check me in within a minute and my wait time in their lobby is minimized before getting service. All this for a $20 customer, but when I got to spend hundreds or thousands for servicing my car, they tell me "I'd have to check".

I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the professional, informative, and cost-effective services received from the service representatives were paramount. Additionally, they provided me transportation without prior notification. Excellent and quality service! Kudos!

The folks at this dealership genuinely care about the quality and outcome of the service you receive from them. From the moment you walk into the service department to the time you depart, they make you feel comfortable. They know vehicles and they do a great job diagnosing and servicing them. Thank you for all the fine work you have done on our vehicles.

I live in Huntsville AL. I tried to schedule a recall with the local CDJR. They told me I was 100th on the list and this was not a top priority for them to resolve, even though I was a customer. Since I visit Knoxville regularly, I called West Knoxville CDJR. They scheduled the service right away and took care of this issue promptly. I noticed better mileage with the fix on my drive back to AL. I now consider West Knoxville CDJR my dealer and will use them for all my service needs! Couldn t have asked for a better team!!!

Kade and John from your service team were awesome. Explained everything in detail. Since this is my first diesel vehicle, and this was my first time at your dealership I had a lot of questions, they took their time in explaining everything. And also the mechanic/technician that worked on my truck, did a great job.

Shannon in service, and Dan in parts, were very helpful. My family and I had recently (August 2023) purchased a converted 2023 Ram Promaster 2500 campervan from Winnebago. I was hesitant to bring it into a dealership due to online posts I have seen concerning dealerships not being cordial to converted vans with modifications that had been done. Both representatives of your dealership made the process easy and made me feel sure that the van was in good hands. Thank You!

I took my 2016 Dodge Durango in on a Tuesday afternoon to resolve some weird electrical problems causing a no crank no start. I didn't have an appointment, and they told me they'd probably get to it next week (no problem!). They had the repair quote to me the next morning before noon, and they had it finished by the end of the day. I picked it up on Thursday morning good as new! Such a fast service, I couldn't believe it. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service!

Yes. Shannon and his crew were always helpful when I called or came in for the recall work. Although parts supply issues initially pushed back the work, they were able to schedule me sooner than thought and got it done promptly so that I could get my truck back. I would very likely use them again if any work outside my capabilities (or motivation) is needed. Thanks, West Knoxville CDJR!

My wife and I were in Knoxville for some shopping and had a heater hose blow on our car pouring antifreeze everywhere, we limped it down to the dealership and they said it could be almost a week before they could get to it, I asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in even though it was almost closing time, the service advisor said let me see what I can do, he went to talk to a technician and they made some time to get me in and repair it, we didn't have to wait very long and they had our car ready to go, I couldn't thank them enough for their compassion and willing to go above and beyond what they had to do, awesome group all around from the service advisors to the technicians, will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
